Abstract
Apparatus that manually slides over building and construction forms that redirects the direction of liquid building materials such as concrete into building forms.
Description

Large approx. 20 liter/5.3 gallon volume for quick distribution

Level or adjust the height of the liquid building materials inside the building forms

To be able to work on all sides of the building forms

Rear part is designed for reducing/braking the speed of incoming liquid building material.

Redirecting liquid building materials into the building forms

Front part is designed for easy access to chute of concrete truck and wheel barrel

Approx 98 sq. ft. bottom opening is designed for quickly transporting liquid building materials for example as concrete.

Multi-purpose design for 6 and 8″ walls, footings and other applications.

Designed to avoid liquid building materials spills and pollutions on forms, ground and into ground water

Break the speed of down of liquid building materials running from concrete truck or concrete pump.

Funnel is designed to transport liquid building materials as concrete during pouring forward and backward directions.

Design is build out of non corrosive material and or other ferro or non-ferro materials.

Easy to clean as all side are accessible

Stackable design

Light weighted.

Solid welded sides

Integrated handles for extra stability and strength.

Note: Liquid building materials as mentioned above can be for example concrete, cement, chalk, glue or any other liquid building material substance.

DESCRIPTION

In the process of poring/transporting liquid concrete in wall forms, foundations and footings from the concrete truck into the footings truck chutes are larger in size than the opening of the forms.

During this process a lot of liquid building material spill is caused by the difference of the concrete truck chute size and the actual form opening and the high speed of the out coming concrete.

The speed of the out coming concrete is very hard to control when it comes out of the concrete truck and can hardly be stopped or slowed down when sliding down in the trucks chute.

This apparatus is a free standing manually operated funnel that directs liquid building materials as concrete into forms.

This apparatus catches overspill in its top storage area and can easily be redirect it to another nearby unfilled portion of the form.

The apparatus back wall is designed to work as a brake and to reduce the speed of the concrete during the poring process to witch is commonly known to splash all over, the back wall design of the apparatus slows down and redirects the incoming liquid concrete and avoid spills.

During operating the apparatus avoid spills on forms and surfaces and simultaneously levels the concrete on the top.

The apparatus dramatically reduces the spill, after clean up and processing time of the liquid concrete transportation and or the called pouring process.

The apparatus side integrated handles makes it possible to work on both sides of the forms and makes it easy to move the apparatus manually over the form.

The apparatus is constructed out of ferro and non ferro materials

(This next paragraph voices opinion)

“I have found operating this funnel in many ways speed up the process of pouring concrete. The funnel also simultaneously leveled the concrete witch saved a lot of time and extra work. After the process of poring was done, there was hardly any spill to be found on the forms or other surfaces. The process is now so much easier and cleaner and faster”.

Claims
  • 1. Apparatus for manually pouring liquid building materials into building wall and footing forms.
  • 2. The apparatus declined in claim 1 from witch the rear wall reduces the speed of the incoming liquid building material.
  • 3. The apparatus declined in claim 1, 2 bottom opening for walls sizes from 6 inches up to to 12 inches.
  • 4. The apparatus declined in claim 1, 2, 3, directs the open angle incoming liquid building material into a vertical direction.
  • 5. The apparatus declined in claim 1, 2, 3, 4 height of bottom part of apparatus manually levels the amount of liquid material at the top of the building form during the operation.
  • 6. The apparatus declined in claim 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, when moved over building form braces minimizes the spill of the liquid building materials
  • 7. The apparatus declined in claim 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Overspill witch builds up in the funnel does not need to be fully carried by the operator as the apparatus can manually slide over the form and distributes its weight on to the form.
  • 8. The apparatus declined in claim 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, The apparatus is constructed from a ferro and or non-ferro material.
