As shown in
Among these parts, the flange 12 and the cylindrical part 13 are integrally formed to constitute the upper part of the shaft part, and the flange 12 and the cylindrical part 13 are fixed to the lower part of the shaft part by screws (not shown).
The lower part of the shaft part is formed to gradually reduce the diameter in the direction from the flange 12 side to the tip end side of the rotating shaft 11, so as to form approximately reversed conical shape as a whole.
In the flange 12 and the cylindrical part 13, a hole 14 is formed at each of two places which are faced to each other across a shaft line Ax of the rotating shaft 11 (hereinafter referred to as “shaft line Ax”) corresponding to the shaft line along the vertical direction of the spinning top toy 1 as a whole. On the other hand, in the lower part of the shaft part, projecting pieces 11a which overhang radially outward in the positions corresponding to the holes 14 of the flange 12 are formed. These projecting pieces 11 a are positioned under the holes 14 of the flange 12. A sitting part, which will be described later, is configured on the top surface of the projecting piece 11a.
Further, in the cylindrical part 13, a projection part 15 is formed at each of two places which are faced to each other across the shaft line Ax in the right and left direction. The outer surface of the projection part 15 is flush with the outer peripheral surface of the flange 12. Further, in the lower part of the shaft part, projection parts 11b, which overhang radially outward in the positions corresponding to the projection parts 15 are formed. Further, the flange 12 and the cylindrical part 13 are fixed in the places of the projection parts 15, 11b by screws (not shown).
Further, a cylindrical body 16 is vertically disposed inside the cylindrical part 13 (upper surface is only shown in
Further, a shaft part 10 is provided with a cylindrical shaped urging member 18. The urging member 18 is made of synthetic resin but it may be made of metal. The urging member 18 is placed inside the cylindrical part 13 in a manner of surrounding the outer peripheral of the cylindrical body 16.
As shown in
The ceiling wall 18b is provided at the upper end of the cylindrical part 18a. In the ceiling wall 18b, a hole 18d in a shape corresponding to the shape of the upper end part of the cylindrical body 16 is formed.
Further, the leg parts 18c are provided at the outer periphery lower end part of the cylindrical part 18a. The leg parts 18c are formed at two places which are faced to each other across the shaft line Ax in the front and back direction. The leg part 18c is formed with a horizontal part 180c, which horizontally overhangs from the cylindrical part 18a, and a vertical part 181c, which vertically downward extends from the top end of the horizontal part 180c.
In the urging member 18 with such structure, as shown in
Further, on the upper surface of the ceiling wall 18b of the urging member 18, protruding strips (projections) 21, which extend radially at two places faced to each other across the shaft line Ax in the right and left direction, are formed.
In the present embodiment, a flywheel is used as a performance variable ring 30.
As shown in
A body 40 forms an approximately disk-shape of which the shaft line Ax is positioned as the central axis.
As shown in
In the present embodiment, the body 40 is provided with a main body part 50 and a mounting member 60 which is mounted to the main body part 50 and is separated from the main body part 50 when an impact is received from outside. In this state, the main body part 50 keeps being attached to the shaft part 10 and they can keep rotating.
As shown in
The base 51 forms an approximately disk-shape in which the shaft line Ax is positioned as the central axis, and in the outer periphery of the base 51, protrusions and recesses are formed.
In the base 51, an arcuate slit 46a is formed in each of two places which are faced to each other across the shaft line Ax. The arcuate slits 46a are formed with arcuate slits 46b provided in the decoration cover 53 which will be described later, so as to constitute the arcuate slits 46 of the body 40.
As described later, when the spinning top toy 1 is assembled, the assembled body which is formed by assembling the shaft part 10 and the performance variable ring 30 in a fitting state is assembled with the body 40. At this point, the tongue-piece parts 34 of the performance variable ring 30 are fitted to an end of a predetermined side of the arcuate slits 46 of the body 40 (see
In one of the pair of the arcuate slits 46a of the base 51, in the connecting state of the assembled spinning top toy 1, at the vicinity of the end to which the tongue-piece part 34 of the performance variable ring 30 abuts (hereinafter referred to as “abutment end part”), a shaft hole 511 is formed on a line extending from the abutment end part of the arcuate slit 46a. In the shaft hole 511, a stopper member 55 is provided.
