Abstract
Disclosed is a soft plush toy, including a toy body, where the toy body includes a supporting base, the supporting base is made of polyurethane, and the supporting base is coated with a soft layer and a plush outer layer from inside to outside. An animal-shaped doll toy of the present disclosure is capable of standing, and the animal-shaped doll toy brings the user an experience of getting closer to the animal. The supporting base made of polyurethane is pollution-free, non-toxic and odorless, which can effectively prevent the soft layer from collapsing and extend a service life of the toy. The plush toy of the present disclosure simulates diverse postures of the animal, with a prominent simulation effect. Moreover, the plush outer layer is made of the antibacterial fabric material, thereby inhibiting bacterial growth and avoiding hygienic problems caused by long-term use of plush toys.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202420154631.8, filed on Jan. 23, 2024, which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.


TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the field of plush toys and simulated animals, and specifically relates to a soft plush toy.


BACKGROUND

Currently, two kinds of flocked doll toys are available on the market. Each of one kind of flocked doll toys is filled with some soft fabric inside and sleeved with an outer layer of fur. This kind of plush toys cannot stand. In contrast, each of the other kind of doll toys is very hard inside and sleeved with an outer layer of fur, such that the toy can stand, but a user has poor experience when playing, because of being too heavy and hard.


SUMMARY

An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a soft plush toy, so as to solve problems mentioned in the background art.


To achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides the following technical solution: a soft plush toy, including a toy body, where the toy body includes a supporting base, the supporting base is made of polyurethane, and the supporting base is coated with a soft layer and a plush outer layer from inside to outside.


As a further technical solution of the present disclosure, the soft layer is made of a sponge material.


As a further technical solution of the present disclosure, the plush outer layer is made of an antibacterial fabric material.


As a further technical solution of the present disclosure, noses, eyes and mouth portions of the toy body are adhered to the supporting base with glue.


As a further technical solution of the present disclosure, the toy body can be shaped like a cartoon animal, a cartoon character or a cartoon plant.


Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the beneficial effects as follows:


An animal-shaped doll toy of the present disclosure is capable of standing, and the animal-shaped doll toy brings the user an experience of getting closer to the animal. When playing the soft animal-shaped doll toy, the user feels getting closer to the animal. The supporting base made of polyurethane is pollution-free, non-toxic and odorless, which can effectively prevent the soft layer from collapsing and extend a service life of the toy. Moreover, the plush outer layer is made of the antibacterial fabric material, thereby inhibiting bacterial growth and avoiding hygienic problems caused by long-term use of plush toys.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

The technical solutions in the examples of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the examples of the present disclosure. Obviously, the described examples are merely some examples rather than all examples of the present disclosure. All other embodiments acquired by those of ordinarily skilled in the art without making creative efforts based on the embodiments of the present disclosure fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.


With reference to FIGS. 1-3, in an example of the present disclosure, a soft plush toy is provided, including a toy body 1, where the toy body 1 includes a supporting base 101, the supporting base 101 is made of polyurethane, and the supporting base 101 is coated with a soft layer 102 and a plush outer layer 103 from inside to outside; the toy body 1 can be shaped like a cartoon animal, a cartoon character or a cartoon plant; and the soft layer 102 is made of a sponge material.


In this example: currently, two kinds of flocked doll toys are available on the market. Each of one kind of flocked doll toys is filled with some soft fabric inside and sleeved with an outer layer of fur. This kind of plush toys cannot stand. In contrast, each of the other kind of doll toys is very hard inside and sleeved with an outer layer of fur, such that the toy can stand, but a user has poor experience when playing, because of being too heavy and hard. Therefore, the supporting base 101 of this solution is made of polyurethane, which can effectively prevent the soft layer from collapsing and extend a service life of the toy. An animal-shaped doll toy of the present disclosure is capable of standing, and the animal-shaped doll toy brings the user an experience of getting closer to the animal. When playing the soft animal-shaped doll toy, the user feels getting closer to the animal.


It should be noted that polyurethane is an excellent material that is pollution-free, non-toxic and odorless, and the user will not be harmed when playing the toy.


With reference to mainly FIG. 2, the plush outer layer 103 is made of an antibacterial fabric material.


In this example: the plush outer layer 103 is made of the antibacterial fabric material, thereby inhibiting bacterial growth and avoiding hygienic problems caused by long-term use of plush toys.


With reference to mainly FIG. 1, noses, eyes and mouth portions of the toy body 1 are adhered to the supporting base 101 with glue.


In this example: the support base 101 is made of a soft material like rubber or silica gel, and noses, eyes and mouth portions of the toy body can be adhered thereto, such that the doll toy looks more three-dimensional.

  • 1. A soft plush toy, comprising a toy body, wherein the toy body comprises a supporting base, the supporting base is made of polyurethane, and the supporting base is coated with a soft layer and a plush outer layer from inside to outside.
  • 2. The soft plush toy according to claim 1, wherein the soft layer is made of a sponge material.
  • 3. The soft plush toy according to claim 2, wherein the plush outer layer is made of an antibacterial fabric material.
  • 4. The soft plush toy according to claim 3, wherein noses, eyes and mouth portions of the toy body are adhered to the supporting base with glue.
  • 5. The soft plush toy according to claim 4, wherein the toy body can be shaped like a cartoon animal, a cartoon character or a cartoon plant.
