DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Only some exemplary embodiments are briefly described below. As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, modifications may be made to the described embodiments in various ways without departing from the spirit or scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, the accompanying drawings and the description are considered as exemplary in nature rather than limiting.

According to a solution in the prior art, since most of the gravity of a hung object directly acts on a first magnetic member and a second magnetic member when the hung object is hung from a hanging carrier, a reverse tension becomes larger when the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member attract each other, and attraction forces of the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member becomes smaller, so that the clip body is easily separated under the action of the gravity of the hung object, causing glasses, hats, etc. to fall off. Therefore, referring to FIGS. 1-11, a storage clip according to a preferred implementation of the embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The storage clip includes:

    • a hanging body 1, the hanging body 1 being configured to be connected to a hanging carrier such as a handbag, a satchel, a knapsack, a pocket, a key chain, a piece of clothes or a hat;
    • a clip body 2, a first end of the clip body 2 being connected to the hanging body 1, and a second end of the clip body 2 being movable toward or away from the first end of the clip body 2, such that the second end of the clip body 2 can pass through a first hung object such as a pair of glasses and a hat;
    • a first engagement body 21, the first engagement body 21 being arranged on the first end of the clip body 2; and
    • a second engagement body 22, the second engagement body 22 being arranged on the second end of the clip body 2, and the second engagement body 22 and the first engagement body 21 being removably connected together.

When the second engagement body 22 and the first engagement body 21 are connected to each other, the clip body 2 forms a first closed structure 23. The first closed structure 23 is configured to hold a first hung object so as to place the first hung object on the hanging carrier.

According to the storage clip of the embodiments of the present disclosure, when the first hung object such as a pair of glasses or a hat is hung, the second end of the clip body 2 may pass through a hangable portion of the first hung object (e.g., a bridge of the pair of glasses or a rear clasp strap of the hat), and the second engagement body 22 and the first engagement body 21 are then removably connected together, such that the clip body 2 forms the first closed structure 23 with high connecting reliability, and the first hung object can then be held on the clip body 2. Finally, the hanging body 1 is connected to the hanging carrier such as the handbag, the satchel, the knapsack, the key chain, the piece of clothes or the hat, so that the first hung object can be hung, stored and placed. The first end of the clip body 2 is connected to the hanging body 1 and the first engagement body 21 is arranged on the first end of the clip body 2, when the first hung object is held, the first hung object is borne by the clip body 2, and the gravity of the first hung object is borne by the clip body 2 and does not act directly on the first engagement body 21 and the second engagement body 22. Therefore, the first engagement body 21 and the second engagement body 22 can be less prone to disconnection, so that the first closed structure 23 is stably kept locked, has a higher connecting reliability and can effectively prevent the first hung object from falling off from the clip body 2.

Referring to FIGS. 1, 5, 6, 7, 10 and 11, in an implementation, the hanging body 1 has an accommodating groove 112, the clip body 2 is located in the accommodating groove 112, and when the clip body 2 is expanded such that a back surface thereof is attached to the hanging body 1, the clip body 2 can be completely received in the accommodating groove 112 to improve the space utilization rate of an outer side wall of the hanging body 1 and to prevent the clip body 2 from protruding relative to the outer side wall of the hanging body 1, so that the storage size of the storage clip can be further reduced, the occupied space is smaller, and the storage and placement are easier.

In an implementation, one of the hanging body 1 and the second end of the clip body 2 is provided with a third engagement body 111, and the other thereof is provided with a fourth engagement body 24. When the clip body 2 is expanded such that the back surface thereof is attached to the hanging body 1, the third engagement body 111 and the fourth engagement body 24 are removably connected together, so as to connect the second end of the clip body 2 and the hanging body 1 together, so that the clip body 2 stored in the accommodating groove 112 is fixed, and the clip body 2 is prevented from falling out of the accommodating groove 112.

Referring to FIGS. 1, 5, 6 and 7, in an implementation, the third engagement body 111 includes a positioning protrusion 1111, and the fourth engagement body 24 includes a first connecting hole 241. The positioning protrusion 1111 is inserted into the first connecting hole 241, such that the third engagement body 111 and the fourth engagement body 24 are removably connected together. Such a connecting structure is simple, is easy to assemble and disassemble, and has low costs.

Referring to FIGS. 10 and 11, in an implementation, the third engagement body 111 includes a first magnet 1112, and the fourth engagement body 24 includes a second magnet 242. The second magnet 242 magnetically cooperates with the first magnet 1112, such that the third engagement body 111 and the fourth engagement body 24 are removably connected together. Such a connecting structure is simple, is easy to assemble and disassemble, and has a high connecting reliability.