Specifically, the stopper member 55 includes a shaft part 551 which extends parallel to the shaft line Ax in the assembled state, and a V-shaped locking part 552 which is provided on the top part of the shaft part 551. By assembling the shaft part 551 into the shaft hole 511, the V-shaped locking part 552 is configured to be capable of swinging around the shaft line of the shaft part 551 as a rotation center.
Further, at the arcuate slit 46a at the position of the slide where the shaft hole 511 is formed, a groove part 512 along the arcuate shape of the arcuate slit 46a is provided and connected to the abutment end part. In the groove part 512, a stopper urging member 56 is mounted.
Specifically, the stopper urging member 56 includes a leg part 561 formed along the shape of the groove part 512, and an approximately Y-shaped urging part 562 provided on top part of the leg part 561. It is capable of moving along the groove part 512 by inserting the leg part 561 into the groove part 512.
The shape on the side, which is opposed to the stopper member 55, in the urging part 562 corresponds to the shape on the side, which is opposed to the stopper urging member 56, in the V-shaped locking part 552.
When the tongue-piece part 34 moves to the position abutting the abutment end part, the stopper urging member 56 is pushed to the stopper member 55, and the Y-shaped urging part 562 of the stopper urging member 56 is moved to contact the V-shaped locking part 552 of the stopper member 55 in a direction of fitting. The direction of the V-shaped locking part is fixed in a predetermined direction. Accordingly, a part of the V-shaped locking part 552 of the stopper member 55 is locked in a state of fitting to a locking recessed part 62 of a mounting member 60 which will be described later.
In the present embodiment, the spinning top toy 1 is wound-up in a counterclockwise direction by a spring of a launcher which will be described later, and the rotating power in the opposite direction of the wounding-up direction (that is, the counterclockwise direction in the present embodiment; see
In the present embodiment, when such rotating power is applied to the spinning top toy 1, the stopper member 55 and the stopper urging member 56 blocks the relative movement of the mounting member 60 with respect to the main body part 50 in the rotation direction (that is, clockwise direction in the present embodiment) of the spinning top, so as to maintain the mounting state of the mounting member 60 to the main body part 50. Further, it is configured in which the locking mechanism 550 is configured to become a releasing state by receiving an impact from outside.
In the pair of arcuate slits 46a of the base 51, on the surface on the side close to the shaft line Ax (that is, inner side surface), a recessed part 513 is formed in each of the positions faced to each other across the shaft line Ax. In the recessed parts 513, arm parts 542 (see
Further, in the position corresponding to the projecting part 543 (see
In the center of the base 51, a round hole 515 around the shaft line Ax as a central axis is formed. In the lower end of the inner peripheral surface of the round hole 515, in each of two places faced to each other across the shaft line Ax, a hook 516 (see
Further, on the lower end surface of the base 51, in the central part connected to the round hole 515, in each of the two places faced to each other across the shaft line Ax, protrusions and recesses are continuously formed, and a raised part 517 (see
The pressing ring 52 is the annular member around the shaft line Ax as the central axis, and the arcuate slits 46a of the base 51 are arranged in the radially outward direction. The pressing ring 52 is fitted to and integrated with the base 51 in the assembled state, so that the free rotational movement in the circumferential direction which is independent movement from the base 51 is restricted.
The outer dimension of the pressing ring 52 is formed smaller than the inner dimension of the mounting member 60 and it is arranged inside the mounting member 60. Further, it covers at least a part of the V-shaped locking part 552 of the stopper member 55 provided to the base 51.
Specifically, in the state in which the V-shaped locking part 552 is pressed by the stopper urging member 56 and a part of the V-shaped locking part 552 is fitted to the locking recessed part 62, the pressing ring 52 is arranged in a manner of overlapping with at least a portion where the locking recessed part 62 is fitted within the V-shaped locking part 552. With this, in the state in which the part of the V-shaped locking part 552 fits to the locking recessed part 62 of the mounting member 60, the pressing ring 52 covers at least a part of the overhanging locking member 61 which is formed to overhang in the radially inward direction in the mounting member 60, so as to prevent the mounting member 60 from being removed in the upward direction.
In the pressing ring 52, a notched part 521 is formed in each of two places faced to each other across the shaft line Ax. The notched part 521 has a width larger than the circumferential width of the overhanging locking member 61 of the mounting member 60. When the notched parts 521 are arranged in the positions corresponding to the overhanging locking members 61 within the pressing ring 52, the upper side of the overhanging locking members 61 is released (see
The decoration cover 53 is an approximately disk-shaped member around the shaft line Ax as the central axis. The decoration cover 53 is made of, for example, a transparent resin, etc., and is fixed to the base 51 by a screw.
