Abstract
The present disclosure provides a straw and a straw bottle containing a combined straw. The straw includes a rigid tube, a hose sleeved to a bottom of the rigid tube, and an elastic installing base sleeved on an outside of the rigid tube. The elastic installing base is detachably sleeved in a drinking water outlet of a cover body. When a top cover is buckled with the cover body, the top cover presses the rigid tube, so that the hose is in a compression and bending state, and the straw is placed in the drinking water outlet. Thus, a user may disassemble and assemble the straw, which is convenient for the cleaning of the straw.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of drinking water containers, and in particular to a straw and a straw bottle containing a combined straw.


BACKGROUND

At present, in order to facilitate drinking water, especially for young children, straws are usually installed in water cups. In an existing water cup, the straw is generally connected to a cover body as a whole. When filling water, it is necessary to unscrew the cup cover to fill the water, which is very inconvenient to use. Further, when cleaning the straw, it is also necessary to unscrew the cup cover and clean the straw together with the cup cover, which is difficult to clean. In addition, this structure also makes it difficult to replace the straw.


SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

A purpose of the present disclosure is to solve the above problems and to provide a straw and a straw bottle containing a combined straw.


The technical solutions of the present disclosure are implemented as follows.


In the first aspect, the present disclosure provides a straw. The straw includes a rigid tube, a hose sleeved to a bottom of the rigid tube; and an elastic installing base sleeved on an outside of the rigid tube. The elastic installing base is detachably sleeved in a drinking water outlet of a cover body. When a top cove is buckled with the cover body, the top cover presses the rigid tube, so that the hose is in a compression and bending state, and the straw is placed in the drinking water outlet. When the top cover is not buckled with the cover body, the elastic installing base is elastically reset, thereby pushing the rigid tube out of the drinking water outlet and simultaneously opening the top cover.


In an embodiment, the elastic installing base includes an installing base and a spring, the installing base is detachably sleeved in the drinking water outlet of the cover body, the spring is sleeved on an outer wall of the rigid tube, and two opposite ends of the spring respectively contact with a bottom of the installing base and a middle of the rigid tube.


In an embodiment, the rigid tube further includes a snap-fitting convex ring, and one end of the spring is sleeved on the snap-fitting convex ring.


In an embodiment, a part of the rigid tube coinciding with the hose defines a groove for forming a vacuum.


In an embodiment, a fixing convex ring is disposed on the part of the rigid tube coinciding with the hose, when the hose is sleeved to a first end of the rigid tube, an outer edge surface of the fixing convex ring is connected to an inner wall of the hose.


In an embodiment, the first end of the rigid tube further has an inclined surface, so that the hose is deformed along the inclined surface when the hose is sleeved to the first end of the rigid tube.


At a minimum, the effects of the above technical solutions are as follows.


First, the detachable design of the straw and cover body allows users to freely install or disassemble the straw. The users may drink water from the drinking water outlet or through the straw according to their own needs, which is easy to disassembly and assembly, and easy to clean the straw after disassembling the straw.


Second, the groove is defined on the rigid tube, when the hose is sleeved in the rigid tube, the users may allow the groove to form a vacuum by pressing the hose, so that a connection between the rigid tube and the hose is tighter, and the separation of the rigid tube and the hose is avoided.


Third, the expansion and contraction of the spring may push the drinking water end of the rigid tube out of the outer side of the installing base, and the users do not need to manually pull out the rigid tube, so as to avoid dirty hands polluting the rigid tube.


In a second aspect, the present disclosure further provides a straw bottle containing a combined straw. The straw bottle containing the combined straw incudes a straw bottle body, a cover body matched with the straw bottle body and provided with a drinking water outlet, the above straw, and a top cover. One end of the top cover is articulated with the cover body, and the other end of the top cover is buckled with the cover body to open or close the drinking water outlet. The cover body and the straw are separated from each other.


In an embodiment, an inner wall of the drinking water outlet is provided with a snap ring, a deformation paddle is disposed on a side wall of the installing base, a snap-fitting protrusion is disposed on an end of the deformation paddle, a thickening part is disposed on an upper part of the installing base, and a card slot is formed between the thickening part and the snap-fitting protrusion; when the top cover is buckled with the cover body, the snap ring is embedded in the card slot.


