Claims
- 1. A spectrum spreading communication system comprising:a plurality of mobile stations, each of which spreads transmission data using a common spreading code and transmits the spread transmission data as a radio signal on a same frequency band, wherein said transmission data include data and a different pilot pattern, said different pilot patterns are respectively allocated to said plurality of mobile stations and are orthogonal to each other; and a radio base station which receives said radio signal from said each mobile station and allows communication with said each mobile station based on said radio signal.
- 2. The spectrum spreading communication system according to claim 1, wherein said data includes identification data of said each mobile station.
- 3. A communication method of a spectrum spreading communication system, comprising the steps of:transmitting a radio signal on a same frequency band from each of a plurality of mobile stations, wherein said radio signal is generated from transmission data which is subjected to spectrum spreading using a same code between said plurality of mobile stations and which includes a data and an orthogonal pilot pattern different between said plurality of mobile stations; and receiving said radio signal by a radio base station to allow communication with said each mobile station based on said radio signal.
- 4. The communication method according to claim 3, wherein said data includes identification data of said each mobile station.
- 5. A mobile station in a spectrum spreading communication system includes a plurality of said mobile stations and a base station, said mobile station comprising:a spreading section which spreads transmission data using a spreading code, wherein said transmission data includes a orthogonal pilot pattern and data, said orthogonal pilot patterns are different between said plurality of mobile stations, and said spreading code is same to said plurality of mobile stations; and a transmitting section which transmits the spread transmission data on a frequency band to said radio base station as a radio signal, said frequency band is same to said plurality of mobile stations.
- 6. The mobile station according to claim 5, wherein said data includes identification data of said mobile station.
- 7. A communication method by a mobile station in a spectrum spreading communication system including a radio base station and a plurality of said mobile stations, comprising the steps of:spreading transmission data using a same spreading code to said plurality of mobile stations, wherein said transmission data includes a unique orthogonal pilot pattern and data; and transmitting the spectrum-spread transmission data on a same frequency band to said radio base station as a radio signal such that said mobile station is allowed to communicate with said radio base station based on said radio signal.
- 8. The communication method according to claim 7, wherein said data includes identification data of said mobile station.
- 9. A radio base station in a spectrum spreading communication system including said radio base station and a plurality of mobile stations, comprising:a receiving section which receives radio transmission data on a same frequency band from each of said plurality of mobile stations, wherein said radio transmission data includes data and a different orthogonal pilot pattern, said different orthogonal pilot patterns are respectively allocated to said plurality of mobile stations, and are subjected to spectrum spreading by said plurality of mobile stations using a common spreading code; a producing section which produces a digital signal from said radio transmission data; a generating section which generates path data from said digital signal based on said different orthogonal pilot pattern; a determining section which determines paths related with said digital signal based on said path data; and a detecting section which detects a component of said digital signal that is correlated with said spreading code for each of the determined paths.
- 10. The base station according to claim 9, wherein said data includes identification data of said mobile station.
- 11. A communication method in a radio base station in a spectrum spreading communication system including said radio base station and a plurality of mobile stations, said method comprising the steps of:receiving radio transmission data from each of said plurality of mobile stations, wherein said transmission data includes a different orthogonal pilot pattern and data, said different orthogonal pilot patterns are respectively allocated to said plurality of mobile stations, and a plurality of said radio transmission data are subjected to spectrum spreading by said plurality of mobile stations using a common spreading code; producing a digital signal from said radio transmission data; generating path data from said digital signal based on said different pilot pattern; determining paths related with said digital signal based on said path data; and detecting a component of said digital signal that is correlated with said spreading code for each of the determined paths.
- 12. The communication method according to claim 11, wherein said data includes identification data of said each mobile station.
- 13. A mobile station system in a spectrum spreading communication system includes a plurality of said mobile stations and a base station, said mobile station comprising:spreading means for spreading transmission data using a common spreading code for all of said plurality of mobile stations, wherein said transmission data includes a unique pilot pattern and data for each of said plurality of mobile stations; and transmitting means for transmitting the spread transmission data on a same frequency band to said radio base station as a radio signal.
- 14. The mobile station system according to claim 13, wherein said data includes identification data of said mobile station.
- 15. The mobile station system having a plurality of mobile stations, wherein said plurality of mobile station each codes a first data and a second data, said first data being predetermined and unique to each of said plurality of mobile stations and used to identify said mobile station, and said second data being a spreading code common to all of said plurality of mobile stations to produce coded data, said plurality of mobile stations transmitting the coded data to a radio base station on common a predetermined band.
