FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a unique game played on any body of water, ocean, lakes, pools for example, in the spirit of competition. The gameplay is specifically designed for this game and no other iterations that would be considered unsafe.
DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART
The stationary water game is for use in shallow bodies of water that are known. The products alone without customization do not add any value and must accompany one another to complete the gameplay. The customization that makes the game unique involves custom tubes (toroidals), anchor system, and balls to create the gameplay experience. The hole in the middle of the tube is set a specific circumference to maximize gameplay and prevent unsafe use in the same token. The claims are specific to engineering a safe gameplay that goes into detail the customization to make the game work seamlessly.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The water game features two hollow, toroidal members made from durable, abrasion resistant latex fabric, the toroidal member being adjoined by a unique anchor system. The toroidal members are anchored with rubber handles or consistent materials underneath the surface, which is unique in its design, that attach by adjustable bungee cords, plastic or metal clasps, to weights either comprising of hand twisting steel corkscrew anchors or custom sandbags that serve as weights. The bungee cord with clasp serves as the connecting device between the toroidal member rubber handle or consistent material and the anchor below the water surface. The anchor system is designed to hold the toroidal members stationary to provide a target for the game, by tossing rubber balls, that float, at the target with the concept of hitting or making into the hollow middle. The unique scoring system allows for multiple players up to four participants to play against each other to score points.
The rubber handle or consistent materials underneath the tube design allow for the anchor system to work seamlessly with options on either side of the tubes. These rubber handle or consistent materials serve as the connection device to attach the bungee cord clasps to secure each end of the system. The bungee cords may be adjusted at any time to satisfy a comprising height to allow stationary gameplay. The other bungee cord clasp can be firmly attached to either the o-ring on the rubber handle or consistent material corkscrew rubber handle or consistent material anchor made from a material comprising of stainless steel or custom sandbag made from specific cloth, burlap, polypropylene, durable plastic, mesh fabric, nylon, and are puncture resistant to protect inner contents that can be sand, rock, manual weights or like substance connected by a custom rubber handle or consistent material made from like material. This custom anchor system keeps the stationary game in place at a safe distance in such bodies of water indicated above. To maximize customer experience, there are custom cup holders on the water game toroidal members that can be used to support a regular soda can, standard plastic cup, or other standard cups within the floating apparatus.
These and other features of the present invention will become readily apparent upon further review of the following specification and drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Referring to FIG. 1, the individual pieces alone do not constitute an assembly for a game, but the products must be comprised together to create the game. The competitive recreational game is to be used as intended and no other manner to prevent any potential unsafe activities. In FIG. 1, the inflatable tube or toroidal member must be fully inflated to sit atop a water surface, such as ocean, lake, or pool water, to sustain a stationary position using apparatus ball made of rubber as device to throw. In FIG. 3, the top portion must be facing upwards towards the sky for full use of the drink holders and to establish the rubber handle or consistent materials as the anchor system component in FIG. 4. In FIGS. 1 and 4, the bottom of the toroidal members, must be facing the bottom of the surface of water to be effective in the anchor system. It is strongly advised that the type of inflatable float tube, as noted above, can be punctured upon colliding/encountering sharp or pointy objects, such as knives, the rubber handle or consistent material corkscrew anchors with pointy edge, driftwood or like, and is not suitable for sitting on or heavy duty use in bodies of water like oceans or lakes.
Referring to FIGS. 1, 4, and 5, the anchor system to work correctly, must be setup in this manner of connecting bungee cord with clasp connected to bottom of inflatable tube on the rubber handle or consistent material. The rubber handle or consistent material as seen in FIG. 4, must connect safely to the bungee cord with clasp in FIG. 5. Once the desired length is set using the bungee cord as seen in FIGS. 1 and 5, the anchor system can be effectively used in gameplay.
Referring to FIGS. 1, 6, and 7, the bottom half of the anchor system must comprise of either the rubber handle or consistent material corkscrew anchor or the custom sandbag. The rubber handle or consistent material corkscrew anchor is recommended for effectiveness in use of a body of water comprising with a lake, ocean, or open body of water. The rubber handle or consistent material corkscrew anchor in FIGS. 1 and 7 is best applied in a twisting motion to create an anchor in sand, dirt, or surface where it can be inserted into the earth with ease. The custom sandbag in FIGS. 1 and 6 is best applied as the bottom portion of the anchor system in a pool due to the soft material to protect the coating on bottom of pools. The soft material may comprise of specific cloth, burlap, polypropylene, durable plastic, mesh fabric, nylon, and are puncture resistant to protect inner contents that can be sand, rock, manual weights or like substance connected by a custom rubber handle or consistent material made from like material.
In FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4, the spacing enables the ideal circumference to ensure effective gameplay of 13″ in diameter. The drink holders or cup holders, comprise of specific dimensions of 3″ in diameter and 2.5″ depth. The bungee cord measures 3′ in length, but can be adjusted to up to 6′ in length to modify to the user experience.
In FIG. 4, shows the rubber handle or consistent materials underneath the toroidal members, measuring 20.5″ apart in diameter, while measuring 4″ length, ¼″ wide to assist the anchor system attach to the bungee cord with clasp seen in FIGS. 1 and 5.
In FIGS. 1 and 6, the custom sandbag measures 12″ in length, 5″ in height, is double sided to support two pockets of contents that can be sand, rock, manual weights or like substance connected by a custom rubber handle or consistent material made from like material. The volume of material should not exceed 5 lbs. per pouch. The interior of the pouch of the custom sandbag is made from soft material may comprise of specific cloth, burlap, polypropylene, durable plastic, mesh fabric, nylon, and are puncture resistant 3 to protect inner contents from leaking sealed by a zipper as seen in FIG. 6.
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 7, the rubber handle or consistent material corkscrew anchor is recommended for effectiveness in use of a body of water comprising with a lake, ocean, or open body of water. The anchor measures 18″ in length, rubber handle or consistent material of 3″ in length with ribbed grip for ease of use.