In an embodiment, the outer wall of the rigid tube defines a stroke limiting groove, the installing base defines a through hole, and a shape of the through hole is consistent with a cross-section shape of the stroke limiting groove.


In an embodiment, each of two sides of the installing base defines a vertical opening, and the vertical opening is communicated with the through hole, so that a part of the installing base close to the through hole is deformed.


At a minimum, the effects of the above technical solutions are as follows.


First, by disposing the thickening part, the snap-fitting protrusion and other structures on the installing base, the card slot is formed between the thickening part and the snap-fitting protrusion. The snap ring is disposed to the drinking water outlet of the cover body, so that the users may disassemble and assemble the straw at any time through a structure formed by fitting the card slot and the snap ring, which is convenient for the cleaning of the straw. The separation design of a nozzle and the hose may allow to replace the hose when the hose is old.


Second, the design of the vertical opening is conducive to installing the rigid tube on the installing base in the production of the straw, to avoid affecting production efficiency.


Third, the movable setting of the rigid tube and the installing base may further reduce a volume of a bottle cover.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Embodiments of the present disclosure may be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Although certain embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the accompanying drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be achieved in various forms and should not be interpreted as being limited to the embodiments described herein. On the contrary, these embodiments are provided for a more thorough and complete understanding of the present disclosure. It should be understood that the accompanying drawings and the embodiments of the present disclosure are for exemplary purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present disclosure.


It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments in the present disclosure and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other. The present disclosure may be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and in conjunction with the embodiments.


Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, 4, and 6, a straw includes a rigid tube 11, a hose 12 sleeved to a bottom of the rigid tube 11, and an elastic installing base 13 sleeved on an outside of the rigid tube 11. The elastic installing base 13 is detachably sleeved in a drinking water outlet 211 of the cover body 21. A user may install or separate the straw 10 according to needs. When a top cover 22 is buckled with the cover body 21, the top cover 22 presses the rigid tube 11, so that the hose 12 is in a compression and bending state, and the straw 10 is placed in the drinking water outlet 211, thereby minimizing the volume of a bottle cover. When the top cover 22 and the cover body 21 are not buckled with each other, the elastic installing base 13 is elastically reset, thereby pushing the rigid tube 11 out of the drinking water outlet 211 and simultaneously opening the top cover 22, so that the user may drink the water in the bottle body through the rigid tube 11. An installing base 131 is designed to be a cylindrical structure that is compatible with the drinking water outlet 211, which facilitates to disassemble.


Based on the above structure, referring to FIG. 3, the elastic installing base 13 includes the installing base 131 and a spring 132. The installing base 131 is detachably sleeved in the drinking water outlet 211 of the cover body 21. The spring 132 is sleeved on an outer wall of the rigid tube 11, and two opposite ends of the spring 132 are respectively connected to or respectively contact with a bottom of the installing base 131 and a middle of the rigid tube 11. When the top cover 22 and the cover body 21 are buckled with each other, the top cover 22 presses down the rigid tube 11, so that the spring 132 is compressed. When the top cover 22 and the cover body 21 are not buckled with each other, the spring 132 is stretched, so that the rigid tube 11 is pushed out of the drinking water outlet 211 and at the same time the top cover 22 is opened for drinking.


The rigid tube 11 further includes a snap-fitting convex ring 111, and an end of the spring 132 is sleeved on the snap-fitting convex ring 111, to avoid the spring 132 separating from the rigid tube 11 during installation.


Referring to FIG. 3, a part of the rigid tube 11 that coincides with the hose 12 defines a groove 114 for forming a vacuum. After sleeving the hose 12 on the rigid tube 11, the user may press a part of the hose 12 corresponding to the groove 114 to discharge air in the groove 114, so that the groove 114 forms the vacuum. The hose 12 is adsorbed on the rigid tube 11 by the vacuum, which may further improve the tightness of the hose 12 sleeved in the rigid tube 11.


