Claims
- 1. A laminate comprising:
- a first layer of nonwoven spunbond fabric comprising a web of bondable thermoplastic polymer fibers comprised of a biconstituent blend of from about 95 to 50 weight percent polypropylene having an isotacticity of at least 98 percent, and from about 5 to 50 weight percent of a random block copolymer of propylene and ethylene having a melting point of below 160.degree. C. and having about 3 percent random ethylene molecules and about 9 percent block ethylene molecules;
- a second layer of a spunbond polypropylene;
- wherein said first and second layers have between them at least one layer of a material selected from the group consisting of film and meltblown nonwoven fabric, and;
- wherein said layers are bonded together to form a laminate by a method selected from the group consisting of thermal bonding, ultrasonic bonding, hydroentanglement, needlepunch bonding and adhesive bonding.
- 2. A diaper comprising the laminate of claim 1.
