The present invention generally relates to the field of squeezable container for dispensing two condiments simultaneously on to edible articles. The invention, particularly relates to a squeezable container for dispensing two condiments/sauces, such as ketchup and mustard on to edible articles which are selected from food products like Burgers, hotdogs, buns, hamburgers, Pizzas, sandwiches, rolls etc., at the same time.
Serving and managing condiments such as mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, etc. is one of the important tasks for running the fast food restaurants. Many of the fast food restaurants have their condiments in small sealed plastic envelopes. Dispensing of the condiments on the food products by tearing the envelope and squeezing them out results in spills overs most of the and invariably leads to a very messy condition. Further, during the outdoor parties like barbeques it is also required that an easy to manage arrangements should be done for dispensing condiments such as ketchup and mustard on the edible articles like Burgers, hotdogs, buns, hamburgers, Pizzas, sandwiches, rolls etc., etc.
A number of different type of solutions for dispensing condiments are available in the prior art, in which these patents are herein incorporated by reference for their supportive teachings, and include: U.S. Pat. No. 4,773,569 discloses a dispenser for pasty matter. The dispenser includes a container and an outlet pipe of flexible material attachable thereto and enclosing a valve member. U.S. Pat. No. 4,143,688 discloses an apparatus for selectively dispensing pasty substances, further the apparatus includes a closed container having a plurality of structures and a valve arrangement for controlling the flow. Another prior art document U.S. Pat. No. 5,353,965 discloses containers for dispensing condiments and especially a container which can be inverted for dispensing the condiments and inverted to its upright position for storage. The container is rectangular in cross-section having a bottom upon which it may rest in the upright position and a neck at the top (relative to the upright position) for attaching a dispensing nozzle. Another prior art document U.S. Pat. No. 5,462,203 discloses a dispenser for feeding out convenient units of two liquid products. The dispenser also includes a piston assembly.
Further, many squeezable containers having cap including two outlets/holes can be found sold in the market. For dispensing ketchup and mustard condiments using toy-gun type design is also available in the market and sold as “Dual action ketchup and mustard condiment dispenser Ray Gun” (see: https://www.amazon.ca/Action-Ketchup-Mustard-Condiment-Dispenser/dp/B00J7NWO5U). The Prior art, which is herein incorporated by reference for their supportive teachings, and include documents: U.S. Pat. No. 7,665,631 discloses a dual chamber liquid condiment bottle which utilizes a rotatable valve above each chamber to adjust the amount of liquid condiment released when squeezing the bottle. Another prior art document U.S. Pat. No. 5,921,440 discusses a dual, or multi-structure container intended for use as a condiment dispenser. It has a rotatable cap that allows for the dispensing of either structure individually, or together. Prior art document U.S. Pat. No. 6,583,103 discloses a two chamber bottle for dispensing a two part cleaning solution from each chamber in equal amounts. Another prior art document U.S. Pat. No. 4,984,715 discloses a two structure squeeze bottle intended to expel the contents without inverting the bottle. Inverting the squeeze bottle is essential to apply condiments downward onto food.
However, above mentioned references and many other similar references has one or more of the following shortcomings: (i) complex dispenser design; (ii) an apparatus can be fixed at one location; (iii) pipe or nozzle is connected to the container or the apparatus; (iv) valve arrangements are included; (v) only used for dispensing liquid; and (v) dispenses one of the condiments only at one time.
The present application addresses the above mentioned concerns and short comings with regard to providing a squeezable container for dispensing two condiments, such as ketchup and mustard or similar sauces on to edible articles, which are selected from food products like Burgers, hotdogs, buns, hamburgers, Pizzas, sandwiches, rolls etc., at the same time.
In view of the above mentioned disadvantages and limitations inherent in the apparatus of dispensing now present in the prior art, the present invention provides a simple and easy to handle a container for dispensing pasty materials, such as ketchup and mustard. As such, the general purpose of the present invention, which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is to provide a squeezable container for dispensing two condiments, such as ketchup and mustard or similar sauces on to edible articles, at the same time.
An object of the present invention is to provide a squeezable container for dispensing of at the same time on edible articles, said container comprises: two separate hollow structures, wherein two hollow structures separated by a wall; first hollow structures for holding a first creamy viscous substance and a second hollow structure for holding a second creamy viscous substance; a screw closure, wherein screw closure comprises two openings for dispensing two creamy viscous substances at the same time.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a container for dispensing of two different types of creamy viscous substances at the same time on edible articles or one type of creamy viscous substance dispenses from two different openings on edible articles simultaneously.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a container for dispensing of ketchup and mustard creamy viscous substances at the same time on edible articles.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a squeezable container for dispensing two creamy viscous substances at the same time.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a container for dispensing of two creamy viscous substances at the same time having the screw closure. Further, the screw closure includes a separator and the screw closure arranged on the container in such a way that the container dispenses two creamy viscous substances from two separate openings.
