Claims
- 1. A confectionery comprising:
a bottle shaped container comprising an upper portion and a lower portion, said upper and lower portions removeably attachable to each other; and said upper portion including a solid edible candy disposed thereon extending downward from said upper portion into said lower portion when said upper and lower portions are attached.
- 2. The confectionery of claim 1 wherein said upper portion comprises a top half of said bottle shaped container.
- 3. The confectionery of claim 2 wherein said top half includes an integral cap.
- 4. The confectionery of claim 1 wherein said lower portion comprises a bottom half of said bottle shaped container.
- 5. The confectionery of claim 1 wherein said upper portion further comprises an insert for attachment of said stem.
- 6. The confectionery of claim 5 wherein said insert is removeably insertable into said upper portion.
- 7. The confectionery of claim 1 wherein a lower edge of said upper portion engages with an upper edge of said lower portion for releasable attachment of said upper portion to said lower portion.
- 8. The confectionery of claim 7 wherein said upper portion attaches to said lower portion by twisting.
- 9. The confectionery of claim 7 wherein at least one of said upper and lower portions comprise a set of mating twist attachment elements.
- 10. The confectionery of claim 7 wherein at least one of said upper portion and said lower portion comprise a correlating set of ridges and grooves.
- 11. The confectionery of claim 10 further comprising corresponding notches.
- 12. The confectionery of claim 1 wherein said lower portion includes a flowable confectionery therein.
- 13. The confectionery of claim 12 wherein said edible candy when wetted is coatable when dipped into said flowable confectionery and extractable from said lower portion.
- 14. The confectionery of claim 12 wherein said flowable confectionery comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of sugar-based and artificial sweetener-based confectionery.
- 15. The confectionery of claim 14 wherein said flowable confectionery comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of sugar, organic acid, flavor agent, color agent, and flow agent.
- 16. The confectionery of claim 15 wherein said flow agent comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of powdered cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, paraffin and microcrystalline waxes, polyethylene waxes, mineral and other lubricating oils, talc, silicone dioxide, lactose, and calcium citrate.
- 17. The confectionery of claim 12 wherein said flowable confectionery comprises a luminiferous confectionery.
- 18. The confectionery of claim 12 wherein said flowable confectionery comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of gas-generating and gas-releasing confectionery.
- 19. The confectionery of claim 12 wherein said flowable confectionery comprises a fluid.
- 20. The confectionery of claim 19 where said fluid comprises viscoelastic rheological properties.
- 21. The confectionery of claim 1 wherein at least one of said upper and lower portions comprises a rigid material.
- 22. The confectionery of claim 1 wherein at least one of said upper and lower portions comprises at least one material selected from the group consisting of plastic, glass, wood, and metal.
- 23. The confectionery of claim 1 wherein said edible candy comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of sugar, corn syrup, water, flavor agent and color agent.
- 24. A confectionery comprising:
a bottle shaped container comprising an upper reservoir and a lower reservoir, said upper and lower reservoirs releasably attachable to each other; said upper reservoir including a stem and an edible candy disposed thereon extending downward from said upper reservoir into said lower portion; and wherein said lower reservoir includes a flowable confectionery.
- 25. The confectionery of claim 24 wherein at least one of said upper and lower reservoirs comprises a set of mating twist attachment elements.
- 26. A confectionery comprising:
a bottle shaped plastic container comprising a top half and a bottom half, said top half selectively releasably connected to said bottom half; said top half including a stem and a hard candy molded on said stem and extending down into said bottom half; and a flowable confectionery disposed within said bottom half; whereby said hard candy may be wetted, dipped into said flowable confectionery and coated so as to extract said flowable confectionery for consumption.
- 27. The confectionery of claim 26 wherein said item is edible.
- 28. The confectionery of claim 26 wherein said item is non-edible.
- 29. The confectionery of claim 26 wherein said upper portion and said lower portion twist relative to each other for twist attachment.
- 30. The confectionery of claim 29 wherein at least one of said upper portion and said lower portion comprise a set of ridges and grooves for twist attachment.
