Abstract
A net structure for use of both sports and leisure is mainly made up of a net body having a plurality of net yarns integrally woven into a large meshwork of coarse and three-dimensional cords wherein within each net hole of the large meshwork is interwoven a small net layer to form a net-within-net fabric structure. The large meshwork is increased in frictional resistance for barring objects caught at the net body therein; the small net layer can gather the outstretched large meshwork thereof, preventing the large meshwork from getting loose easily and permitting the net body thereof to be flexibly expanded within a certain range. The small net layer also forms a protective layer to stop objects like balls from breaking through thereof. Moreover, the net body can be integrally woven by net yarns of two or more than two different colors with the large meshwork in contrast or matching with the small net layer in different colors to verify and increase the beauty of the net body in display.
Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention is related to a sports and leisure net structure, especially a net structure for use of sports and leisure, comprising a net body having a plurality of net yarns integrally woven into a large meshwork, within each net hole of which is interwoven a small net layer therein to form a net-within-net fabric structure. The small net layer can gather and draw back the outstretched large meshwork when the net body is hit by objects from outside, preventing the net body from getting loose easily to provide an improved net structure of increased strength and flexibility.

[0002] Please refer to FIG. 1. A conventional net structure is mainly made up of a net body 10 having a plurality of net yarns woven into a large and coarse meshwork to increase the frictional resistance thereof. Sometimes, the net holes of said net body 10 are increased in density for further strengthening thereof. However, there are some drawbacks to such conventional net structure. Most of all, when the net body 10 is constantly hit or pulled by objects from outside, the net body 10 might easily get loose or deformed thereby, greatly reducing the strength of the net body 10 thereof in barring objects like balls.

[0003] Please refer to FIG. 2. Another conventional net structure comprises a net body 20 having a plurality of equidistant thick plastic yarns 21 formed into a twilled net fabric and a plurality of thin plastic yarns 22 interlacing with the thick plastic yarns 21 via fastening joints 23. There are some disadvantages to such conventional net structure. First, the net body 20 can easily get loose when the fastening joints 23 is constantly hit by objects from outside, failing to bar objects thereof. Second, the thick plastic yarns are first molded into a twilled net fabric before the thin plastic yarns are interlaced therewith, which not only complicates the process, but also increases the cost of production. Third, the fastening joints 23 can easily break off due to impact from outsides, which makes the net body 20 uneconomically short in lifetime.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

[0004] It is, therefore, the primary purpose of the present invention to provide an improved net structure for use of both sports and leisure, comprising a net body having a plurality of net yarns integrally woven into a large meshwork of coarse and three-dimensional cords, within each net hole of which is interwoven a small net layer therein to form a net-within-net fabric structure. The small net layer can draw back the outstretched large meshwork when the net body is hit by objects from outside, permitting the net body to be flexibly expanded within a certain range and preventing it from getting loose easily to provide a net structure of increased strength and flexibility.

[0005] It is, therefore, the secondary purpose of the present invention to provide an improved net structure for use of sports and leisure wherein the net body can also be integrally woven by net yarns of two or more than two different colors to produce a large meshwork in contrast or matching with a small net layer of different color interwoven at each net hole of the large meshwork thereof to verify and increase the beauty of the net body in display.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0012] Please refer to FIGS. 3, 4. The present invention is related to an improved net structure for use of both sports and leisure, comprising a net body 30 having a plurality of net yarns 31 integrally woven into a large meshwork 32-of coarse and three-dimensional cords. Within each net hole of said large meshwork 32 is disposed a small net layer 33 interwoven with the net yarns 31 of said large meshwork 32 thereof to form a net-within-net fabric structure as shown in FIG. 4. Said small net layer 33 thereof can gather and draw back the outstretched large meshwork 32, avoiding the overspread and deformation of said net body 30 thereof. Besides, said large meshwork 32 of coarse and three-dimensional cords are increased in frictional resistance for barring objects caught therein, and the small net layer 33 also forms a protective layer to stop objects like balls from breaking through said net body 30 thereof.

[0013] In practical use, the small net layer 33 disposed at said large meshwork 32 therein can draw back the outstretched large meshwork 32 thereof when said net body 30 is hit by objects from outside, preventing said large meshwork 32 from getting loose easily and permitting said net body 30 to be flexibly expanded within a certain range thereof to provide an improved net structure of increased strength and flexibility. In other case, said net body 30 can also be integrally woven by net yarns 31 of two or more than two different colors to produce a large meshwork 32 of coarse and three-dimensional cords in contrast or matching with a small net layer 33 of different color interwoven at each net hole of said large meshwork 32 therein to verify and increase the beauty of said net body 30 in display.

[0014] Please refer to FIG. 5. Said large meshwork 32 along with said small net layer 33 of said net body 30 can be adjusted for use of different sports such as soccer, hockey, or golf, etc. The net holes of said large meshwork 32 and small net layer 33 can be woven into different sizes to form a ball net 40 for different sports. When said net body 30 is hit and pulled backwards by a ball from outside, the frictional resistance produced by said large meshwork 32 of coarse and three-dimensional cords can effectively bar the ball caught therein. Meanwhile, said small net layer 33 will gather and draw back the outstretched large meshwork 32, preventing said net body 30 from getting loose or deformed thereof. Besides, said small net layer 33 can also form a protective layer to stop said ball caught therein from breaking through said net body 30 thereof. Thus, said ball net 40 can effectively avoid the defects of looseness and breaking-off thereof.

[0015] Please refer to FIG. 6. A large rectangular piece of said net body 30 thereof can also be applied for use as a hammock 50 in leisure time. Said hammock 50 is provided with a pair of opposite hanging sections 51 disposed at both sides thereof for location thereof via fixing means. In practical use, said net body 30 having said large meshwork 32 with said small net layer 33 interwoven therein provides a relatively larger contact area with human body lying thereon. Said large meshwork 32 of coarse and three-dimensional cords provides better frictional resistance to hold a user on said hammock 50 thereof, avoiding the danger of falling off. Meanwhile, said small net layer 33 offers a further protective layer, increasing the contact area and the safety of users such as children lying thereon.
