Claims
- 1. A smart card, comprising:
at least one system component having a plurality of electrical components for uniting electrical functions for operating the smart card; and a carrier body having a top side for receiving said at least one system component; at least one of: (i) said at least one system component terminating substantially evenly with said top side of said carrier body and (ii) at least one of said plurality of electrical components being accessible from said top side.
- 2. The smart according to claim 1, wherein said carrier body includes at least one recess for receiving said at least one system component.
- 3. The smart card according to claim 2, wherein said system component is not in direct electrical contact with said carrier body.
- 4. The smart card according to claim 1, wherein said carrier body includes:
a base layer for applying said at least one system component thereon; and at least one further layer having a cutout at given locations of said plurality of electrical components of said system component.
- 5. The smart card according to claim 1, further comprising:
a baseplate having conductor tracks, said plurality of electrical components being applied on said baseplate.
- 6. The smart card according to claim 5, wherein said plurality of electrical components are electrically interconnected by said conductor tracks.
- 7. The smart card according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of electrical components are located directly adjacent one another.
- 8. The smart card according to claim 1, further comprising:
a gap filler, said plurality of electrical components being spaced apart from one another by a respective interspace filled with said gap filler.
- 9. The smart card according to claim 5, wherein said baseplate has recesses for receiving parts of said electrical components.
- 10. The smart card according to claim 1, wherein at least one of said plurality of electrical components is surrounded by a housing.
- 11. The smart card according to claim 1, wherein at least one of said plurality of electrical components is fixed on a base.
- 12. A smart card, comprising:
at least one system component having a plurality of electrical components for uniting electrical functions for operating the smart card; and a carrier body having a top side for receiving said at least one system component; said at least one system component terminating substantially evenly with said top side of said carrier body.
- 13. The smart card according to claim 12, wherein at least one of said plurality of electrical components is accessible from said top side.
- 14. The smart according to claim 12, wherein said carrier body includes at least one recess for receiving said at least one system component.
- 15. The smart card according to claim 14, wherein said system component is not in direct electrical contact with said carrier body.
- 16. The smart card according to claim 12, wherein said carrier body includes:
a base layer for applying said at least one system component thereon; and at least one further layer having a cutout at given locations of said plurality of electrical components of said system component.
- 17. The smart card according to claim 12, further comprising:
a baseplate having conductor tracks, said plurality of electrical components being applied on said baseplate.
- 18. The smart card according to claim 17, wherein said plurality of electrical components are electrically interconnected by said conductor tracks.
- 19. The smart card according to claim 12, wherein said plurality of electrical components are located directly adjacent one another.
- 20. The smart card according to claim 12, further comprising:
a gap filler, said plurality of electrical components being spaced apart from one another by a respective interspace filled with said gap filler.
- 21. The smart card according to claim 17, wherein said baseplate has recesses for receiving parts of said electrical components.
- 22. The smart card according to claim 12, wherein at least one of said plurality of electrical components is surrounded by a housing.
- 23. The smart card according to claim 12, wherein at least one of said plurality of electrical components is fixed on a base.
- 24. A smart card, comprising:
at least one system component having a plurality of electrical components for uniting electrical functions for operating the smart card; and a carrier body having a top side for receiving said at least one system component; at least one of said plurality of electrical components being accessible from said top side.
- 25. The smart card according to claim 24, wherein said at least one system component terminates substantially evenly with said top side of said carrier body.
- 26. The smart according to claim 24, wherein said carrier body includes at least one recess for receiving said at least one system component.
- 27. The smart card according to claim 26, wherein said system component is not in direct electrical contact with said carrier body.
- 28. The smart card according to claim 24, wherein said carrier body includes:
a base layer for applying said at least one system component thereon; and at least one further layer having a cutout at given locations of said plurality of electrical components of said system component.
- 29. The smart card according to claim 24, further comprising:
a baseplate having conductor tracks, said plurality of electrical components being applied on said baseplate.
- 30. The smart card according to claim 29, wherein said plurality of electrical components are electrically interconnected by said conductor tracks.
- 31. The smart card according to claim 24, wherein said plurality of electrical components are located directly adjacent one another.
- 32. The smart card according to claim 24, further comprising:
a gap filler, said plurality of electrical components being spaced apart from one another by a respective interspace filled with said gap filler.
- 33. The smart card according to claim 29, wherein said baseplate has recesses for receiving parts of said electrical components.
- 34. The smart card according to claim 24, wherein at least one of said plurality of electrical components is surrounded by a housing.
- 35. The smart card according to claim 24, wherein at least one of said plurality of electrical components is fixed on a base.
- 36. A smart card, comprising:
at least one system component having a plurality of electrical components for uniting electrical functions for operating the smart card; and a carrier body having a top side for receiving said at least one system component; said at least one system component terminating substantially evenly with said top side of said carrier body; and at least one of said plurality of electrical components being accessible from said top side.
