Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to a spliceable track combined toy.

BACKGROUND

With constant improvement of people's living standards and quality, growth and cultivation of children have attracted more and more attention. Toys are considered as one of products to facilitate the growth and cultivation of the children. However, some classic toys are defective for lacking improvements. The existing ball track combined toy has simple components. Specifically, a plurality of guideposts and a plurality of track building blocks are combined to form a ball track. In play by the children, a ball rolls from a starting point to an end point through a plurality of guide frames and a plurality of tracks. Restricted by a structural design, the ball has unidirectional rolling in the track. This is tedious and unattractive for the children in long time. Moreover, there is no change and diversity to splice and combine the structure of the ball track. This does not facilitate cultivation of hands-on skills and development of intelligence.

The present disclosure provides a spliceable track combined toy.

As shown in FIG. 1, the spliceable track combined toy provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a track assembly 1, a support bracket assembly 2, and a ball. The track assembly 1 includes a plurality of sub-tracks. The sub-tracks include oblique tracks 10 and a straight track 20.

The track assembly 1 is provided on the support bracket assembly 2. The support bracket assembly 2 includes a plurality of support posts. The support posts have different heights, such that a plurality of oblique tracks 10 have different slopes.

The ball is provided on the track assembly 1 and capable of sliding along the track assembly 1.

In the embodiment, the sub-tracks and the support posts are combined diversely, and can be freely spliced to form various different structures. A rolling path of the ball can be shifted freely to increase enjoyment. Meanwhile, a sliding length of the track assembly 1 can be increased freely as required, and a plurality of sliding paths can be shifted, such that a wide application scope is achieved. By changing heights of the support posts, a mounting height of the track assembly 1 can be adjusted. This facilitates fixation of the sub-tracks in different directions, and deformation of the sub-tracks.

Further, the track assembly 1 further includes arc tracks 30 and a V-shaped track 40. The arc tracks 30 each can be connected between two adjacent ones of the sub-tracks. The arc tracks 30 have different lengths and radians. The V-shaped track 40 can be connected among three adjacent ones of the sub-tracks. The V-shaped track 40 is provided with three ports. Two ports serve as a ball inlet, and the other port serves as a ball outlet. That is, in the embodiment, with the arc track 30 and the V-shaped track 40, there are more spliced types in use of the combined toy, such as FIG. 1. Certainly, in other embodiments, the combined toy may further have different shapes according to different combinations of a user.

It is to be understood that there is at least one arc track 30 with a same length or a same radian. Accordingly, there is at least one oblique track 10 with a same length, at least one straight track 20 with a same length, and at least one V-shaped track 40 with a same type.

In the embodiment, the support posts each include at least one building block 50. The building block 50 is hollowed-out. Eight hollowed-out holes 51 are formed in the building block 50. Exemplarily, the building block 50 is shaped as a cube. There is at least one building block 50 with a same size. In other words, in the above embodiment, there are no limits made on a number of tracks of different types or a number of building blocks 50 of different types.

Specifically, referring to FIG. 1, the sub-track can lap on the building block 50 or extend into the hollowed-out holes 51 or pass through the hollowed-out holes 51. For the lapping case, an end portion of the sub-track may lap on a top of the building block 50, and a tail end of the sub-track is connected to the top hollowed-out hole 51. For the extending case, the end portion of the sub-track at least extends into the building block 50 from the lateral hollowed-out hole 51 of the building block 50. For the case where the sub-track passes through the hollowed-out holes, the sub-track can pass through two opposite hollowed-out holes 51. Therefore, the hollowed-out building block 50 can further make the toy more diverse.

In addition, the spliceable track combined toy further includes a support member 60. A via hole for allowing the sub-track to pass through is formed in a bottom of the support member 60. A top of the support member 60 is connected to the sub-track. In the embodiment, the sub-track with a height not matching with a height of the building block 50 may be supported by the support member 60.

Meanwhile, the spliceable track combined toy further includes a ball protective plate 70. The ball protective plate 70 is U-shaped and covers the sub-track. In the embodiment, according to a spliced form of the user, the ball protective plate 70 may be specifically provided at a position where the ball slides out easily. This ensures that the ball does not slide out from the sub-track.

In the embodiment, baffles 80 are respectively provided at two sides of the sub-track. A height of the baffle 80 is at least greater than a radius of the ball. In the embodiment, after the ball is placed on the sub-track, since the height of the baffle 80 is at least greater than the radius of the ball, the ball does not fall from the two sides of the sub-track.

In addition, the spliceable track combined toy further includes a storage member 90. The storage member 90 is provided at a sliding tail end of the track assembly 1. A storage groove 91 for accommodating the ball is formed in the storage member 90. In the embodiment, by providing the storage member 90 at the sliding tail end of the track assembly 1, and connecting the storage groove 91 in the storage member 90 to the sliding tail end of the track assembly 1, the ball can be stored in the storage groove 91 after sliding, and cannot be scattered.

The spliceable track combined toy further includes a bell touch member 100 and a pinwheel member. The bell touch member 100 and the pinwheel member may be provided on the sub-track. When passing through the bell touch member and the pinwheel member, the ball 3 can impact the bell touch member and the pinwheel member to create a scene with a sounding bell or a rotating pinwheel. This makes the toy more diverse.

The above described are merely preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, which are not intended to limit the scope of the patent of the present disclosure. Any equivalent structure transformation made based on the description and accompanying drawings of the present disclosure, or direct or indirect application thereof in other related technical fields, should fall within the protection scope of the patent of the present disclosure.