A fixing convex ring 113 is further disposed on the part of the rigid tube 11 that coincides with the hose 12. When the hose 12 is sleeved in a first end of the rigid tube 11, an outer edge surface of the fixing convex ring 113 is connected to or contacts with an inner wall of the hose 12. When the hose 12 is sleeved in one end of the rigid tube 11, and the outer edge surface of the fixing convex ring 113 is connected to or contact with the inner wall of the hose 12, the tightness of the rigid tube 11 and the hose 12 further increases to avoid the hose 12 separating from the rigid tube 11.


Based on the above structure, the first end of the rigid tube 11 further has an inclined surface 115, so that the hose 12 is deformed along the inclined surface 115 when the hose 12 is sleeved in the first end of the rigid tube 11, which facilitates the user to install the hose 12 in the rigid tube 11.


Referring to FIG. 4, the present disclosure further provides a straw bottle containing a combined straw. The straw bottle includes a straw bottle body 20, the cover body 21 matched with the straw bottle body 20, and the above straw 10. The cover body 21 is provided with the drinking water outlet 211. One end of the top cover 22 is articulated with the cover body 21, and the other end of the top cover 22 is buckled with the cover body 21, so as to open or close the drinking water outlet 211. The cover body 21 is separated from the straw 10, as shown in FIG. 5.


Based on the above structure, as shown in FIG. 6, an inner wall of the drinking water outlet 211 is provided with a snap ring 212. Referring to FIG. 1, a deformation paddle 135 is disposed on a side wall of the installing base 131, a snap-fitting protrusion 136 is disposed on an end of the deformation paddle 135, a thickening part 137 is disposed on an upper part of the installing base 131, and a card slot 138 is formed between the thickening part 137 and the snap-fitting protrusion 136. When the top cover 22 and the cover body 21 are buckled with each other, the snap ring 212 is embedded in the card slot 138. When the user installs or separates the straw 10, the snap-fitting protrusion 136 may conflict with the snap ring 212 with the movement of the installing base 131. At this time, the deformation paddle 135 may bend and deform to the inside of the installing base 131, so that the snap-fitting protrusion 136 moves along an inner edge of the snap ring 212, and bypasses the snap ring 212 until the snap-fitting protrusion 136 is embedded in the card slot 138. In this case, the installing base 131 and the cover body 21 are fixed, and the thickening part 137 is connected to or contact with the snap ring 212, so as to prevent the installing base 131 from sliding down the cover body 21.


In another embodiment, the inner wall of the drinking water outlet 211 is provided with the snap ring 212. Referring to FIG. 7, an outer wall of the installing base 131 is fixed with the snap-fitting protrusion 136, and the card slot 138 is formed between the snap-fitting protrusion 136 and the thickening part 137. Referring to FIG. 8, the snap ring 212 is provided with an avoidance groove 213 that is adapted to the snap-fitting protrusion 136. When the user needs to install the straw 10, it is necessary to rotate the installing base 131, so that the snap-fitting protrusion 136 on the installing base 131 corresponds to the avoidance groove 213, and then the installing base 131 extends into the cover body 21. Thus, the snap-fitting protrusion 136 moves to the lower part of the snap ring 212 through the avoidance groove 213, and the snap ring 212 is placed in the card slot 138. In this case, the user rotates the installing base 131, so that the snap-fitting protrusion 136 and the avoidance groove 213 are staggered with each other, which may achieve the fixing of the installing base 131 and the cover body 21. The connection between the installing base 131 and the cover body 21 may be stabilized, to prevent the installing base 131 from easily detaching from the cover body 21 due to the deformation of the deformation paddle 135.


Similarly, when the user does not need the straw 10, only the installing base 131 is rotated, so that the snap-fitting protrusion 136 corresponds to the avoidance groove 213, and then the installing base 131 may be taken out of the cover body 21 by pulling the installing base 131 or the straw 10.


Referring to FIG. 7, the thickening part 137 further defines a concave part 139 that facilitates the rotation of the installing base 131, which may facilitate the user to rotate the installing base 131.


