Abstract
A storage box comprises a box body and a box lid. The box lid comprises a lid body and a first bent portion successively connected from the inside to the outside. The box body has a box opening. The lid body is provided at the box opening. A snap is provided on an inner side of the first bent portion near an edge. The box opening is provided with a second bent portion. The second bent portion is provided with a clamping groove matching the snap. A blocking ring is provided below the clamping groove. The blocking ring is provided along the edge of the box lid and protrudes outside the box lid. The storage box can effectively prevent the loss of the items stored in the storage box, avoid malicious damage to packaging, products, and other harmful behaviors, and effectively avoid property losses for users.

This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202320824575.X, filed on Apr. 12, 2023, the content of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.


TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application relates to the technical field of storage devices, and more particularly to a storage box.


BACKGROUND

In today's society, it is often necessary to use a storage box to store sundries, tools, parts, and other items in daily work and life. Most of the storage boxes on the market mostly use a full-snap or full-interference hard-press fit between the box body and the box lid. Such a storage box has a common defect, i.e., somebody can easily lift the box lid directly from the gap between the box body and the box lid, which can easily lead to the loss or damage of the stored items inside.


SUMMARY

The technical problem to be solved by the present application is to provide a storage box with better anti-theft performance.


In order to solve the technical problem above, the technical solution adopted by the present application is a storage box including a box body and a box lid, wherein the box lid includes a lid body and a first bent portion successively connected from the inside to the outside. The box body has a box opening. The lid body is provided at the box opening. A snap is provided on an inner side of the first bent portion near an edge. The box opening is provided with a second bent portion. The second bent portion is provided with a clamping groove matching the snap. A blocking ring is provided below the clamping groove. The blocking ring is provided along the edge of the box lid and protrudes outside the box lid. The box lid is provided with a first locking portion. The box body is provided with a second locking portion corresponding to a lower side of the first locking portion. The first locking portion is provided with a first locking hole. The second locking portion is provided with a second locking hole corresponding to the first locking hole. Further, the first locking portion protrudes outside the second locking portion.


Further, the first locking portion and the second locking portion each have a spherical shape.


Further, the box opening is in an interference fit with the lid body.


Further, a reinforcing structure is provided on the box lid.


Further, a reinforcing rib is provided on the box body, and the reinforcing rib is connected to the second bent portion.


Further, a leakage hole is provided at the bottom of the box body.


Furthermore, the bottom of the box body is stepped, and the leakage hole is located at a lower part of the bottom of the box body.


Further, corners of the box body and the box lid are provided with transition fillets.


Further, the box lid is an integrated structure formed by integrated processing.


The advantageous effect of the present application is that the storage box provided by the present application has a simple structure and is easy to process. By setting a blocking ring on the box body to cover the snap and clamping groove, the gap between the box body and the box lid is effectively reduced, so that the box lid cannot be directly lifted by hands from the gap and can only be opened through the first and second locking portions. Further, locks or straps are installed on the first and second locking holes, making it impossible for somebody to open the storage box, effectively preventing the loss of items stored in the storage box.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

In order to provide a detailed explanation of the technical content, achieved objectives, and effects of the present application, the following will be explained in conjunction with the implementation method and accompanying drawings.


With reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, a storage box includes a box body 1 and a box lid 2. The box lid 2 includes a lid body 21 and a first bent portion 22 successively connected from the inside to the outside. The box body 1 has a box opening 11. The lid body 21 is provided at the box opening 11. A snap 23 is provided on an inner side of the first bent portion 22 near an edge. The box opening 11 is provided with a second bent portion 12. The second bent portion 12 is provided with a clamping groove 121 matching the snap 23. A blocking ring 13 is provided below the clamping groove 121. The blocking ring 13 is arranged along the edge of the box lid 2 and protrudes outside the box lid 2. The box lid 2 is provided with a first locking portion 24. The box body 1 is provided with a second locking portion 14 corresponding to the lower part of the first locking portion 24. The first locking portion 24 is provided with a first locking hole 241. The second locking portion 14 is provided with a second locking hole 141 corresponding to the first locking hole 241.