In other implementations, the third engagement body 111 and the fourth engagement body 24 may be connected together by means of any one of snap-fitting, hook-and-loop connection, etc.

Referring to FIG. 9, in an implementation, the first engagement body 21 includes:

    • a first connecting portion 211, a first end of the first connecting portion 211 being connected to the first end of the clip body 2; and
    • a first limiting portion 212, the first limiting portion 212 being arranged on the second end of the first connecting portion 211, and the outer diameter of the first limiting portion 212 being greater than the outer diameter of the first connecting portion 211.

Referring to FIG. 7, the second engagement body 22 includes a second connecting hole 221. The second connecting hole 221 cooperates with the first connecting portion 211, and the second connecting hole 221 has an expanded diameter state in which the diameter is increased to enable the first limiting portion 212 to pass, and a reduced diameter state in which the diameter is decreased to be less than the outer diameter of the first limiting portion 212. In this way, during connection, by increasing the diameter of the second connecting hole 221, the second connecting hole 221 can be passed through by the first limiting portion 212 to cooperate with the first connecting portion 211, and then by decreasing the diameter of the second connecting hole 221, the first limiting portion 212 can prevent the separation of the second connecting hole 221 from the first connecting portion 211, ensuring that the first connecting portion 211 and the second connecting hole 221 can be reliably connected together, and thus the first engagement body 21 and the second engagement body 22 are reliably connected together. During disconnection, by increasing the diameter of the second connecting hole 221, the second connecting hole 221 can be passed through by the first limiting portion 212 until it is separated from the first connecting portion 211. Such assembly and disassembly operations are simple and easy, the assembly and disassembly efficiency is high, and the ease of use is improved.

Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, in an implementation, at least two second connecting holes 221 are provided. The two second connecting holes 221 are arranged at intervals in a length direction of the clip body 2, and each second connecting hole 221 can cooperate with the first connecting portion 211. In this way, by allowing the second connecting holes 221 located at different positions in the length direction of the clip body 2 to cooperate with the same first connecting portion 211, the inner diameter of the formed first closed structure 23 can be adjusted, and thus the first closed structure 23 can hold first hung objects of different sizes and is more flexible in use.

Referring to FIG. 5, in an implementation, the hanging body 1 is provided with a third engagement body 111, and when the clip body 2 is expanded such that the back surface of the clip body 2 is attached to the hanging body 1, the third engagement body 111 cooperates with the second connecting hole 221 to connect the second end of the clip body 2 and the hanging body 1 together. In this way, when there is no need to use the clip body 2, the back surface of the clip body 2 can be closely attached to the hanging body 1, and the second connecting hole 221 and the third engagement body 111 can be buckled together, so that the clip body 2 can be fixed to the hanging body 1 in a flatly laid manner to avoid chaos, and the storage clip can be kept to have a smaller storage size to reduce the occupied space and facilitate storage and placement.

In an implementation, the second connecting hole 221 is stressed to switch between the expanded diameter state and the reduced diameter state. In this way, the second connecting hole 221 can be switched from the reduced diameter state to the expanded diameter state by applying a tensile force to a part of the clip body 2 provided with the second connecting hole 221, and the second connecting hole 221 can be switched from the reduced diameter state to the expanded diameter state by releasing the part of the clip body 2 provided with the second connecting hole 221. Such a structure is simple and practical, is easy to operate, has a high operating efficiency, and can further improve the ease of use.

In other implementations, it is also possible to provide a zipper on the clip body 2 to control the switch of the second connecting hole 221 between the expanded diameter state and the reduced diameter state.

Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, in an implementation, when the second connecting hole 221 is in the reduced diameter state, the width of the second connecting hole 221 is less than the outer diameter of the first connecting portion 211, and the length of the second connecting hole 221 is greater than the outer diameter of the first connecting portion 211. That is, the length of the second connecting hole 221 is greater than the width of the second connecting hole 221. When the second connecting hole 221 is switched from the reduced diameter state to the expanded diameter state, the length of the second connecting hole 221 is decreased, and the width of the second connecting hole 221 becomes larger, so that the first limiting portion 212 can pass through the second connecting hole 221. Such a structure is simple and practical, has a high connecting reliability, and is easy to operate.

In an implementation, the specific structures of the first engagement body 21 and the second engagement body 22 are exchangeable, that is, the first engagement body 21 has the second connecting hole 221, and the second engagement body 22 has the first connecting portion 211 and the first limiting portion 212.