The decoration cover 53 has an outer dimension slightly smaller than the inner dimension of the pressing ring 52, and it is arranged on the upper surface of the base 51, in which the pressing ring 52 is mounted, and inside the pressing ring 52. By providing the decoration cover 53, the stopper member 55 and the stopper urging member 56 mounted on the upper surface of the base 51 are pressed from the upper side by the decoration cover 53, so as to prevent the stopper member 55 and the stopper urging member 56 from being removed in the upward direction.
In the decoration cover 53, the arcuate slit 46b is formed in each of the positions corresponding to the arcuate slits 46a of the base 51. The arcuate slits 46b configure the arcuate slits 46 of the body 40 with the arcuate slits 46a of the base 51.
Further, in the positions corresponding to the recessed parts 513 which are formed in the inside surface of the arcuate slits 46a of the base 51, recessed parts 531 similar to the recessed parts 513 are formed. In the similar manner as the recessed parts 513, by fitting the arm parts 542 (see
In the decoration cover 53, a hole part to which the insertion end side of the projecting part 543 (see
The locking member 54 is assembled to the base 51 from the lower side of the base 51. The base 51 and the decoration cover 53, and the pressing ring 52 integrated with the base 51 are integrated, so as to configure the main body part 50.
The locking member 54 has an annular main body 541.
In the outer periphery of the main body 541 and each of the two places faced to each other across the shaft line Ax, an arm part 542 (see
It is preferable that the arm parts 542 have some spring characteristic. By fitting the arm parts 542 to the recessed parts 513 of the base and the recessed parts 531 of the decoration cover 53, it is locked to the base 51 and the decoration cover 53.
Further, in the outer periphery of the main body 541 and a part where the arm parts 542 are not arranged, the projecting parts 543 (see
By fitting the arm parts 542 into the recessed parts 513 of the base 51 and the recessed parts 531 of the decoration cover 53, the position of the locking member 54 in the circumferential direction of the shaft line Ax is determined. Further, by providing the projecting part 543, even though an impact is applied to the main body part 50 from outside, the position shift, etc. occurred by removing the arm parts 542 from the recessed parts 513 and the recessed parts 531 can be surely prevented.
The mounting member 60 is an annular member around the shaft line Ax as the central axis. In the present embodiment, the mounting member 60 is arranged in the upper side of the base 51. Specifically, the inner diameter of the mounting member 60 is larger than the outer diameter of the decoration cover 53, which is arranged on the upper surface of the base 51, and the pressing ring 52, so that the mounting member 60 is arranged in a manner of surrounding the decoration cover 53 and the pressing ring 52.
The arrangement position, etc. of the mounting member 60 is not limited to the example shown here. For example, the inner diameter of the mounting member 60 is formed larger than the outer diameter of the base 51, and the mounting member 60 may be mounted to the outer periphery of the base 51 or the main body part 50 provided with the base 51.
In the present embodiment, the outer diameter of the mounting member 60 is larger than the outer diameter of the main body part 50, and the outer periphery of the mounting member 60 overhangs outwardly.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of protrusions and recesses are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting member 60, so that when the spinning top toy 1 contacts and collides with opponent's spinning top toy, first, the outer peripheral surface of the mounting member 60 contacts to opponent's spinning top toy, and the protrusions and recesses provided on the outer peripheral surface collides with the outer periphery of opponent's spinning top toy. Therefore, a large impact can be applied to opponent's spinning top toy.
Further, in the present embodiment, the external shape of the mounting member 60 is formed different from the external shape of the main body 50 (specifically, base 51 in the present embodiment).
That is, as shown in
In the spinning top toy 1, when the external shape has a rough shape including many of protrusions and recesses, when it collides with opponent's spinning top toy, more damage can be applied to the opponent, so that the offensive power is high. On the other hand, in a case in which the external shape is relatively smooth, the offensive power is not that high when it collides with opponent's spinning top toy. However, when receiving the impact from the opponent, the impact is easily relived in comparison with the case in which it has a rough shape including many of protrusions and recesses. Therefore, it stably and continuously rotates and it is excellent in stability.