The structural principle of the present application is briefly described as follows: the box lid 2 is fixed on the box body 1 by means of the snap 23 engaging with the clamping groove 121, while the blocking ring 13 blocks the snap 23 to reduce the gap between the box lid 2 and the box body 1, so that the hand cannot directly open the lid from the gap. The first locking hole 241 and the second locking hole 141 can be locked or strapped, further preventing the storage box from being opened.


As apparent from the above description, the present application has an advantageous effect in that: the storage box provided by the present application has a simple structure and is easy to process. By setting a blocking ring on the box body to cover the snap and clamping groove, the gap between the box body and the box lid is effectively reduced, so that the lid cannot be directly lifted by hands from the gap and can only be opened through the first and second locking portions. Further, locks or straps are installed on the first and second locking holes, making it completely impossible for somebody to open the storage box, effectively preventing the loss of items stored in the storage box.


Further, the first locking portion 24 protrudes outside the second locking portion 14.


It can be seen from the above description that the size of the first locking portion is larger than that of the second locking portion to facilitate the opening of the box lid.


Further, the first locking portion 24 and the second locking portion 14 each have a spherical shape.


It can be seen from the above description that the provision of the first locking portion and the second locking portion in a spherical shape is advantageous in improving the structural strength of the first locking portion and the second locking portion.


Further, the box opening 11 is in an interference fit with the lid body 21.


It can be seen from the above description that the interference fit between the box opening and the lid body can make the snap and the clamping groove lock more firmly. Further, the box lid 2 is provided with a reinforcing structure 25.


It can be seen from the above description that the provision of the reinforcement structure can improve the structural strength of the box lid.


Further, a reinforcing rib 122 is provided on the box body 1, and the reinforcing rib 122 connects the second bent portion 12.


It can be seen from the above description that the reinforcing rib can support the second bent portion so as to prevent the second bent portion from being broken by an external force.


Further, a leakage hole 15 is provided at the bottom of the box body 1.


It can be seen from the above description that the leakage hole can function to drain the internal moisture and prevent the internal water from accumulating.


Furthermore, the bottom of the box body 1 is stepped, and the leakage hole 15 is located at a lower part of the bottom of the box body 1.


It can be seen from the above description that it is advantageous to arrange the leakage hole at the lower part of the box body so as to enhance the leakage effect of the leakage hole.


Further, corners of the box body 1 and the box lid 2 are provided with transition fillets.


It can be seen from the above description that the provision of transition fillets at the corners facilitates demolding while avoiding corners from scraping hands during use.


Further, the box lid 2 is an integrated structure formed by integrated processing.


It can be seen from the above description that the box lid is simple in structure and easy to manufacture.


Example 1

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, example 1 of the present application is a storage box used for storing various sundries, tools, parts, and other articles in daily work and life.


The storage box includes a box body 1 and a box lid 2. The box lid 2 includes a lid body 21 and a first bent portion 22 successively connected from the inside to the outside. The box body 1 has a box opening 11. The lid body 21 is provided at the box opening 11. A snap 23 is provided on an inner side of the first bent portion 22 near an edge. The box opening 11 is provided with a second bent portion 12. The second bent portion 12 is provided with a clamping groove 121 matching the snap 23. A blocking ring 13 is provided below the clamping groove 121. The blocking ring 13 is provided along the edge of the box lid 2 and protrudes outside the box lid 2. The box lid 2 is provided with a first locking portion 24. The box body 1 is provided with a second locking portion 14 corresponding to a lower part of the first locking portion 24. The first locking portion 24 is provided with a first locking hole 241. The second locking portion 14 is provided with a second locking hole 141 corresponding to the first locking hole 241. Optionally, the box lid 2 is an integrated structure formed by integrated processing. In the present example, the box body 1 is an integrated structure formed by integrated processing. A lock, a rope, a tie, or a warning label can be provided at the first locking hole 241 and the second locking hole 141 as needed.


Referring to FIG. 4, the first locking portion 24 protrudes outside the second locking portion 14. In this embodiment, the first locking portion 24 has the same shape as the second locking portion 14, and the first locking portion 24 has a larger size than the second locking portion 14. In other embodiments, the second locking portion 14 may protrude outside the first locking portion 24, and the first locking portion 24 has a smaller size than the second locking portion 14.


