A sperm sampler driving device according to the present design has a cylindrical casing with a narrow center in the axial direction, and a rotary holder portion positioned adjacent to the tip of the casing and holding the base end of the sperm collector in a removable position; on the front of the casing, there are two control buttons, one for rotation and the other for vibration, side by side in the vertical direction; the rotary holder portion has a disk-shaped base portion located on the casing side and a pair of side walls extending from the left and right side edges of the base portion, and has a substantially arch shape when viewed from the front; reference view 1 is a perspective view of the rotary holder portion; reference view 2 is a perspective view of the sperm sampler; and reference view 3 is a perspective view of the driving device with the sperm sampler attached; the sperm sampler shown in reference views 2 and 3 are not part of the claimed design.
