Abstract
The present invention includes a first main body and a second main body which are abutted with each other by sides thereof, and the abutted sides of the first main body and the second main body are kept to not deviate from each other by a combination manner. The second main body is movable relative to the first main body along a straight direction to form different usage types for training various step movements.
Description
BACKGROUND

1. Technical Field


The present invention is related to a step movement training device, more particularly to a step movement training device having various usage types.


2. Description of Related Art


In many sports, sportsman is required to act step movements including forward, backward, leftward and rightward step movements, so the sportsman must practice the step movement frequently to master skills for better performance. Therefore, step movement training devices are brought to the market to assist the sportsman in training step movements.


Please refer to FIG. 13 which shows a conventional step movement training device 5. In the step movement training device 5, ropes 51 are tied at two ends of a long bar plate 52, and multiple plates 52 are connected by the ropes 51, thereby forming a grid 53 between the adjacent plates 52 and two ropes 51 tied at sides of the adjacent plates 52. The grid 53 is defined as a reference for a step distance. For different training items, the step movement training device 5 is desired to provide grids in “custom-character” and “custom-character” shape. The conventional structures of members of the step movement training device 5 are fixed and just can be arranged to form the grids in “custom-character” shape for training, but for forming the grids in “custom-character” shape, two step movement training devices 5 and 5′ are required to arrange in parallel. In this case, the cost of preparing the training devices is greatly increased, and receiving of the training devices also occupies more space, so the conventional training device is inconvenient to be operated in different usage types.


SUMMARY

An objective of the present invention is to provide a step movement training device which includes two main bodies movably combined with each other, to provide different usage types for more step movement training items.


An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure provides a step movement training device including a first main body and a second main body. The second main body is abutted with a side of the first main body by a side thereof, and the abutted sides of the first main body and the second main body are kept to not deviate from each other by a combination manner. The second main body is movable relative to the first main body along a straight direction.


Preferably, the first main body and the second main body respectively have blocking bumps disposed at the sides thereof abutted with each other, and the blocking bumps are used to stop each other, and the first main body and the second main body respectively have through holes to fix ropes.


In an embodiment, the combination manner comprises at least one pair of hook parts integrally extended from two sides of the first main body and across the second main body to clasp the second main body.


In an embodiment, the combination manner includes at least one hook fastening member mounted on the first main body and the second main body.


In an embodiment, the combination manner includes a groove formed on the first main body and extended along the straight direction, and a restraining pin disposed on the second main body. The restraining pin is inserted through the groove and has a hook part extended out of the groove to clasp the first main body. Moreover, the hook part includes a plurality of elastic blocks disposed in interval, and each of the plurality of the elastic blocks is deformable to pass through the groove.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers are used in the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts.


Please refer to FIGS. 1 through 3 which show a first embodiment of a step movement training device. The step movement training device includes a first main body 1 and a second main body 2 which are long bar plates and abutted with each other by sides thereof. In this embodiment, a bottom side of the first main body 1 is stacked on a top side of the second main body 2. The first main body 1 has through holes 11 formed at left and right ends thereof to fix ropes, and the second main body 2 also has a through hole 21 at a left end thereof to fix the rope. The ropes 3 are respectively inserted through the through holes 11 and 21, as shown in FIG. 4.


The sides of the first main body 1 and the second main body 2 are abutted with and not deviated from each other by a combination manner. In this embodiment, the combination manner includes at least one pair of hook parts 12 integrally formed with and extended from both sides of the first main body 1 and downwardly crossed the second main body 2. Each pair of the hook parts 12 has two end portions 121 extended towards each other under the second main body 2, so that the hook parts 12 can clasp the second main body 2 to avoid the second main body 2 from deviating from the first main body 1.


Apart from the restraining function for the second main body 2, each pair of the hook parts 12 can be used as a track for sliding of the second main body 2. In detail, each pair of hook parts 12 is disposed along an extension direction of the first main body 1, and the second main body 2 is disposed across and between the pair of the hook parts 12, thereby forming a track extended along a straight direction D to enable the second main body 2 movable along the track relative to the first main body 1. In addition, the first main body 1 has a blocking bump 13 disposed at a bottom side of the left end thereof, and the second main body 2 has a blocking bump 22 disposed at a top side of the right end thereof, and the blocking bumps 13 and 22 can be stopped with each other to prevent the second main body 2 from moving out of the first main body 1.


