Description of Related Art

A folding chair is a portable and foldable chair and can be carried to different places such as a beach, a park and a sports event site, and since the folding chair is foldable, space can be saved when the folding chair is carried or stored. A folding chair in China is generally not provided with a strap and consequentially inconvenient to carry. A foreign folding chair comprises a strap, however, the carrying forms achieved through the strap are simplex and cannot be changed, and only one fixed carrying form is available. For example, a backpack type chair disclosed in the document US RE39022 E comprises a chair frame, a backrest frame and a strap, wherein the strap is fixed to the chair frame, the chair can only be carried on the back with both shoulders through the strap, and use is limited.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

A further description of the invention is given with accompanying drawings as follows:

Embodiment: please see FIGS. 1-9, a strap-type folding chair 100 comprises a backrest 101 and a chair seat 102, wherein the backrest 101 can be adjusted to be in a sitting state or a lying state relative to the chair seat 102 and is provided with a back side, the back side is provided with a strap 2 with an initial end and a final end, the strap penetrates through fixing belts 3 at the top of the backrest, the initial end and the final end of the strap 2 are connected to a chair frame 1 respectively, and at least one end of the strap 2 is detachably connected with the chair frame. For example, the initial end or the final end of the strap 2 is detachably connected with the chair frame 1 through a release buckle 4. The structure of the release buckle 4 is shown in FIG. 6, the release buckle 4 is provided with a male insert 41 and a female insert 42 which are connected with the strap and the fixing belt end. Two fixing belts 3 are arranged at the positions, close to the top, of the back side of the backrest 101, the strap 2 penetrates through the two fixing belts, the junction of the initial end of the strap 2 and the chair frame 1 is spaced away from the junction of the final end of the strap 2 and the chair frame 1 by a certain distance, and the distance is generally larger than the hand width so that the chair can be lifted upwards conveniently. As is shown in FIG. 3, the strap 2 is matched with the fixing belts 3 to form a double-shoulder carrying structure; as is shown in FIG. 4, the strap 2 is matched with the fixing belts 3 to form a hand carrying structure; as is shown in FIG. 5, the strap 2 is matched with the fixing belts 3 to forth a single-shoulder carrying structure.

The sitting state mentioned above refers to the backrest 101 being approximately perpendicular to the chair seat 102 in position, and the lying state refers to the backrest 101 being approximately horizontal to the chair seat 102 in position.

As is shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a buckle belt is arranged on the reverse side of the chair seat 102 and connected with an insertion base, a buckle belt is arranged on the back side of the backrest 101 and connected with an insertion head, and the insertion head 51 and the insertion base 52 are buckled together to prevent the chair from being unfolded when the folding chair is folded; the insertion base and the insertion head can also be arranged reversely, namely, the chair seat is connected with the insertion head 51 and the backrest is connected with the insertion base 52, and thus the purposes of buckling and locking can also be achieved.

Please see FIGS. 1-5, the chair frame 1 of the invention comprises a backrest frame 11 and a chair seat frame 12, the backrest frame 11 and the chair seat frame 12 rotate in a pivoted mode, the backrest frame 11 is connected with a lying supporting leg 13, a front leg frame 14 and a rear leg frame 15 are matched to support the chair seat frame 12 and connected with an ‘rests 16 on both sides, and the rear ends of the armrests are connected to the backrest frame in an attached mode. Flexible cloth such as canvas is arranged on the chair frame 1 in a matched mode, so that the backrest 101 and the chair seat 102 are formed.

The fixing belts 3 of the invention can be arranged on the backrest 101 or directly arranged on the chair frame 1, for example, a cross rod component of the backrest frame is provided with the fixing belts, and the junctions of the strap 2 and the chair frame 1 can be located at the bottoms of components on both sides of the backrest frame 11 or on both sides of the chair seat frame.

The buckle belt of the chair seat 102 is arranged on the chair seat frame 12 or directly connected to the chair seat 102, and similarly, the buckle belt of the backrest 101 can be arranged on the backrest or directly arranged on the chair frame 1.

The illustration of the scheme of the invention is as follows:

the fixing belts are sewn on the chair back or the backrest, the strap penetrates through the fixing belts, in this way, on the one hand, the strap cannot fall out, and on the other hand, the strap can lean against a face, and thus adjustment and conversion can be conducted. The other end of the strap is connected with the chair frame, the two sections of the strap are connected through a release buckle so that the strap can be dismounted conveniently and the length of the strap can be adjusted conveniently; two woven belts are sewn on the backrest and a cushion respectively, the woven belt on the backrest is connected with the insertion base, and the woven belt on the cushion is connected with the insertion head; when the chair is folded, the insertion head is matched with the insertion base, so that it is ensured that the chair is prevented from being unfolded when carried in a folded state.

By combining the strap with chair fixing points, the strap-type folding chair of the invention can be carried on the back in various forms and has the advantages of being reasonable in structure, high in adaptability and the like.
