Claims
- 1. A composition of matter comprising a particulate porous post-chlorinated vinyl chloride polymer having a density in the range of about 1.52 to about 1.61 grams/cc. at 25.degree. C. and a chlorine content in the range of about 64% to about 70% by weight from about 5% to about 65% by volume of pore space, and having a metal salt of phosphoric acid evenly dispersed throughout each particle thereof.
- 2. A composition as defined in claim 1 wherein the porous resin is post-chlorinated polyvinyl chloride homopolymer.
- 3. A composition as defined in claim 2 wherein the salt of phosphoric acid is disodium hydrogen phosphate.
