The present invention relates to the technical field of cleaning brushes, in particular to a kind of split bristles and a cleaning brush having the split bristles.
Brush is one of the commonly used cleaning tools in people's daily life, and it is often necessary to use the brush to clean a user's skin. For example, using the cleaning brush to clean the face's skin has gradually become one of the necessary items in daily life for many ladies. However, the structural design of the bristles of a conventional cleaning brush is poor and unable to clean out the pore dirt from skin, and thus the conventional cleaning brush fails to comply with user satisfaction.
In view of the drawbacks of the aforementioned drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art, it is a primary object of the present invention to provide a split bristle and a cleaning brush having the split bristle, wherein the split bristle comes with a specially designed bristle body and a cleaning part for removing and cleaning pore dirt from skin with high efficiency to improve the effect for the bristle body to clean the skin efficiently and effectively.
To achieve the aforementioned and other objectives, the present invention discloses a split bristle, comprising: a bristle body having a main body part and a plurality of cleaning parts disposed at the same end with the main body part, and the cleaning part being formed and protruded from an end surface at an end of the main body part, and the cleaning part having an outer diameter smaller than half of the outer diameter of the main body part.
Preferably, the main body part and the cleaning part are integrally formed into a one piece structure, and the bristle body is made of silicone.
Preferably, the plurality of cleaning parts surrounds the central axis of the main body part to form a circular array.
Preferably, the cleaning part is in a conical shape, and an end of the cleaning part proximate to the main body part has an outer diameter greater than the outer diameter an end of the cleaning part away from the main body part.
Preferably, the cleaning part has an end surface at an end of the main body part, which is a hemispherical surface provided for touching a user's skin.
Preferably, an end of the cleaning part away from the main body part has an outer diameter of 0.15˜0.4 mm.
Preferably, the cleaning part has a length of 0.5-4 mm.
To achieve the aforementioned and other objectives, the present invention also provides a cleaning brush having the split bristles further comprises a handle, a drive motor installed to the handle, a disc rotatably installed to the handle, and a carrier plate movably installed to the handle, and the bristle body coming with a plural quantity, and the main body part of the bristle body being installed to the carrier plate, and the drive motor being driven by an eccentric mechanism to drive the carrier plate together with the bristle body to vibrate.
Preferably, the handle comprises a grip and a brush head coupled to the grip, a drive motor, an eccentric mechanism, a carrier plate being disposed in the handle, and all bristle bodies being installed to the brush head, and the main body part of the bristle body penetrating through a sidewall of the brush head, and the cleaning part being disposed outside the brush head.
Preferably, the handle has a shock-absorbing soft cover covering onto an outer side thereof.
The present invention has the following advantageous effect: In actual use, the free end of the cleaning part touches a user's skin to be cleaned, and the structure of the bristle body is designed with a special design, and the cleaning part is used for cleaning the pore dirt on skin with high cleaning efficiency, so that the invention can improve the efficiency and effect of the bristle body to clean the user's skin.

In actual use, a free end of the cleaning part 3 touches a user's skin, and the bristle body 1 has a special structure, and the cleaning part 3 is provided for cleaning the pore dirt from skin effectively and improving the efficiency and effect of cleaning the user's skin by the bristle body 1. Compared with a large main body part 2 directly touching the user's skin, the cleaning part 3 touching the user's skin can reducing the contact area of the bristle body 1 with the skin significantly in order to clean the pore from the skin thoroughly. In addition, the strength of the cleaning part 3 is lower than the strength of the main body part 2 to avoid piercing or injuring the user's skin by the bristle body 1.
The main body part 2 and the cleaning part 3 are integrally formed into one piece. In actual manufacture, the bristle body 1 is formed by plastic injection molding. Preferably, the bristle body 1 is made of silicone, and the soft property of the silicone can lower the chance of piercing or injuring the user's skin by the bristle body 1 and improve customer satisfaction.
The plurality of cleaning parts 3 surrounds the central axis of the main body part 2 to form a circular array. In this embodiment, there are three cleaning parts 3 having a special layout in order to prevent the plurality of cleaning parts 3 from colliding or interfering with each other, and also balance the force exerted on the user's skin by the plurality of cleaning parts 3, so as to avoid discomfort caused by exerting force onto the skin unevenly. Of course, the quantity of cleaning parts 3 on the main body part 2 can be 2 to 10 according to actual requirements.