In the spinning top toy 1 of the present embodiment, when the impact is received by attacking from the opponent, first, the mounting member 60 of which the external shape includes many of protrusions and recesses is separated from the main body part 50, and after that, it continuously rotates with the main body part 50, of which the external shape is relatively smooth, and the shaft part 10. Accordingly, by receiving the impact from opponent's spinning top toy during a game, the spinning top toy 1 changes the shape of the outer peripheral part, so that the spinning top toy is configured to change different characteristics.
Further, in the mounting member 60 of the present embodiment, a weight is provided.
As described above, in the present embodiment, when the impact is received from the opponent, first, the mounting member 60 is separated from the main body part 50. At this point, if the mounting member 60 is light weight, there may be a risk of flying it far by the impact. However, by providing the weight on the mounting member 60 with a certain weight, after separating the mounting member 60 from the main body part 50, it immediately falls down, and there is no risk of losing the mounting member, etc.
Further, by providing the weight on the mounting member 60 and having a certain weight, when the mounting member 60 collides with opponent's spinning top toy, more impact can be applied to the opponent.
In the inner peripheral surface of the mounting member 60, an overhanging locking member 61 overhanging in the annular center direction is provided. In the present embodiment, it shows an example in which the overhanging locking member 61 is provided in each of two places faced to each other across the shaft line Ax. However, the positions or the number of the overhanging locking members 61 are not limited to this.
Further, the shape or the size of the overhanging locking member 61 is not limited, but the overhanging locking member 61 is provided in a range narrower than the range of the portion where the notched part 521 of the pressing ring 52 is formed. In the state in which the part other than the notched parts 521 is overlapped on the overhanging locking members 61 (see
Further, at the end part in the overhanging side of the overhanging locking members 61, a locking recessed part 62 is provided, so that the V-shaped locking part 552 of the locking mechanism 550 is capable of engaging with the locking recessed part 62. It is preferable to provide a R corner in the locking recessed part 62, so as to take the state in which the V-shaped locking part 552, which swings, fits inside the recessed part, and the state in which it is removed from the inside of the recessed part. Assembly Method
Next, an example of an assembly method of the spinning top toy 1 will be described.
Here, it is assumed that the assembly of the shaft part 10 has been already finished.
First, the assembly of the body 40 will be described.
In the case of assembling the body 40, first, the stopper member 55 is assembled to the base 51 by inserting the shaft part 551 into the shaft hole 511 of the base 51. Further, the leg part 561 is fitted and inserted into the groove part 512, and the stopper urging member 56 is assembled to the base 51.
The mounting member 60 is arranged on top of the base 51, and further on top of the base 51, the pressing ring 52 and the decoration cover 53 are arranged inside the annular mounting member 60. At this point, the pressing ring 52 is arranged at a position where the notched part 521 is off from the overhanging locking member 61 of the mounting member 60, and the part other than the notched part 521 is arranged in a manner of overlapping at least a part of the top of the V-shaped locking part 552 of the locking mechanism 550 (see
With this, in the state in which the pressing ring 52, the decoration cover 53, and the mounting member 60 are arranged on top of the base 51, further, the locking member 54 is assembled from the lower side of the base 51. Specifically, the arm parts 542 are fitted and inserted to the recessed parts 513 formed inside the arcuate slits 46a of the base 51 and the recessed parts 531 formed inside the arcuate slits 46b of the decoration cover 53, and the projecting part 543 is inserted into the through hole 514 of the base 51 (or in a case in which a hole part corresponding to the through hole 514 is also formed in the decoration cover 53, it is inserted into the hole part). With this, the assembly of the body 40 is completed.
Next, the assembly of the shaft part 10, the performance variable ring 30, and the body 40 will be described.
First, in a manner in which the projection parts 15 of the shaft part 10 are matched with the recessed parts 33 of the performance variable ring 30 from the lower side, the shaft part 10 and the performance variable ring 30 are assembled in the fitting state. Next, the assembled body is moved close to the body 40. At this point, the tongue-piece parts 34 of the performance variable ring 30 of the aforementioned assembled body are matched with the predetermined end of the arcuate slits 46 of the body 40 (see
As shown in
In this state, as shown in
After that, the shaft part 10 of the aforementioned assembled body is pressed to the body 40 side. Then, first, the performance variable ring 30 is pressed to the lower surface of the body 40. Further, the spring (not shown) inside the shaft part 10 is contracted, the hooks 17 of the shaft part 10 are relatively pushed up in a position higher than the hooks 516 of the body 40. The shaft part 10 is rotated integrally with the performance variable ring 30 with respect to the body 40 until the tongue-piece parts 34 are moved to the end (that is, abutment end part) which is the opposite end of the aforementioned predetermined end (see
The state in which the lower surface of the hooks 17 of the shaft part 10 and the upper surface of the hooks 516 of the body 40 are contacted is the connecting state.
