Abstract
A stamping tool for stamping a product having a base plate and a contact arm includes an assistant block, a supporting element assembled in the assistant block, a molding floater slidably mounted to one side of the assistant block and a pressing element driving the molding floater to slide downward to secure the base plate therebetween. A plurality of resisting sections are formed on a top of the supporting element and stretched beyond a top of the assistant block. A top of the molding floater extends to form a bending board suspended over the resisting sections. A molding punch is movably inserted in the pressing element with a bottom end thereof projected out of the pressing element for making the contact arm pass through two corresponding resisting sections to be bent towards a bottom of the bending board, wherein the resisting sections resist against the bottom of the bending board.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention


The present invention generally relates to a stamping tool, and more particularly to a stamping tool capable of stamping a product.


2. The Related Art


Currently, metallic stamped products are widely used, especially in the electronic and digital product fields, such as a digital camera, a mobile phone, MP3, MP4 and so on. So, stamping tools are widely used in the manufacturing field. In the process of producing the metallic stamped products, structure of the stamping tool decides quality of the metallic stamped product. The stamping tool is generally composed of an upper mold and a lower mold. The lower mold has a holding component used for fastening and supporting a pre-stamped product. The upper mold includes a molding punch for pressing and bending the pre-stamped product. However, in the process of stamping the product, the holding component is apt to be broken off so that often results in a deformation of the product. As a result, the stamping tool often need be repaired after being used for stamping the product and has a higher mending rate, and the metallic stamped product has a lower product rate.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An object of the present invention is to provide a stamping tool for stamping a product which has a base plate, and a contact arm extended from one end of the base plate. The stamping tool includes an upper mold and a lower mold. The lower mold has an assistant block, a supporting element positioned in the assistant block, and a molding floater slidably mounted to one side of the assistant block and capable of sliding up and down with respect to the supporting element. A plurality of resisting sections are formed on a top of the supporting element at regular intervals and stretched beyond a top of the assistant block. One side edge of a top of the molding floater adjacent to the assistant block perpendicularly extending to form a bending board suspended over the resisting sections. The upper mold matched with the lower mold and includes a pressing element capable of driving the molding floater to slide downward and further securing the base plate of the product between the molding floater and the pressing element, with the contact arm being suspended under the bending board. A molding punch is movably inserted in the pressing element with a bottom end thereof capable of being exposed outward from a bottom of the pressing element for stamping the contact arm of the product to make the contact arm pass through two corresponding resisting sections of the supporting element to be bent towards a bottom of the bending board, wherein the resisting sections resist against the bottom of the bending board to strengthen the bending board during the contact arm is stamped by the molding punch.


As described above, during the contact arm of the product is bent by the molding punch, tops of the resisting sections resist against the bottom of the bending board of the molding floater to realize the bend of the contact arm between corresponding two resisting sections, so that can effectively avoid the bending board of the molding floater being broken off. So, deformation of the product can be effectively avoided.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIG. 1, an embodiment of a stamping tool 100 according to the present invention is shown. The stamping tool 100 is adapted for stamping a product 200 which has a material belt 202. A plurality of elongated base plates 203 is connected with one side edge of the material belt 202. A free end of each base plate 203 is bent downward and extends slantwise towards the base plate 203 to form a contact arm 201. The stamping tool 100 includes an upper mold (not shown) and a lower mold (not shown) matched with the upper mold.


Referring to FIG. 1, the upper mold includes a molding punch 10 and a pressing element 20. The molding punch 10 has an elongated base pin 11 and a punching portion 12 protruded at a middle of a bottom of the base pin 11. The base pin 11 of the molding punch 10 vertically penetrates through the pressing element 20 to be movably inserted in the pressing element 20, with the punching portion 12 being exposed outward under the pressing element 20. The pressing element 20 is used for fastening the base plates 203 and the material belt 202 of the product 200 in the stamping tool 100 so as to effectively stamp the product 200.


Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the lower mold includes an assistant block 40, a supporting element 50 vertically disposed in the assistant block 40, and a molding floater 30 slidably mounted to one side of the assistant block 40, wherein the molding floater 30 can slide up and down with respect to the supporting element 50. A side of a top of the molding floater 30 adjacent to the assistant block 40 protrudes upward to form a rectangular protrusion 31. One side edge of a top of the protrusion 31 facing the assistant block 40 perpendicularly extends to form a bending board 311 suspended over the supporting element 50. The assistant block 40 is of a rectangular shape and has a rectangular positioning fillister 42 vertically penetrating therethrough from top to bottom thereof. Two ends of one side of the top of the assistant block 40 away from the molding floater 30 protrude upward to form two rectangular pillars 43 with a space 41 being formed therebetween. The supporting element 50 has a base portion 52 of a rectangular board-shape and a plurality of resisting sections 51 protruded upward from a top of the base portion 52 at regular intervals, wherein the base portion 52 is inserted upward in the positioning fillister 42 of the assistant block 40, with the resisting sections 51 being stretched beyond the top of the assistant block 40 and between the space 41 and the protrusion 31. The molding floater 30 can be pressed downward with respect to the supporting element 50 by the pressing element 20 when the stamping tool 100 is closed, until the resisting sections 51 resist against a bottom of the bending board 311 of the protrusion 31 for avoiding a fracture of the bending board 311 of the protrusion 31.


Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, before the stamping tool 100 is closed, the material belt 202 is located on the protrusion 31 of the molding floater 30 and the base plates 203 are located on the bending board 311, with the contact arms 201 being suspended under the bending board 311. When the stamping tool 100 is closed, the upper mold moves towards the lower mold until a bottom of the pressing element 20 is pressed on the material belt 202 and the base plates 203 so as to secure the material belt 202 and the base plates 203 between the pressing element 20 and the molding floater 30. Then, the base pin 11 is pushed downward and the punching portion 12 projects into the space 41 for stamping the contact arm 201 of the product 200 to make the contact arm 201 pass through two corresponding resisting sections 51 of the supporting element 50 to be bent towards the bottom of the bending board 311. In the process of closing the stamping tool 100, the pressing element 20 further drives the molding floater 30 to slide downward till the resisting sections 51 resist against the bottom of the bending board 311 so as to avoid a fracture of the bending board 311 of the protrusion 31 during the contact arm 201 is bent by the punching portion 12.


Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, after finishing stamping the product 200 in the stamping tool 100, the upper mold moves upward away from the lower mold. Then the molding floater 30 moves upward away from the assistant block 40 and the supporting element 50 so as to conveniently eject the product 200 out of the stamping tool 100.


As described above, during the contact arm 201 of the product 200 is bent by the punching portion 12, tops of the resisting sections 51 resist against the bottom of the bending board 311 of the molding floater 30 to realize the bend of the contact arm 201 between corresponding two resisting sections 51, so that can effectively avoid the bending board 311 of the protrusion 31 being broken off. So, deformation of the product 200 can be effectively avoided.

Claims
  • 1. A stamping tool for stamping a product which has a base plate, and a contact arm extended from one end of the base plate, comprising: a lower mold having an assistant block, a supporting element positioned in the assistant block, and a molding floater slidably mounted to one side of the assistant block and capable of sliding up and down with respect to the supporting element, a plurality of resisting sections being formed on a top of the supporting element at regular intervals and stretched beyond a top of the assistant block, one side edge of a top of the molding floater adjacent to the assistant block perpendicularly extending to form a bending board suspended over the resisting sections; andan upper mold matched with the lower mold and including a pressing element capable of driving the molding floater to slide downward and further securing the base plate of the product between the molding floater and the pressing element, with the contact arm being suspended under the bending board, a molding punch being movably inserted in the pressing element with a bottom end thereof capable of being exposed outward from a bottom of the pressing element for stamping the contact arm of the product to make the contact arm pass through two corresponding resisting sections of the supporting element to be bent towards a bottom of the bending board, wherein the resisting sections resist against the bottom of the bending board to strengthen the bending board during the contact arm is stamped by the molding punch.
  • 2. The stamping tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the molding punch has an elongated base pin movably inserted in the pressing element, and a punching portion protruded at a bottom of the base pin for stamping the contact arm of the product.
  • 3. The stamping tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the assistant block has a positioning fillister penetrating therethrough for positioning the supporting element therein, one side of the top of the assistant block away from the molding floater protrudes upward to form two pillars with a space being formed therebetween for receiving the bottom end of the molding punch therein, the resisting sections are stretched between the space and the molding floater.
