Abstract
The “SPADES BOWTIE SYSTEM” is the only multi-modular product of its kind that introduces a new easier way to assemble, disassemble and reassemble the bowtie in seconds and yet still keep the traditional look. One of the most interesting features of the “SPADES BOWTIE SYSTEM” is the ability to create unique combinations. The Bow-Flaps and center piece consist of different colors, texture, pattern, and fabrics that work simultaneously with one another. This allows the consumer to arrange 36 different combinations.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

Be it known that I, ANDREW H ASHMEADE, a citizen of the United States, and resident of Mastic Beach, county of Suffolk, State of New York, invented the “SPADES BOWTIE SYSTEM”. A certain new and useful Improvements for the fashion industry, of which the following is a specification.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The bow ties currently sold are either ready-tied or self-tie/tie-it-yourself. The designs, fabrics, textures, and color scheme are predetermined. The choice in colors and fabrics is however limited. Consumers looking to purchase unique bow ties would have to make a choice among the ready-tied units that are available, thus leaving no room for individuality. Consumers may want to be able to add a personal touch to their bow ties by adding a dimple for example as well as many other unique customizations. One of the consequences of mass-production of ready-tied bow ties, is that consumers will inevitably run into other consumers wearing the same exact bow tie . Another challenge has to do with men who don't wear bow ties because of the difficulty in trying to tie the bowtie. They avoid the purchasing the self tied bow tie altogether . Along with that , the consumer has to constantly purchase new bowties for every wardrobe upgrade to stay in style and keep up with the classic trend.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The “SPADES BOWTIE SYSTEM” creates a traditional bow tie with the main modification being its versatile design that enable's the owner to create thirty-six different bowties including the original Bow tie. The components consist of a Neck strap that would be positioned around the collar of the wearer's shirt. Two Bow-flaps would form the body of the tie. The Bow-flaps would be produced in four different colors, textures, patterns, and fabrics that would coordinate uniquely with one another. A Stabilizer would be positioned through the Bow-flaps and Neck strap. A Centerpiece would cover and conceal the Stabilizer. The Centerpiece would snap in place around the flaps and neck strap. Using “The SPADES BOWTIE SYSTEM” the wearer would able to easily create and rearrange 36 completely different combinations of the one Bowtie. As the wearer adds new Bow-Flaps to their personal inventory the possible arrangements increases exponentially. The Concept of “SPADES BOWTIE SYSTEM”, is an improved accessory that could change colors or patterns to alter its appearance and coordinate with a multitude of ensembles. This product may provide a versatile and economical accessory that could save valuable storage space. While the “SPADES BOWTIE SYSTEM” could be worn by all men, women and children, it may be a particular appeal to members of the labor force as well as business travelers , private schools , sport teams, restaurants, religious settings and all formal gatherings.