The cleaning part 3 is in a conical shape. In this embodiment, the cleaning part 3 is substantially in a circular conical shape. Of course, the cleaning part 3 can also be in a pyramid shape. An end of the cleaning part 3 proximate to the main body part 2 has an outer diameter greater than the outer diameter of an end of the cleaning part 3 away from the main body part 2. With the special structure of the cleaning part 3, the connection strength between the cleaning part 3 and the main body part 2 can be guaranteed to prevent the joint between the cleaning part 3 and the main body part 2 from being cracked or broken easily, and also reduce the contact area of the cleaning part 3 with the user's skin, so as to facilitate the cleaning part 3 to clean the pore dirt from the user's skin.
An end surface at an end of the cleaning part 3 away from the main body part 2 is a hemispherical surface 4, and the hemispherical surface 4 is provided for touching a user's skin. Compared with a sharp cleaning part 3 touching the user's skin, the design of the hemispherical surface 4 can assist increasing the contact area between the cleaning part 3 and the user's skin while guaranteeing the required outer diameter of the cleaning part 3 and can lower the chance of piercing or injuring the user's skin by the cleaning part 3.
An end of the cleaning part 3 away from the main body part 2 has an outer diameter of 0.15˜0.4 mm. In actual use, an end of the cleaning part 3 away from the main body part 2 is used for touching the user's skin. With the special design of the outer diameter of an end of the cleaning part 3 away from the main body part 2, the outer diameter of the end of the cleaning part 3 away from the main body part 2 fits the outer diameter of the pore of the user's skin, so as to improve the effect of cleaning up the pore dirt on the user's skin by the cleaning part 3.
The cleaning part 3 has a length of 0.5˜4 mm. If the length of the cleaning part 3 is length smaller than 0.5 mm, the main body part 2 will touch the user's skin easily and affect the cleaning effect of the cleaning part 3, and if the length of the cleaning part 3 is greater than 4 mm, the cleaning part 3 will be unable to ensure that the free end of the cleaning part 3 can touch the user's skin because of the low strength and the bent free end of the cleaning part 3. Therefore, the cleaning effect of the cleaning part 3 will drop significantly.
The present invention also provides a cleaning brush having the split bristles and further comprising a handle 5, a drive motor installed to the handle 5, a disc rotatably installed to the handle 5, and a carrier plate movably installed to the handle 5, wherein there are plural bristle bodies 1, and the plural bristle bodies 1 have parallel central axes, and the main body part 2 of the bristle body 1 is installed on the same side with the carrier plate, and the drive motor drives the carrier plate together with the bristle body 1 to vibrate through the eccentric mechanism.
In actual use, the user holds the handle 5 by a hand, and the free end of the cleaning part 3 of the bristle body 1 touches the user's skin, and then and the drive motor is turned on to drive the carrier plate together with the bristle body 1 to vibrate by an eccentric mechanism, and the vibration of the vibrated bristle body 1 is provided to achieve the effect of cleaning the user's skin automatically without requiring the user to hold the handle 5 and clean the skin manually, so as to improve the efficiency of cleaning the skin.
The handle 5 comprises a grip 6 and a brush head 7 coupled to the grip 6, and the drive motor, the eccentric mechanism and the carrier plate are disposed in the handle 5, and the handle 5 is used to protect the drive motor, the eccentric mechanism, and the carrier plate and prevent the drive motor, the eccentric mechanism and the carrier plate from being hit or damaged by external objects. All bristle bodies 1 are disposed on the brush head 7, and the main body part 2 of the bristle body 1 penetrates through a sidewall of the brush head 7, and the cleaning part 3 is disposed outside the brush head 7. In actual use, the user holds the grip 6, and a free end of the cleaning part 3 of the bristle body 1 of the brush head 7 touches the user's skin.
A shock-absorbing soft cover (not shown in the figure) is covered onto an outer side of the grip 6 of the handle 5, so that when the eccentric mechanism drives the carrier plate to vibrate with the bristle body 1, the shock-absorbing soft cover absorbs the impact between the handle 5 and the user's hand to reduce the impact of the handle 5 to the user's hand and improve the user satisfaction of use.
