Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to at list two stacked floors building structure sharing their vertically spaced in the middle by modifying the ceiling high of them, forming a non-flat ceiling high configuration of the first floor of the pair, and a non-flat floor configuration of the second floor of the pair, creating a rectangular like pair of floors, bordered by the lower, and by the upper planar flat floor-ceiling combination structure, intended to be stacked to any building structure.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Today increasing demand for more diversification in the design of the living space inside the condominiums, or the apartment buildings projects, is creating a pressure over the projects designers to cover the customer's request for better units design, by pointing out to the builders, and designers to reflect over, not just for that conventionally double floor, or sunken living room configuration inside the projects units, but to rethink the units vertically space in a different way. Today the architects, and construction designers are intended to please the units buyers in which is asking for better layout not just for the horizontally configuration, of their units, but for the better vertically space too. Unfortunately, today is not such design configuration abled to respond for this new vertically space design demanded configuration requested by the unit's buyers.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, is an object of the present invention to overcome the disadvantages of the double floor, or sunken living room vertical configuration, find today in the existing apartments, or condominiums projects. Double floor or duplex configuration is known to have a big nonvalue void space in the frontend of the unit, and a double story on the backend, and is creating even more void nonvalue space by the interior staircase serving the upper floor. Other disadvantages of the double floor duplex like units, is the safety concern. Those units are requesting to have railing on the second floor to protect the occupants from falling down from the balcony like formation on the upper floor. Those units with sunken living room configuration are creating other type of the disadvantages by the unavoidable several steps between living room, and other area parts of the units, and a fake high ceiling in the living room. As a result the entire vertical line of the stacked sunken living room units has hundred percent steps between living room, and other area of the unit. As a result is excluding a significant numbers of the unit's users, like the customers in which they don't like steps inside of their unit, or occupants using wheelchairs.

Another object of the present invention is to create a new vertical design configuration by offering to the project customers a real design enjoyment of their units by giving them the possibility to choose the units with steps or without steps between the Livingroom and other part of the area unit. In this design configuration only fifty percent of the unit's vertical floor-ceiling configurations have steps between Livingroom and the other part of the unit. Advantageously the unit's customers are enjoying a hundred percent cathedral ceiling in the Livingroom area at their choice with steps inside, or without, but enjoying the cathedral ceiling formation in both design configuration and in this way is increasing the building project value.

Another object of the present invention is to provide the construction project customers with a full usable square footage of their units. This invention is configured to avoid a nonvalue void space area inside the units. In this configuration the unit's user enjoying more living space in their units and in this way is creating a big added value to the project, by forming a cathedral ceiling in their living room, with steps, or without.

Another object of invention is to create a very flexible structure design configuration without altering the scope of this invention. In this way the project designer could adjust his project to the customer's design demand. If the project has an order to be hundred percent of pairs of floor-ceiling sharing configuration, the project designer could do that, without altering the building structure sound, or the construction cost of the project.

Another object of the present invention is to use this stacked pair's floor-ceiling share configuration to be applied to any construction project taller than two stories high, and by using the conventionally construction materials used today on the construction industry. In this aspect the construction project designer might use this invented key structure design configuration to build stacked townhouse units, low-rise, or high-rise building projects without altering the key element of the invented structure design configuration.

Another object of the present invention is to create a full flexibility for building designers to adjust the project with the customers design demand without altering key element, or the scope of this invention. In this aspect, this new floor-ceiling sharing design configuration is creating a variable cathedral ceiling high in the living room with adjustable deep, and the ceiling high requested by the project customers.