Referring to FIGS. 1 and 4, the first locking portion 24 and the second locking portion 14 each have a spherical shape. In this embodiment, the edges of the second locking portion 14 and the first locking portion 24 are provided with reinforcement portions.


Referring to FIG. 3, the box opening 11 is in an interference fit with the lid body 21. In this embodiment, the lid body 21 is provided with an abutting portion 25. The abutting portion 25 is located between the lid body 21 and the box opening 11. The abutting portion 25 abuts the box opening 11.


With reference to FIG. 1, the box lid 2 is provided with a reinforcing structure 25. In this embodiment, the reinforcing structure 25 is a ring-shaped bent structure.


Referring to FIG. 3, the box body 1 is provided with reinforcing ribs 122. The reinforcing ribs 122 are connected to the second bent portion 12. In this embodiment, the number of the reinforcing ribs 122 is plural, and a plurality of the reinforcing ribs 122 are uniformly provided inside the second bent portions 12.


Referring to FIG. 4, in order to prevent the inside of the box body 1 from being wet due to water or the like on the surface of the items to be stored, in this embodiment, a leakage hole 15 for draining water is provided at the bottom of the box body 1.


With reference to FIGS. 2 and 4, optionally, the bottom of the box body 1 is stepped. The leakage hole 15 is located at a lower part of the bottom of the box body 1. In this embodiment, the bottom of the box body 1 is in a three-layer stepped shape with high middle and low surrounding area. The leakage hole 15 is located at the lowest position of the bottom of the box body 1. In other embodiments, the bottom of the box body 1 may also be in a spherical shape or other shapes with high middle and low surrounding areas.


Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, in order to facilitate demolding during the production while preventing the corners of the box body 1 and the box lid 2 from scratching hands, in this embodiment, the corners of the box body 1 and the box lid 2 are provided with transition fillets.


In summary, the storage box provided by the present application has a simple structure and is easy to process. By setting a blocking ring on the box body to cover the snap and clamping groove, the gap between the box body and the box lid is effectively reduced, so that the lid cannot be directly lifted by hands from the gap and can only be opened through the first and second locking portions. Further, locks or straps are installed on the first and second locking holes, making it completely impossible for somebody to open the storage box, effectively preventing the loss of items stored in the storage box. The storage box is equipped with various reinforcing structures, with good overall structural strength. A leakage hole is provided at the bottom to avoid internal water accumulation. The box body and box lid are fixed using a combination of snap and interference, further increasing the difficulty of directly lifting the lid from the gap.

  • 1. A storage box, comprising a box body and a box lid, wherein the box lid comprises a lid body and a first bent portion successively connected from the inside to the outside; the box body has a box opening; the lid body is provided at the box opening; a snap is provided on an inner side of the first bent portion near an edge; the box opening is provided with a second bent portion; the second bent portion is provided with a clamping groove matching the snap; a blocking ring is provided below the clamping groove; the blocking ring is provided along the edge of the box lid and protrudes outside the box lid; the box lid is provided with a first locking portion; the box body is provided with a second locking portion corresponding to a lower side of the first locking portion; the first locking portion is provided with a first locking hole; the second locking portion is provided with a second locking hole corresponding to the first locking hole.
  • 2. The storage box according to claim 1, wherein the first locking portion protrudes outside the second locking portion.
  • 3. The storage box according to claim 1, wherein the first locking portion and the second locking portion each have a spherical shape.
  • 4. The storage box according to claim 1, wherein the box opening is in an interference fit with the lid body.
  • 5. The storage box according to claim 1, wherein the box lid is provided with a reinforcing structure.
  • 6. The storage box according to claim 1, wherein a reinforcing rib is provided on the box body, and the reinforcing rib is connected to the second bent portion.
  • 7. The storage box according to claim 1, wherein a leakage hole is provided at the bottom of the box body.
  • 8. The storage box according to claim 7, wherein the bottom of the box body is stepped, and the leakage hole is located at a lower part of the bottom of the box body.
  • 9. The storage box according to claim 1, wherein corners of the box body and the box lid are provided with transition fillets.
  • 10. The storage box according to claim 1, wherein the box lid is an integrated structure formed by integrated processing.
