Claims
- 1. A collapsible cabinet and table system including a base cabinet having an internal cavity and a mobile cart having a table top, said system comprising:
- at least one retaining pin connected to a leading edge of said table top;
- at least one curved track provided in said cavity, said at least one curved track being cooperable with said at least one retaining pin to direct said table top to a substantially vertical storage position within said base cabinet and a substantially horizontal use position extending from said base cabinet; and
- guide means carried by at least one of said cavity and said mobile cart for aligning said mobile cart into a nesting position within said base cabinet.
- 2. The collapsible cabinet of claim 1 wherein said collapsible table includes two curved tracks and two retaining pins.
- 3. The collapsible cabinet of claim 1 wherein said collapsible table includes a retaining block covering an upper end of the curved track.
- 4. The collapsible cabinet of claim 1 wherein the retaining pin is spring-biased toward an inner surface of the curved track.
- 5. The collapsible cabinet of claim 1 wherein the retaining pin is removable from the table top.
- 6. The collapsible cabinet and table system of claim 1 wherein said guide means comprise at least one slot provided in one of said cavity and said mobile cart and at least one guide block carried by the other of said cavity and said mobile cart for engaging said at least one slot.
- 7. The collapsible cabinet of claim 6 wherein an upper end of the curved track serves as said at least one slot.
- 8. The collapsible cabinet and table system of claim 1 wherein said guide means comprise at least one guide block provided in said cavity for engaging a lower edge of said mobile cart.
