FIG. 1 is a front view of a sliding nozzle plate, showing the new design. A back view appears symmetrically to the front view;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof;



FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof; and,



FIG. 7 is a sectional view thereof, taken along line 7-7 in FIG. 4.


The design relates to a sliding nozzle plate for use in a sliding nozzle apparatus for controlling a flow rate of molten steel in continuous casting of steel, wherein a back surface and a side surface of a refractory plate with a nozzle hole are covered by a metal plate.


The broken lines in the drawings depict unclaimed environmental subject matter.
