FIG(1) The principal components of the propulsion system consists of two structural outer shell halves, two circular rails, a pivot tower, a slotted impeller and a specific number of propulsion elements more clearly defined as free mass weights. A specific dimension will offset the pivot tower by a determined amount to accomplish a specific result and may be changed to varied offsets to create lessor or greater propulsion values. The weight and number of propulsion elements will vary with size of a unit and desired propulsion values.
(2) Text, enclosed documents make clear the technology. PTO/SB/01 one of two & two of two, PTO/SB/05 and PTO/SB/17 with enclosed drawings one through five.
(3) Drawing 001 identifies a propulsion unit designed for vertical lift because of special mounting requirements. Drawing 002 identifies a unit designed for all horizontal mounted units. Drawing 003 identifies a cross section of of the propulsion system internal design. Drawing 004 identifies optional elements one two & three, rails 1A & 2B are also included on drawing 004. Drawing 005 identifies two outer case designes. I believe the text, documents and drawings present a comprehensive presentation of the of the advanced propulsion system.