Further, in this state, the tongue-piece part 34 of the performance variable ring 30 pushes out the stopper urging member 56 arranged inside the arcuate slits 46 in the moving direction, and the urging part 562 of the stopper urging member 56 contacts to the V-shaped locking part 552 of the stopper member 55 and pushes it in the moving direction. Accordingly, the V-shaped locking part 552 of the stopper member 55 is fitted to the inside of the locking recessed part 62 of the overhanging locking member 61 of the mounting member 60. In this state, the relative movement of the mounting member 60 with respect to the main body part 50 in the rotation direction (clockwise direction in the present embodiment) of the spinning top is restricted by the locking mechanism 550, so that the mounting state of the mounting member 60 maintains.
With this, the connection of the shaft part 10, and the performance variable ring 30 and the body 40 are completed, and the spinning top toy 1 becomes the assembled state.
Next, an example of how to play with the spinning top toy 1 will be described.
In the example of how to play, by spinning the spinning top toy 1, a battle is performed with opponent's spinning top toy which is not shown.
In this case, charging the rotating power of the spinning top toy 1 is performed by the launcher 80 as shown in
The spinning top toy 1 which is launched in such manner, is rotated clockwise in a plane view in a predetermined field, and it collides with opponent's spinning top toy. At this point, in the spinning top toy 1, first, the mounting member 60 of the body 40 which projects at the outermost side collides with the body of opponent's spinning top toy, so as to attack opponent's spinning top toy.
On the other hand, by an impact force or a friction, etc. due to the impact, in the mounting member 60 of the spinning top toy 1, a power applies in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the main body part 50 of the body 40, which is loaded to the shaft part 10 through the performance variable ring 30, (that is, counterclockwise direction in a case in which the spinning top toy 1 is rotated in a clockwise direction (see the arrow direction shown in
Then, the tongue-piece parts 34 of the performance variable ring 30 slightly move, so that the pressing of the V-shaped locking part 552 of the stopper member 55 by the stopper urging member 56 of the locking mechanism 550 is released. The V-shaped locking part 552 comes free from the locking recessed part 62 of the mounting member 60, so that it becomes an unlocked state. When the mounting member 60 is rotationally moved to the position where the overhanging locking members 61 is positioned to the notched parts 521 of the pressing ring 52, the upward moving restriction of the mounting member 60 is released, so as to be separated from the main body part 50.
After that, the spinning top toy 1 continues to rotate with only the body 40 of the main body part 50 and the shaft part 10. In this state of the spinning top toy 1, since the mounting member 60 which has weight and a plurality of protrusions and recesses is separated, the offensive power is lowered, but the stability is enhanced, so that the spinning top toy, which has characteristics different from the beginning of the spinning top toy 1, continues to battle with opponent's spinning top toy.
When the body 40 of the spinning top toy 1 further receives an impact by further colliding with opponent's spinning top toy, by the impact force or the friction, etc., the power is applied to the body 40 in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the shaft part 10 and the performance variable ring 30, so that the body 40 is relatively rotated in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the shaft part 10 and the performance variable ring 30.
Then, the protruding strips 21 are meshed with the raised part 517 of the lower surface of the body 40 (see
With this, in the present embodiment, as shown in
As described above, in the present embodiment, the body 40 of the spinning top toy 1 is configured with the main body part 50 and the mounting member 60, and by receiving an impact from outside, it is separated from the main body part 50.
With this, when the body 40 of the spinning top toy 1 collides with opponent's spinning top toy, the mounting member 60 is removed from the main body part 50 by the impact, and the shape of the outer peripheral part of the spinning top toy 1 is changed and the characteristics (that is, the shape or the characteristics, etc.) of the spinning top toy 1 are changed. Therefore, with one spinning top toy, the player can enjoy various patterns of attacks and battles to opponent's spinning top toy.