Based on the above structure, referring to FIG. 2, the outer wall of the rigid tube 11 further defines a stroke limiting groove 112, and the installing base 131 further defines a through hole 133. A shape of the through hole 133 is consistent with a cross-section shape of the stroke limiting groove 112, which may limit the stroke of the rigid tube 11, thereby avoiding the separation of the rigid tube 11 from the installing base 131.


Each of two sides of the installing base 131 further defines a vertical opening 134. The vertical opening 134 is communicated with the through hole 133, so that a part of the installing base 131 close to the through hole 133 may be deformed. During production assembly, the through hole 133 may be opened by the vertical opening 134, in order to assemble the rigid tube 11 with the installing base 131.

Claims
  • 1. A straw, comprising: a rigid tube (11);a hose (12) sleeved to a bottom of the rigid tube (11); andan elastic installing base (13) sleeved on an outside of the rigid tube (11), wherein the elastic installing base (13) is detachably sleeved in a drinking water outlet (211) of a cover body (21);when a top cover (22) is buckled with the cover body (21), the top cover (22) presses the rigid tube (11), so that the hose (12) is in a compression and bending state, and the straw (10) is placed in the drinking water outlet (211); when the top cover (22) is not buckled with the cover body (21), the elastic installing base (13) is elastically reset, thereby pushing the rigid tube (11) out of the drinking water outlet (211) and simultaneously opening the top cover (22).
  • 2. The straw according to claim 1, wherein the elastic installing base (13) comprises an installing base (131) and a spring (132), the installing base (131) is detachably sleeved in the drinking water outlet (211) of the cover body (21), the spring (132) is sleeved on an outer wall of the rigid tube (11), and two opposite ends of the spring (132) respectively contact with a bottom of the installing base (131) and a middle of the rigid tube (11).
  • 3. The straw according to claim 1, wherein the rigid tube (11) further comprises a snap-fitting convex ring (111), and one end of the spring (132) is sleeved on the snap-fitting convex ring (111).
  • 4. The straw according to claim 3, wherein a part of the rigid tube (11) coinciding with the hose (12) defines a groove (114) for forming a vacuum.
  • 5. The straw according to claim 3, wherein a fixing convex ring (113) is disposed on a part of the rigid tube (11) coinciding with the hose (12), when the hose (12) is sleeved to a first end of the rigid tube (11), an outer edge surface of the fixing convex ring (113) is connected to an inner wall of the hose (12).
  • 6. The straw according to claim 4, wherein a first end of the rigid tube (11) further has an inclined surface (115), so that the hose (12) is deformed along the inclined surface (115) when the hose (12) is sleeved to the first end of the rigid tube (11).
  • 7. A straw bottle containing a combined straw, comprising: a straw bottle body (20);a cover body (21) matched with the straw bottle body (20), wherein the cover body (21) is provided with a drinking water outlet (211);one end of a top cover (22) is articulated with the cover body (21), and the other end of the top cover (22) is buckled with the cover body (21) to open or close the drinking water outlet (211); anda straw (10) according to claim 1, wherein the cover body (21) and the straw (10) are separated from each other.
  • 8. The straw bottle containing the combined straw according to claim 7, wherein an inner wall of the drinking water outlet (211) is provided with a snap ring (212), a deformation paddle (135) is disposed on a side wall of the installing base (131), a snap-fitting protrusion (136) is disposed on an end of the deformation paddle (135), a thickening part (137) is disposed on an upper part of the installing base (131), and a card slot (138) is formed between the thickening part (137) and the snap-fitting protrusion (136); when the top cover (22) is buckled with the cover body (21), the snap ring (212) is embedded in the card slot (138).
  • 9. The straw bottle containing the combined straw according to claim 8, wherein the outer wall of the rigid tube (11) defines a stroke limiting groove (112), the installing base (131) defines a through hole (133), and a shape of the through hole (133) is consistent with a cross-section shape of the stroke limiting groove (112).
  • 10. The straw bottle containing the combined straw according to claim 9, wherein each of two sides of the installing base (131) defines a vertical opening (134), and the vertical opening (134) is communicated with the through hole (133), so that a part of the installing base (131) close to the through hole (133) is deformed.
