Abstract
A snorkel with one-way breath tube comprises one J-shaped inhalant breath tube, one one-way valve inlet tube, one mouth piece, one one-way outlet tube and one exhalant breath tube. A snorkel with one-way breath tube allows air to flow in one direction. A swimmer inhales fresh air from J-shaped inhalant breath into his/her lung through one-way valve inlet tube and mouth piece. A swimmer exhales air from his/her lung into water through mouth piece, one-way valve outlet tube and exhalant breath tube. An extended long breath tube can attach onto J-shaped inhalant breath tube to allow swimmer swim or dive in deeper water. An extended long breath tube also can attach onto the exhalant breath tube to allow swimmer to exhale easily in deeper water.
Description
THE BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A regular snorkel has a short breath tube and does not allow swimmer swim or dive in deeper water. The present invented snorkel with one-way valve breath tube allows swimmer inhale fresh air with every inhalation. And when an extended long breath tube connects to snorkel with one-way valve breath tube swimmer can swim and dive in deeper water for a long period of time without a scuba.

THE BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A snorkel with one-way valve breath tube allows swimmer to inhale fresh air with each inhalation and it also can be connected to an extended long breath tube to allow swimmer swim or dive in deeper water for a long period of time just like a scuba does.

THE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring now in detail to the drawings numeral 10 of FIG. 1 is a snorkel with one-way valve breath tube. Numeral 11 of FIG. 2 is a dissection view of a snorkel with one-way valve breath tube. Numeral 12 of FIGS. 1, 5 and 6 is mouth piece. Numeral 13 of FIGS. 2 and 3 is a dissection view of mouth piece. Numeral 14 of FIGS. 1, 5 and 6 is one-way valve inlet tube. Number 15 of FIGS. 1, 5 and 6 is the one-way valve outlet tube. The valve of one-way valve inlet tube 14 and the valve of one-way valve outlet tube 15 can be identical or different. It can be a ball-valve or a plate valve or other type of valve. Here the valve of one-way valve inlet tube 14 and that of one-way valve outlet tube 15 is identical and is a ball-valve 24. Numeral 16 of FIG. 3 is a dissection view of one-way valve inlet tube 14 and one-way valve outlet tube 15. Air flows in from inlet end 39 of one-way vale inlet tube 14 of FIG. 3 into mouth piece 12 and flows out from mouth piece 12 into one-way valve outlet tube 15 of FIGS. 2 and 3. Numeral 17 of FIGS. 1, 5 and 6 is an inhalant breath tube. Numeral 18 of FIGS. 2 and 3 is a dissection view of an inhalant breath tube 17. Numeral 19 of FIGS. 1, 5 and 6 is an exhalant breath tube. Numeral 20 of FIGS. 2 and 3 is a dissection view of an exhalant breath tube 19. Numeral 21 of FIG. 4 is the outer tube of one-way valve inlet tube 14 and one-way valve outlet tube 15. Numeral 57 of FIG. 4 is a dissection view of outer tube 21. The outer tube 21 of FIG. 4 has installed inside a fenestrated sloped circular wing 22 that has a central hole 23 to catch a ball valve 24. Ball valve 24 can be a solid ball or a hollow ball. Here the ball-valve 24 is a hollow ball valve. Numeral 25 of FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 is a dissection view of a hollow ball valve 24. Numeral 26 of FIG. 4 is a spring coil that pushes ball valve 24 against central hole 23 of fenestrated slopped circular wing 22 to create an airtight closure. Numeral 27 of FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 is a dissection view of spring coil 26. Numeral 28 of FIG. 4 is a ring that is installed inside the outlet 29 of outer tube 21 to keep spring coil 26 inside the chamber 30 of outer tube 21 as illustrated in FIG. 4. Numeral 31 of FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 is a dissection view of ring 28. Numeral 32 of FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 are tooth-bite knots. Numeral 33 of FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 is breath canal of mouth piece 12. Numeral 34 of FIG. 3 is inlet of mouth piece 12. Numeral 35 of FIG. 3 is outlet of mouth piece 12. Inlet 34 of mouth piece 12 of FIG. 3 admits and fixes outlet end 36 of outer tube 21 of one-way valve inlet tube 14. Outlet 35 of mouth piece 12 of FIG. 3 admits airtight the inlet end 37 of outer tube 21 of one-way valve outlet tube 15. Numeral 38 of FIG. 3 is the outlet of inhalant breath tube 17. Outlet 38 of inhalant breath tube 17 of FIG. 3 admits airtight the inlet end 39 of outer tube 21 of one-way valve inlet tube 14. Numeral 40 of FIG. 3 is inlet of exhalant breath tube 19. Inlet 40 of exhalant breath tube 19 or 20 of FIG. 3 admits airtight the outlet end 41 of one-way valve outlet tube 15. Exhalant breath tube 19 of FIGS. 1, 5 and 6 can turn upward, downward or sideward. When exhalant breath tube 19 turns downward in water, water will not go into exhalant breath tube 19. Numeral 42 of FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 is inlet of inhalant breath tube 17. Numeral 43 of FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 6 is outlet of exhalant breath tube 19. When a swimmer uses snorkel with one-way valve breath tube 10 of FIG. 1 he/she inhales fresh air 56 into his/her lung through inlet 42 of inhalant breath tube 17, one-way valve inlet tube 14 and mouth piece 12 as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2. When a swimmer exhales air out of his/her lung he/she exhales air into water 55 through mouth piece 12, one-way valve outlet tube 15 and outlet 43 of exhalant breath tube 19 as illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2 and 6. Another extended long breath tube 49 of FIG. 5 can be connected to the outlet 43 of the exhalant breath tube 19 by a connector 50 to let swimmer exhale easily in deep water 55 without forced efforts to exhale against deep water pressure. Numeral 51 of FIG. 5 is a float that attaches to the upper end 52 of the extended long breath tube 49 to keep the outlet 53 of extended long breath tube 49 in air 56. When both the extended breath tube 44 and 49 are attached to snorkel with one-way valve breath tube 10 swimmer inhales fresh air 56 from inlet 48 of the extended long breath tube 44 of FIG. 5 and exhales air into air 56 from outlet 53 of the attached extended long breath tube 49 as illustrated in FIG. 5. Numeral 54 of FIGS. 5 and 6 is water level. Numeral 55 of FIGS. 5 and 6 is water. Numeral 56 of FIG. 5 is air.