Referring to FIGS. 10 and 11, in an implementation, the first engagement body 21 includes a third magnet 213, and the second engagement body 22 includes a fourth magnet 222. The fourth magnet 222 magnetically cooperates with the third magnet 213. Similarly, the first closed structure 23 with a high connecting reliability can be formed.

In other implementations, the first engagement body 21 and the second engagement body 22 are connected together by means of any one of snap-fitting, hook-and-loop connection, adhesive bonding, etc. In an implementation, the clip body 2 is a structure made of a flexible material, so that the clip body 2 is flexible and deformable. When the first hung object is held, the first hung object is not compressed, and the first hung object can be protected. Moreover, since the clip body 2 has a certain elasticity, when the part of the clip body 2 provided with the second connecting hole 221 is released, the second connecting hole 221 can be restored automatically from the expanded diameter state to the reduced diameter state under the action of an elastic force of the clip body 2, so that the first engagement body 21 and the second engagement body 22 are easier to assemble and disassemble. In an implementation, the clip body 2 is a structure made of a flexible rubber material, so that the clip body 2 has a better flexibility, and thus the clip body 2 has a strong supporting performance to ensure that the first hung object can be held reliably.

The flexible material described above may be a structure made of any one of silicone, other rubber materials, TPU, elastic cloth, and polyurethane.

In other implementations, the clip body 2 may be a structure made of any one of an elastic material, a chain, and a bead string.

Referring to FIGS. 1-4, in an implementation, the hanging body 1 includes:

    • a first connecting arm 11, a side wall of the first connecting arm 11 being provided with the clip body 2 and a buckle portion 113, and the buckle portion 113 being spaced apart from the first end of the first connecting arm 11;
    • a second connecting arm 12, a first end of the second connecting arm 12 being connected to the first end of the first connecting arm 11, and the second connecting arm 12 being provided with a buckle hole 121, where the buckle hole 121 runs through the second connecting arm 12 in a front-rear direction, the buckle hole 121 enables a second end of the first connecting arm 11 to pass, and the buckle hole 121 and the buckle portion 113 are buckled to each other, the buckle hole 121 and the first end of the second connecting arm 12 are spaced apart each other to form a second closed structure 14 when the buckle hole 121 and the buckle portion 113 are buckled to each other, and the second closed structure 14 is arranged around the hanging carrier, so as to connect the hanging body 1 and the hanging carrier together;
    • a fifth engagement body 3, the fifth engagement body 3 being arranged on the second end of the first connecting arm 11; and
    • a sixth engagement body 4, the sixth engagement body 4 being arranged on a second end of the second connecting arm 12.

When the buckle hole 121 and the buckle portion 113 are buckled to each other, the sixth engagement body 4 and the fifth engagement body 3 are removably connected to each other, so as to connect the second end of the second connecting arm 12 and the second end of the first connecting arm 11 together. In this way, during the connection to the hanging carrier, the second end of the first connecting arm 11 passes through a hanging portion of the hanging carrier, the second end of the first connecting arm 11 then passes through the buckle hole 121 and approaches the second end of the second connecting arm 12, the buckle portion 113 and the buckle hole 121 are then buckled to each other, and finally the fifth engagement body 3 and the sixth engagement body 4 are connected together, so that the second closed structure 14 can be held on the hanging carrier, such as the handbag, the satchel, the knapsack, the pocket, the key chain, the clothes or the hat, to hang the storage clip. Such a structure is simple and practical, and is easy to operate. In addition, since the second closed structure 14 and a connecting structure composed of the fifth engagement body 3 and the sixth engagement body 4 are respectively arranged on the first end and the second end of the first connecting arm 11, the second closed structure 14 and the connecting structure described above are separated and do not interfere with each other, ensuring that the fifth engagement body 3 and the sixth engagement body 4 can be reliably connected together, with a higher connecting reliability. Moreover, when the fifth engagement body 3 and the sixth engagement body 4 are connected to each other, the hanging body 1 forms a third closed structure between a first part where the buckle hole 121 and the buckle portion 113 are connected to each other, and a second part where the fifth engagement body 3 and the sixth engagement body 4 are connected to each other, and the third closed structure can be used to hold a third hung object, so that the utilization rate of the storage clip is improved, and the storage clip can hang and store more hung objects.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 4, in an implementation, the second end of the first connecting arm 11 is provided with a first clamping portion 114; and

the second end of the second connecting arm 12 is provided with a second clamping portion 122.