Another object of the present invention is to erect a building by using this new floor-ceiling sharing vertical volumes between pairs of floors with the same construction cost, and the construction material similar with the conventionally design build applied today in the construction industry.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring now to the drawings figures and in particular to FIG. 1, a first preferred embodiment according to the present invention will be described in detail. FIG. 1, shows the structure of the building 10a, containing two pairs of invented stacked floors A1. Note: Back portion of the one pairs of the A1, (the upper pair) has a conventional B1, pair of floors showing on the side of the building 10. (back side of the building 10a not showing) In front elevation of the side building 10a, we see the main front elevation key element 160, of this invention used to form the high cathedral ceiling 100, in combination with much lower ceiling 120, creating a unique front elevation of the building 10a, defining the scope, and the utility of the present invention. Note: the key element 160 is repeated four times on the front elevation in FIG. 1. On the side elevation of the building 10a is exposed the second main keys element 170 of this invention, making the vertical dimension ceiling transition between the conventionally nominal high ceiling in the corridors 150, and the high ceiling elevations 100, 120, and the nominal high corridors elevation 150. Note: the nominal corridors ceiling 150 high, is the basic calculation number for the building designer to obtain a desire ceiling high combination 100, and 120 requested by the building project owner. As a result of these two main keys 160, and 170 arrangement used on this building 10a project will have three ceiling elevation high in between the all pairs of floors A1. Conveniently, is an endless three ceiling high metric or square footages numbers combination of the multiscale volume 150, 100, and 120, designed to fit to any building project requested by the customers, and without altering the main keys element of this invention. Another key design element is referring to the deep dimensions of the key 160, on the project 10a, and is been defined by the key 170 horizontal position on the structure project deep 140. Conveniently, the position of the key 170 into the nominal deep structure of the building 10a, will define the deep 130, and in which is defining the deep of 100, and 120 front elevations creating the sharing vertical multiscale volumes of the building 10a. There is an endless dimension of the deep 130, in order to fit any design configuration requested by the customers. Another essential key element of this invention is that the pairs staked floor A1, are border vertically be a planar lowermost, and uppermost flat structure. Conveniently, the nominally high of the pairs A1 could by adjusted by the building designer to fit any building project requested by the customers. Another future of the stacked pairs A1, is that it has the possibility to by integrated to any structure design building project, in top, on the bottom, or in between of any project, without interfering with conventionally single, or multi-pairs floor in any building project.

FIG. 2 shows, a schematic representation of the structure design of the building 10a, and the front elevation of it, without other structural elements representations. The building 10a show several pairs of stacked floors combinations, like the bottom B1, and on top of it, is stacked the two pairs of A1, a pair D1 (second embodiment), and another pair of B1, on the top. As well the front elevation of the building 10a is showing the key structure elements 160, and the formation of the combination of ceiling high 100, and 120.

FIG. 3 shows a realistic virtual representation of the building 10a under construction showing only the main structure design materials (concrete), without other structure elements, for a better representation of the invented keys elements of this presented invention. Building 10a showing a several stacked pairs of floors A1, combined with conventionally B1 stacked floors combination, forming a desired front elevation requested by the building customers. As well in the front elevation on the building 10a, one of the A1 pairs of floor has arrow visual representation of the combined vertical elevation between elevation 100, and 120. Usually the front elevation combination between 100 and 120 comes in a lateral vertical cross-over elevation. The key element 160 has multiple presences not showing in FIG. 3.

FIG. 4 shows a realistic representation of three buildings, noted building 10B, 10C, and 10D. (Note: there is not connection for the notation of described Floors pairs A1 and B1). The invented system shows how easy this pair of floors A1, and B1, fit perfectly into front elevation to any architectural design enriches those three projects. The key element 160 (or node 160) is contoured only once in all three projects, for a better view of theirs front elevation.

FIG. 5 shows a stacked townhomes 10E, defined by the described floors pair A1 alongside with the floors pair D1. In this D1 pair floors defined as a second embodiment the key element 180 in the front elevation, is forming by stacked tree nominal floors, and forming two stacked cathedral ceiling high (not vertically lateral cross-over like in the first embodiment) bordered by three stacked nominal floors on the lateral side. Usually in this configuration, the stacked cathedral ceiling formation will have one and a half floor ceiling high from the nominal ceiling high 120. Note: the ceiling high 120 might have the same high similar with the corridor high 150 showing in FIG. 1, but is envisioned to be flat throughout to the front elevation.