- 31. A confectionery set comprising:
a bottle shape comprising an upper portion and a lower portion, said upper and lower portions removeably attachable to each other; and said upper portion comprising a stem and an edible candy disposed thereon extending downward from said upper portion in said lower portion.
- 32. The confectionery set of claim 31 wherein said upper portion comprises a top of said bottle shape.
- 33. The confectionery set of claim 32 wherein said top comprises an integral cap.
- 34. The confectionery set of claim 31 wherein said lower portion comprises a bottom of said bottle shape.
- 35. The confectionery set of claim 31 wherein said upper portion further comprises an insert for attachment of said stem.
- 36. The confectionery set of claim 35 wherein said insert is removeably insertable into said upper portion.
- 37. The confectionery set of claim 31 wherein a perimeter of said upper portion engages with a perimeter of said lower portion for attachment of said upper portion to said lower portion.
- 38. The confectionery set of claim 37 wherein said upper portion attaches to said lower portion by twisting.
- 39. The confectionery set of claim 37 wherein at least one of said upper portion and said lower portion comprise a correlating set of ridges and grooves.
- 40. The confectionery set of claim 39 further comprising corresponding notches.
- 41. The confectionery set of claim 31 wherein said lower portion further comprises a flowable confectionery disposed therein.
- 42. The confectionery set of claim 41 wherein said edible candy is coatable by said flowable confectionery and extractable by said coatable body portion.
- 43. The confectionery set of claim 41 wherein said flowable confectionery comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of sugar-based and artificial sweetener-based confectionery.
- 44. The confectionery set of claim 43 wherein said flowable confectionery comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of sugar, organic acid, flavor agent, color agent, and flow agent.
- 45. The confectionery set of claim 44 wherein said flow agent comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of powdered cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, paraffin and microcrystalline waxes, polyethylene waxes, mineral and other lubricating oils, talc, silicone dioxide, lactose, and calcium citrate.
- 46. The confectionery set of claim 41 wherein said flowable confectionery comprises a luminiferous confectionery.
- 47. The confectionery set of claim 41 wherein said flowable confectionery comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of gas-generating and gas-releasing confectionery.
- 48. The confectionery set of claim 41 wherein said flowable confectionery comprises a fluid.
- 49. The confectionery set of claim 48 where said fluid comprises viscoelastic rheological properties.
- 50. The confectionery set of claim 31 wherein at least one of said upper and lower portions comprises a rigid material.
- 51. The confectionery set of claim 31 wherein at least one of said upper and lower portions comprises at least one material selected from the group consisting of plastic, glass, wood, and metal.
- 52. The confectionery set of claim 31 wherein said edible candy comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of sugar, corn syrup, water, flavor agent and color agent.
- 53. A confectionery set comprising:
a bottle shape comprising an upper portion and a lower portion, said upper and lower portions removeably attachable to each other; said upper portion comprising a stem and an edible candy disposed thereon extending downward from said upper portion in said lower portion; and wherein said upper portion and said lower portion twist relative to each other for twist attachment.
- 54. The confectionery set of claim 53 further comprising a flowable confectionery disposed within said container.
- 55. The confectionery set of claim 53 wherein at least one of said upper portion and said lower portion comprise a set of ridges and grooves for twist attachment.
- 56. A confectionery set comprising:
a bottle shape comprising an upper portion and a lower portion, said upper and lower portions removeably attachable to each other; said upper portion comprising a stem and an item disposed thereon extending downward from said upper portion into said lower portion; and a flowable confectionery disposed within said lower portion.
- 57. The confectionery set of claim 56 wherein said item is edible.
- 58. The confectionery set of claim 56 wherein said item is non-edible.
- 59. The confectionery set of claim 56 wherein said upper portion and said lower portion twist relative to each other for twist attachment.
- 60. The confectionery set of claim 59 wherein at least one of said upper portion and said lower portion comprise a set of ridges and grooves for twist attachment.