Further, since the locking mechanism 550 is provided in the spinning top toy 1, the relative movement of the mounting member 60 in the same direction of the rotation direction of the spinning top is restricted until the locking mechanism 550 becomes the releasing state by receiving an impact from outside, so that the mounting state of the mounting member 60 to the main body part 50 maintains. Therefore, it prevents the mounting member 60 from being separated from the main body part 50 unintentionally at a stage such as at the time of lunching the spinning top toy 1 by the launcher 80, etc.
Further, since the mounting member 60 of the present embodiment is provided with a weight, it lands quickly when separating from the main body part. Therefore, it can prevent the mounting member 60 from flying far to hit someone or it can prevent the mounting member 60 from being lost. Further, since the mounting member 60 has the weight, when the mounting member 60 collides with opponent's spinning top toy, a large impact can be applied, so that a large offensive power can be expected.
Further, since the mounting member 60 is annularly formed, the mounting member 60 is separated as one from the main body part. Therefore, when the mounting member 60 is separated from the main body part 50, it can prevent the mounting member from being lost. Further, since the mounting member 60 is an integral annular member, it can be easily handled when the mounting member 60 is mounted to the main body part 50.
Further, in the present embodiment, the outer diameter of the mounting member 60 is formed larger than the outer diameter of the main body part 50. Therefore, when the spinning top toy is attached by opponent's spinning top toy, first, the mounting member 60, which is arranged outside of the main body part 50, receives the impact, and it is separated before the main body part 50. Therefore, the shape and the size of the spinning top toy 1 can be changed in the state in which the mounting member 60 is mounted and the state after separating the mounting member 60, so that the player can enjoy a wide variety of attacks.
Further, in the present embodiment, the external shape of the mounting member 60 is formed different from the external shape of the main body part 50. With this, when the mounting member 60 is separated from the main body part 50, the shape and the size of the body 40 and its offensive power and defensive power, etc. are largely changed. Therefore, before and after the separation of the mounting member 60, the player can enjoy a wide variety of attacking modes as if the player uses different types of the spinning top toy 1 for attacking.
Further, in the present embodiment, after the mounting member 60 is separated, by further receiving an impact from outside, the main body part 50 is separated from the shaft part 10. Therefore, by separating the spinning top toy 1 in two steps such as the separation of the mounting member 60 and the separation of the main body part 50, the spinning top toy having more interest factors can be realized.
The embodiments of the present invention were described above, but the present invention is not limited to the aforementioned embodiments, and needless to say, various modifications may be made within the scope that does not depart from the essential point of the present invention.
For example, in the aforementioned embodiments, after the mounting member 60 is separated, when further impact is received, the body 40 having only the main body part 50 is also separated from the shaft part 10. It describes an example in case in which the spinning top toy 1 is separated in two steps, but it is not limited to the case in which the spinning top toy 1 is separated in two steps. For example, the mounting member 60 is only separated, and after that, it may continue rotating until the rotating power loses.
Further, in the present embodiment, it describes an example in which the spinning top toy 1 is configured with the shaft part 10 and the body 40, and the body 40 is provided with the main body part 50 and the mounting member 60. However, the configuration of the spinning top toy 1 is not limited to this. For example, as described above, in the case of configuration in which when the spinning top toy 1 receives an impact, the mounting member 60 is only separated and no more parts are separated, and it continuously rotates until the rotating power loses, it may be a configuration in which the shaft part 10 and the main body part 50 are integrally assembled (that is, in a mode in which they are not separated by receiving an impact, etc. during battles).
Further, in the aforementioned embodiment, it describes an example in which the locking mechanism 550, which restricts the rotation of the mounting member 60, is provided, but providing the locking mechanism is not always required. Simply, in order not to separate the mounting member 60 in the upward direction as long as an impact is not received by the pressing ring 52, etc., there may be only a configuration in which the upward direction movement of the mounting member 60 is restricted.
Further, the locking mechanism 550 may be sufficient in a mechanism which blocks the relative movement with respect to the main body part 50 of the mounting member 60 in the rotation direction of the spinning top. The specific configuration is not limited to the example described in the present embodiment.
In the aforementioned embodiment, it describes an example in the case in which by providing the locking mechanism 550, first, the mounting member 60 is separated, and after that, the body 40 is relatively rotated in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the shaft part 10 and the performance variable ring 30 (see
In a case in which it is configured to only separate the mounting member 60 and after that, it continuously rotates until the rotating power loses, as the locking mechanism 550, in order not to separate the mounting member 60 until the spinning top toy 1 is launched from the launcher 80, an abutment member, etc., which restricts the relative movement to the body part 50 of the mounting member 60 in the rotation direction of the spinning top, may be provided.
