Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a tool for oral cleaning, and particularly relates to a visual oral irrigator for cleaning teeth, interdental spaces and oral cavities.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Due to reasons of age, pathology, and the like, gingival atrophy and interdental expansion are prone to occur, which is easy to cause food residues. If the food residue cannot be cleaned in time, on the one hand, it will cause bad breath, and on the other hand, it is easy to cause various dental diseases and oral diseases, especially periodontitis.

In view of this situation, various dental flosses, interdental brushes, water flosses and other products have been developed on the market for users to choose. Although there are dental flosses, interdental brushes and other products with various structures and different specifications on the market, the existing products generally have the defects that they are difficult in observing the tooth gap. Especially, when the tooth gap between a third molar and a second molar, or the tooth gap between a second molar and a first molar, or the tooth gap between a first molar and a second premolar is cleaned, because the tooth gap to be cleaned is positioned deep in the mouth, the light at the part to be cleaned is very dark, the tooth gap to be cleaned cannot be seen clearly, and a user can only perform the cleaning operation by feeling, which easily causes gingival bleeding or damage.

In order to overcome the above technical disadvantages, the applicant discloses a visual oral irrigator for performing interdental cleaning visually in the patent application “Visual Oral Irrigator” (Application No.). The present application is a further improvement on the sprayer.

SUMMARY

The invention provides a sprayer for a visual oral irrigator. A sprayer 11 includes a nozzle 11-1 and a connecting mechanism 11-2;

A. the nozzle 11-1 includes a water inlet 11-11, a channel 11-12 and a water outlet 11-13; the water inlet 11-11 is connected to an outlet 12-11 of a fluid channel 12-1 of a spray lance 12 of an oral irrigator 100 of a visual oral irrigator 900; a fluid in the oral irrigator 100 flows through the outlet 12-11 of the fluid channel 12-1 of the spray lance 12, then enters the water inlet 11-11, flows through the channel 11-12 and then is sprayed from the water outlet 11-13;

B. the nozzle 11-1 is detachably mounted on a housing 21 of an oral observation instrument 200 of the visual oral irrigator 900 through the connecting mechanism 11-2 to realize connection between the sprayer 11 and the spray lance 12.

The sprayer for a visual oral irrigator of the invention is connected to the spray lance 12 in a detachable mounting mode, so that after use, the sprayer 11 can be removed from the oral observation instrument 200 and then cleaned and replaced, which facilitates cleaning and makes the using process more sanitary.

The water outlet 11-13 is within the field of view of an observation system 24 of the oral observation instrument 200. The water outlet 11-13 is within the field of view of the observation system 24 of the oral observation instrument 200 to ensure that in a using process, the water outlet 11-13 can be directly aligned to the tooth gap to be cleaned, after a switch is turned on, the sprayed fluid can directly enter the tooth gap to rinse food residues, and simultaneously, the position of the water outlet 11-13 and the flow rate, moving direction and moving speed of the fluid when sprayed from the water outlet 11-13 can be observed in real time, thereby really realizing visual and accurate operation on the part to be cleaned.

The water outlet 11-13 has a smooth end surface 11-12-1. Because the sprayer 11 often needs to slide against the surface of the teeth or gingivae in the using process, the smooth end surface is designed to ensure that there is no accidentally damage to the teeth or gingivae in the using process, and the using process is safer and more comfortable. According to different shapes of the nozzle 11-1, the end surface 11-12-1 may also be a smooth end surface in a flat shape or a spherical surface or other shapes correspondingly.

The water outlet 11-13 has different shapes, such as a conical shape, an elliptical shape, a flat shape or a spherical shape. The water outlets 11-13 of different shapes can spray water of different shapes. For example, a conical water outlet 11-13 may spray a single water column or a plurality of water columns, and a spherical water outlet 11-13 may form a water flow in a shower shape. Furthermore, the water outlets 11-13 of different shapes can spray water columns of different shapes, such as a linear shape or a horn shape. A user can select different outlet shapes according to the shape and area of the part to be cleaned. For example, the user can select a conical outlet for cleaning the tooth gap, a flat outlet for cleaning the joint between the teeth and the gingivae, and a spherical outlet for cleaning the body of tongue, so that the using process is more convenient. Herein, the applicant only enumerates several shapes of the water outlets, and those skilled in the art may design the water outlets 11-13 of other various shapes according to needs without departing from the scope of protection of the present application.

A water path of the front end 100-1 of the oral irrigator 100 is connected to a water path of the main body 100-2 of the oral irrigator 100 through a bevel connecting component 100-3. The bevel connecting component 100-3 does not need to be repeatedly folded like a hose in a folding process, so that the fatigue fracture of the hose caused by repeated bending can be effectively avoided, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the product.

In use, firstly, the front end 900-1 of the visual oral irrigator 900 is rotated around the foldable connecting mechanism 900-4 to unfold the visual oral irrigator 900, and then, the sprayer 11 is connected to the housing 21 of the oral observation instrument 200 through the connecting mechanism 11-2 to realize connection between the sprayer 11 and the spray lance 12. The oral observation instrument 200 is started, the water outlet 11-13 of the sprayer 11 is aligned to the tooth gap to be cleaned, the control switch 13 is turned on, and then the pressurized water can be sprayed from the water outlet 11-13 to accurately clean the part to be cleaned. When the water tank 14-2 needs to be cleaned, the water tank 14-2 is removed from the connecting seat 15-3 and then is cleaned. After use, the sprayer 11 and the water tank 14-2 are removed and then cleaned thoroughly, the front end 900-1 of the visual oral irrigator 900 is rotated around the foldable connecting mechanism 900-4 to fold the visual oral irrigator 900 for storage.

The visual oral irrigator 900 of the invention includes an oral irrigator 100, an oral observation instrument 200 and a connecting mechanism 300. The oral irrigator 100 includes a sprayer 11, a spray lance 12, a control switch 13, a pressure vessel 14, a connecting pipe 15 and a connector 16. The sprayer 11 is disposed at the front end of the spray lance 12. The control switch 13 is disposed on the spray lance 12. The fluid in the pressure vessel 14 is connected to the spray lance 12 through the connecting pipe 15 and the connector 16. The oral irrigator 100 is mounted on the oral observation instrument 200 through the connecting mechanism 300. The sprayer 11 of the spray lance 12 is within the field of view of the observation system 24 of the oral observation instrument 200. The pressure vessel 14 of the oral irrigator 100 includes a pressurizing device 14-1 and a water tank 14-12. The fluid pressure is increased through the pressurizing device 14-1, and the control switch 13 is turned on to enable the water to be sprayed from the sprayer 11 of the spray lance 12, so that the teeth and the oral cavity can be cleaned visually, and the cleaning process can be recorded by shooting and photographing.

Because the water outlet 11-13 of the visual oral irrigator 900 of the invention is within the field of view of the observation system 24, the position of the water outlet 11-13 and the flow rate, moving direction and moving speed of the fluid when sprayed from the water outlet 11-13 can be observed in real time, so as to really realize visual and accurate operation on the part to be cleaned. Furthermore, by adopting a detachable design mode for the visual oral irrigator of the invention, both the sprayer 11 and the water tank 14-2 can be conveniently removed and then cleaned, so that the using process is more sanitary and convenient.
