The present utility model belongs to the technical field of a storage apparatus, and in particular, relates to a storage box.
There are many types of storage boxes. For example, one type is used to store food, and another type is used to store household articles. Generally, an existing storage box comprises a bottom case and an upper cover, one end of the upper cover is rotatably connected to the bottom case, and the other end of the upper cover and the other end of the bottom case are locked by mutual friction at a raised position. However, as the storage box in this structure is used more frequently, a friction force between the upper cover and the bottom case gradually decreases. Thus, the connection between the upper cover and the bottom case is unstable, and the upper cover is easily detached from the connection to the bottom case, and an article stored in the box is easily dropped.
An objective of the present utility model is to provide a storage box, to resolve a technical problem in the prior art that locking of the storage box easily becomes unstable as the storage box is used more frequently.
To achieve the foregoing objective, an embodiment of the present utility model provides a storage box, comprising a bottom case and an upper cover, where a first side of the upper cover is rotatably connected to a first side of the bottom case.
An inner flange is arranged on a second side of the upper cover, a lock piece is connected to an inner end of a second side of the bottom case, the lock piece comprises a raised snap and an unlocking column that protrude beyond the second side of the bottom case, and the raised snap is located above the unlocking column.
When the upper cover covers the bottom case, the raised snap is snap fit to the inner flange, and pressing the unlocking column can force the raised snap to detach from the snap fitting to the inner flange.
Optionally, the bottom case comprises a bottom plate, a lower outer frame arranged around the circumference of the bottom plate and protruding upward, and a lower inner frame bent inward at the top end of the lower outer frame and protruding upward.
The lock piece is connected to an inner side of the lower outer frame, the lower outer frame is provided with a column hole for the unlocking column to pass through and protrude beyond the bottom case, and the lower inner frame is provided with a snap hole for the raised snap to pass through and protrude beyond the bottom case.
The upper cover comprises an upper plate and an upper outer frame arranged around the circumference of the upper plate and protruding downward, the inner flange is arranged at the bottom end of the upper outer frame, the upper outer frame covers the lower inner frame, and a first side of the upper outer frame is rotatably connected to a first side of the connection between the lower outer frame and the lower inner frame.
Optionally, the lock piece comprises a horizontal plate portion and at least one vertical plate portion, each vertical plate portion is vertically connected to the horizontal plate portion, the raised snap is arranged at the end of each vertical plate portion, the unlocking column is arranged on the horizontal plate portion, and the horizontal plate portion is connected to the inner wall of the lower outer frame.
Optionally, two vertical plate portions are arranged, the two vertical plate portions are arranged adjacent to opposite ends of the horizontal plate portion respectively, two unlocking columns are arranged, and the positions of the two unlocking columns are directly opposite to the positions of the two vertical plate portions respectively.
Optionally, a first through-hole is provided on the lower outer frame, a second through-hole directly opposite to the first through-hole is provided on the horizontal plate portion, and the horizontal plate portion is connected to the lower outer frame via a riveting column sequentially running through the first through-hole and the second through-hole.
Optionally, a pressing piece is arranged inside the horizontal plate portion, the pressing piece is provided with a third through-hole directly opposite to the second through-hole, and the riveting column connects the lower outer frame, the horizontal plate portion, and the pressing piece after sequentially running through the first through-hole, the second through-hole, and the third through-hole.
Optionally, the horizontal plate portion does not fall into an orthographic projection of the lower inner frame.
Optionally, the raised snap is a wedge block with a bevel arranged upward.
Optionally, the lock piece is integrally injection molded by using a plastic material.
Optionally, a sealing gasket is arranged on the top of the upper cover.
One or more of the above-mentioned technical solutions in the storage box according to the embodiments of the present utility model have at least one of the following technical effects: When in use, the upper cover covers the bottom case, and the upper cover is connected to the bottom case by snap fitting the raised snap connected to the bottom case to the inner flange of the upper cover, thereby locking the storage box. When the storage box needs to be opened, only the unlocking column of the lock piece connected to the bottom case needs to be pressed, and the unlocking column drives the lock piece to move inward, so that the raised snap on the lock piece is forced to move inward, and the raised snap is detached from the snap fitting to the inner flange, thereby opening the storage box. The operation is convenient, and even if the storage box is frequently opened for use, the locking of the storage box can still be kept stable and effective, and the storage box is not easy to automatically open with high practicability. In addition, the storage box can be prevented from being opened by children by mistake.
To describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present utility model more clearly, the following briefly describes the accompanying drawings required for describing the embodiments or the prior art. Clearly, the accompanying drawings in the following description show merely some embodiments of the present utility model, and a person of ordinary skill in the art may still derive other drawings from these accompanying drawings without creative efforts.

In an embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in
Further, as shown in
Further, when the upper cover 20 covers the bottom case 10, the raised snap 321 is snap fit to the inner flange 221, and pressing the unlocking column 311 can force the raised snap 321 to detach from the snap fitting to the inner flange 221.
When the storage box provided in this embodiment of the present utility model is in use, the upper cover 20 covers the bottom case 10, and the upper cover 20 is connected to the bottom case 10 by snap fitting the raised snap 321 connected to the bottom case 10 to the inner flange 221 of the upper cover 20, thereby locking the storage box. When the storage box needs to be opened, only the unlocking column 311 of the lock piece 30 connected to the bottom case 10 needs to be pressed, and the unlocking column 311 drives the lock piece 30 to move inward, so that the raised snap 321 on the lock piece 30 is forced to move inward, and the raised snap 321 is detached from the snap fitting to the inner flange 221, thereby opening the storage box. The operation is convenient, and even if the storage box is frequently opened for use, the locking of the storage box can still be kept stable and effective, and the storage box is not easy to automatically open with high practicability.