In the present embodiment, it describes an example in the case in which the mounting member 60 is annularly formed, and the mounting member 60 is separated as one from the main body part 50. However, the mounting member 60 is not limited to the annular integral member.
For example, the mounting member may be configured by assembling a plurality of components.
In this case, specifically, for example, the plurality of components configuring the mounting member is engaged with each other by engagement parts, and it is mounted to the main body part 50 in the integrated state. In this case, the specific configuration of the engagement parts is not particularly limited, various methods to engage the components each other can be used.
When the spinning top toy 1 receives an impact, etc. by colliding with opponent's spinning top toy, etc., the engagement parts engaging the components each other are separated, so that each component comes apart and is separated from the main body part 50. In the method for separating when the components are separated from the main body part 50, all of the components may be separated at the approximately same time, or each one of the components or some of components may be sequentially separated from the main body part 50.
Further, for example, the mounting member is configured with a base part, which becomes a base, and one or a plurality of small components, and the small component(s) may be configured to be mounted on a periphery, etc. of the base part. In this case, when the spinning top toy 1 receives an impact, etc., first, the small component(s) is separated from the base part, and the base part is further separated from the main body part 50. The mounting member is sequentially separated or disassembled in such way.
With this, in a case in which the mounting member is configured by a plurality of components, the spinning top toy 1 is disassembled in multiple steps with complexity, so that the interest factors are enhanced.
Further, even if a component of the mounting member is broken, it is possible to replace in each component. Further, the user can combine various components, so that it is possible to customize the mounting member.
According to the present invention, the spinning top toy includes a mounting member which separates from a main body part by receiving an impact from outside, and by separating the mounting member from the main body part, the shape of the outer peripheral part changes.
Accordingly, when the spinning top toy collides with opponent's spinning top toy, the mounting member is separated from the main body part by the impact, so as to change the shape and the characteristics of the spinning top toy.
Therefore, the player can enjoy battles with various variations of attacks to opponent's spinning top toy by one spinning top toy, and the spinning top toy having attacking modes which create more interest factors can be realized.
Further, in a case in which a locking mechanism is provided in the spinning top toy, as long as it does not become a releasing state by receiving an impact from outside, the relative movement of the mounting member in the same direction of the rotation direction of the spinning top is restricted, so as to maintain a mounting state of the mounting member with respect to the main body part. With this, it can prevent the mounting member from separating when the spinning top toy is launched by a launcher, etc. On the other hand, the locking mechanism becomes the releasing state by relatively rotating the mounting member in the opposite direction from the rotation direction of the main body part, so that when it receives an impact, the mounting member is separated.
Further, in a case in which a weight is provided in the mounting member, the mounting member has a certain weight, so that it lands quickly after separating from the main body part. Therefore, it can prevent the mounting member from flying far to hit someone or it can prevent the mounting member from being lost.
Further, in a case in which the mounting member is annularly formed, the mounting member is separated from the main body part as one body. Therefore, when the mounting member is separated from the main body part, it can prevent the mounting member from being lost. Further, when the mounting member is mounted to the main body part, it can be easily handled.
Further, by forming the dimension of the mounting member larger than the dimension of the main body part, when the impact is received by attacking from opponent's spinning top toy, the mounting member which is arranged outside of the main body part receives the impact first, and it is separated before the main body part. Therefore, the player can enjoy the offense since the shape and the size of the spinning top toy change in a state in which the mounting member is mounted and in a state in which the mounted member is separated.
Further, in a case in which the mounting member is mounted in outer periphery of the main body part by forming the dimension of the mounting member larger than the dimension of the main body part or in a case in which the external shape of the mounting member is formed different from the external shape of the main body part, the size of the body, its offensive power, its defense power, etc. are largely changed when the mounting member is separated from the main body part. Therefore, before and after the separation of the mounting member, the player can enjoy variety of attacking modes as if the player uses different types of the spinning top toys for attacking.
Further, after separating the mounting member, in a case in which the main body part is configured to be separated from the shaft part by receiving further impact from outside, the spinning top toy disassembled in two steps such as the separation of the mounting member and the separation of the main body part can be realized. With this, the spinning top toy which further enhances interest factors can be realized.