When the sixth engagement body 4 and the fifth engagement body 3 are connected to each other, the first clamping portion 114 can abut against the second clamping portion 122 such that the first clamping portion 114 and the second clamping portion 122 can jointly clamp a second hung object. That is, the first clamping portion 114 and the second clamping portion 122 jointly form a clamping structure for clamping the second hung object to enable the holding of the second hung object, so that the utilization rate of the storage clip is improved, and the storage clip can hang and store more hung objects.

Referring to FIG. 4, in an implementation, clamping surfaces of the first clamping portion 114 and the second clamping portion 122 are both provided with anti-slip protrusions 13. The anti-slip protrusions 13 are configured to abut against the second hung object, and the anti-slip protrusions 13 can enhance the friction between clamping portions and the second hung object, so that the clamping firmness of the second hung object can be improved, and the structural reliability can be higher.

In an implementation, the fifth engagement body 3 is a fifth magnet 31, and the sixth engagement body 4 is a sixth magnet 41. The sixth magnet 41 magnetically cooperates with the fifth magnet 31, such that a clamping force on the second hung object or the reliability of hanging the hat's rear clasp strap can be enhanced by means of magnetic attraction.

Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, in an implementation, the fifth magnet 31 is arranged in the first clamping portion 114, and the sixth magnet 41 is arranged in the second clamping portion 122, so that the fifth magnet 31 and the sixth magnet 41 are hidden, thereby protecting the fifth magnet 31 and the sixth magnet 41 to avoid loss.

In an implementation, the hanging body 1 is a structure made of a flexible material, so that the hanging body 1 is flexible and deformable. When the hanging carrier is held, the hanging carrier is not compressed, and the hanging carrier can be protected. Moreover, since the hanging body 1 has a certain elasticity, when a second limiting portion 1132 is released, the second limiting portion 1132 can be restored automatically, under the action of an elastic force of the hanging body 1, to an unlocked state in which the outer diameter thereof is greater than that of the second connecting portion 1131, so that the buckle portion 113 and the buckle hole 121 are easier to assemble and disassemble.

In an implementation, the hanging body 1 may be a structure made of any one of silicone, rubber, TPU, elastic cloth, and polyurethane.

In other implementations, the hanging body 1 may also be a structure made of any one of an elastic material, a chain, and a bead string.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 5, in an implementation, the buckle portion 113 includes:

    • a second connecting portion 1131, the second connecting portion 1131 being adapted to the buckle hole 121; and
    • two second limiting portions 1132, the second limiting portions 1132 being respectively arranged on two sides of the second connecting portion 1131 in a length direction thereof, where the outer diameter of each second limiting portion 1132 is greater than the diameter of the buckle hole 121, the second limiting portion 1132 has a limiting state in which the second connecting portion 1131 can be prevented from being separated from the buckle hole 121, and an unlocked state in which the second limiting portion can pass through the buckle hole 121, and the second limiting portion 1132 is stressed to switch between the limiting state and the unlocked state. In this way, when the hanging body 1 is of an elastic structure, the second limiting portion 1132 is deformed by applying a force to the second limiting portion 1132 to make the outer diameter thereof less than the diameter of the buckle hole 121, the second limiting portion 1132 can then pass through the buckle hole 121, the second connecting portion 1131 and the buckle hole 121 are buckled to each other, the second limiting portion 1132 can be restored automatically, by releasing, to an extended state in which the outer diameter thereof is greater than the diameter of the buckle hole 121, and the separation of the second connecting portion 1131 from the buckle hole 121 can thus be prevented by using the second limiting portion 1132, so that the connecting reliability between the buckle portion 113 and the buckle hole 121 can be improved, the second closed structure 14 is less prone to displacement, and the connection reliability between the second closed structure and the hanging carrier can be improved. Such a structure is simple and practical and is easy to assemble and disassemble, and the ease of use can be improved.

Referring to FIG. 1, in an implementation, the second connecting arm 12 is further provided with a slot 123. The slot 123 runs through the second connecting arm 12 in the front-rear direction, a first end of the slot 123 is in communication with the buckle hole 121, and a second end of the slot 123 extends in a length direction of the second connecting arm 12. By providing the slot 123, the outer diameter of the buckle hole 121 can varied when the buckle hole is subjected to the tensile force applied in a width direction of the hanging body 1, so that the buckle hole 121 and the buckle portion 113 are easier to assemble and disassemble, and the ease of use can further be improved. The storage clip described in embodiments of the present disclosure can also be applied to a backpack, as shown in FIGS. 12-13, wherein the storage clip is located on the backpack straps of the backpack, and the storage clip is located at a position roughly in front of the person's chest when the person is carrying the backpack, which will make it easier for the person to use.