By aforesaid structure, after the rope 3 is fixed into the through holes 11 and 21 of the first main body 1 and the second main body 2, and multiple training devices of the present invention are connected in series by the rope 3, the combined training devices can be used to train step movements. Please refer to FIG. 5 which shows a first usage type of the present invention. In the first usage type, the second main body 2 is received under the first main body 1, that is, the first main body 1 is stacked on the second main body 2, so that a grid region having two grids adjacent to each other is formed between the training devices and the ropes 3 to provide a sportsman to train step movements in the straight-direction.


When the sportsman needs to train oblique step movements, the second main body 2 is pulled out from the first main body 1 to increase a total length of the training device. In this type, a grid region which has four grids arranged in an array with two rows and two columns is formed between the training devices and the ropes 3 to provide a sportsman to act obliquely step movements towards left or right directions, thereby achieving the training effect.


To receive the training devices after the training is finished, the second main body 2 is received under the first main body 1, as shown in FIG. 5, thereby reduce a size of the training device and an occupied space for receiving the training devices.


Please refer to FIGS. 7 through 9 which show a second embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is the manner of combining the first main body 1 and the second main body 2. In this embodiment, the first main body 1 and the second main body 2 are combined by hooking of at least one extra hook fastening member 4. In detail, the hook fastening member 4 is an individual member, mounted on the first main body 1 and the second main body 2 to clasp the second main body 2 by hook parts 41 of end portions thereof, thereby combining the second main body 2 and the first main body 1. The hook fastening members 4 are disposed along the extension direction of the first main body 1, and the second main body 2 is disposed across and between the hook fastening members 4, so as to form the track extended along the straight direction D to enable the second main body 2 movable along the track relative to the first main body 1. By aforesaid structure, the second embodiment can provide functions and effects equal to that of the first embodiment.


Please refer to FIG. 10 which shows a third embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the third embodiment and the previous embodiments is also the manner of combining the first main body 1 and the second main body 2. In the third embodiment, the first main body 1 has a groove 14 extended along the straight direction D, and the second main body 2 has a restraining pin 23 protruded at the top side thereof and upwardly inserted into the groove 14. In addition, the restraining pin 23 is formed with a hook part 24 having an outer diameter larger than that of the groove 14, and the hook part 24 is inserted through the groove 14 to clasp the first main body 1, thereby combining the first main body 1 and the second main body 2. The hook part 24 includes a plurality of elastic blocks disposed in interval. While being applied a pressure, the elastic blocks are deformed to reduce the interval between the elastic blocks, and the extension range of the hook part 24 is decreased to form an elastic force for restoring. After the pressure is gone, the extension range of the hook part 24 is restored. By aforesaid structure, the hook part 24 of the restraining pin 23 can be deformed to pass through the groove 14, and then restores the original extension state to clasp the first main body 1 after passing the groove 14.


The restraining pin 23 is slidable in the groove 14 of the first main body 1 along the straight direction D, so the second main body 2 is movable relative to the first main body 1 and provides the functions and effects equal to that of the first embodiment.

Claims
  • 1. A step movement training device, comprising: a first main body; anda second main body, abutted with a side of the first main body by a side thereof, and the sides of the first main body and the second main body are kept to abut with and not deviated from each other by a combination manner;wherein the second main body is movable relative to the first main body along a straight direction.
  • 2. The step movement training device according to claim 1, wherein the first main body and the second main body respectively have blocking bumps disposed at the sides thereof abutted with each other, and the blocking bumps are configured to stop each other.
  • 3. The step movement training device according to claim 1, wherein the first main body and the second main body respectively have through holes to fix ropes.
  • 4. The step movement training device according to claim 1, wherein the combination manner comprises at least one pair of hook parts integrally extended from the two sides of the first main body and across the second main body to clasp the second main body.
  • 5. The step movement training device according to claim 1, wherein the combination manner comprises at least one hook fastening member mounted on the first main body and the second main body.
  • 6. The step movement training device according to claim 1, wherein the combination manner comprises a groove formed on the first main body and extended along the straight direction, and a restraining pin disposed on the second main body; the restraining pin is inserted through the groove and has a hook part extended out of the groove to clasp the first main body.
  • 7. The step movement training device according to claim 6, wherein the hook part comprises a plurality of elastic blocks disposed in interval, and each of the plurality of the elastic blocks is deformable to pass through the groove.
