BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The SNACK-N-PLAY addresses the pervasive challenge of keeping babies/infants entertained and well-fed/hydrated during long commutes, long road trips, long days at daycare facilities. etc. The SNACK-N-PLAY answers this challenge via a plurality of interchangeable nutrition delivery receptacles that are attached to a central unit. The central unit also features LED lights, music, and a removable toy that is connected to the central unit via hook and loop fastener.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The SNACK-N-PLAY Invention (shown assembled in FIG. 1; exploded view in FIG. 2) consists of a central unit (FIGS. 1-3: 1) with a speaker (FIGS. 1 and 3: 2), LED lights (FIGS. 1 and 3: 3), and an attachable toy, via hook and loop fastener (FIGS. 1 and 3: 4—front view; 12—rear view) for entertaining an infant/toddler. The central unit, which can stand on a flat base (FIGS. 1 and 5: 5), can be connected to the bases (FIGS. 1, 3, and 4: 6,7) of interchangeable, nutrition delivery receptacles such as baby bottle(s), sippy cup(s), and/or snack food container(s), mixed and matched in any combination of two receptacles (FIGS. 1 and 2: 8,9) via a twist-and-lock mechanism, as with a standard, child-proof, pill bottle top. The twist-and-lock mechanism of the central unit can accommodate nutrition delivery receptacles (FIGS. 1, 3, and 4: 6,7) of standard base diameters, that is between 2-4 inches. The lid of the snack container (FIG. 1: 10) and the lid of the bottle, with standard, leak-proof nipple (FIG. 1: 11), are of standard sizes.
The speakers (FIGS. 1 and 3: 2) and LED lights (FIGS. 1 and 3: 3) are powered by 3 AAA batteries (FIG. 5: 13, 14) that are secured by a screw-on lid (FIG. 5: 15-16).
The unit is constructed mostly of plastic, except for the metallic, electronic components.
The central unit will be approximately 3 inches in length and the diameters of the twist-and-lock ports are adjustable to accommodate nutrition delivery receptacles, including bottles, cups, and snack containers, with base diameters between 2-4 inches. The dimensions of the assembled SNACK-N-PLAY unit will vary, depending on which combination of nutrition delivery receptacles are utilized.
