The female lock 50 installed on cloth element 90 consists of a string restraining base 30 and a bottom board 40. The string-restraining base 30 comprises a main body 31 and a hollow bolt 36, wherein the main body 31 is installed with a hollow shell of assembly grove 32 with a binding surface 310 for binding the cloth element 90. The top of binding surface 310 is installed with a front opening hole 33, wherein the front opening hole 33 penetrates the two opposing walls of the assembling grove 32 of the main body 31. The top of binding surface 310 is installed with multiple cone shaped protruding blocks 34 circularly installed on the surrounding of front opening hole 33. The hollow bolt 36 is a copper bolt coupled to the main body 31 and connected to front opening hole 33, vertically extended from the binding surface 310 towards exterior of main body 31. The bottom board 40 in general is presenting a plate structure, wherein the top is installed with a binding hole 41 for receiving the penetrating installation of hollow bolt 36. The bottom board 40 has an individual binding surface 42 for binding cloth element 90. The binding surface 42 is also installed with multiple cone-shaped protruding blocks 43 circularly installed on the surrounding of binding hole 41.
Additionally the main body 31 of the restraining string base 30 and the bottom board 40 in general is made of plastic injection art, whereas the binding method of hollow bolt 36 and main body 31 is compressed together, or bound through combined injection of hollow bolt 36 and main body 31 so that the hollow bolt 36 is embedded directly in main body 31.
The restraining string base 30 and bottom board 40 are connected to the opposing surface 91 and 92 of binding cloth element 90, respectively for the hollow bolt 36 to be installed on the binding hole 41 through the hole 93 of cloth element 90. The elastic structure 60 is a spring installed at the bottom of assembling grove 32. The male lock 20 has an activating section 21, a lock body 22, and a limiting section 24. The top of lock body 22 is installed with a male lock hole 23, wherein the size of the hole and direction of opening matches with the front opening hole 33 and direction of restraining base 30. The activating section 21 is presenting a curving structure installed on the top of the lock body 22, wherein the limiting section 24 is a clicking hook installed on the lock body 22. The male lock 20 is installed on the assembling grove 32 of restraining string base 30 so that the bottom surface 25 of the lock body 22 presses against elastic structure 60 in order to receive its pressing spring force while the limiting section 24 presses against the edge of front opening hole 33.
When the male lock 20 receives spring force, the male lock opening hole 23 drifts away the front opening hole 33, the limiting section 24 presses against the top side edge of front opening hole 33 so that the male lock 20 is restrained inside the assembling grove 32. When the activating section 21 of male lock 20 is subjected to external force F, the lock body 22 is pressed against the elastic structure 60 and sunk into assembling grove 32 until the limiting section 24 is pressed against the lower side edge of the front opening hole 33, the male lock opening hole 23 is pointed to front opening hole 33 while and form a penetrating path 11 with bolt 36 that for string to pass through. When the external force F is removed, the male lock 20 returns to the original position so that the male lock opening hole 23 drifts away the front opening hole 33, causing the penetrating path 11 to reduce, thereafter achieves the locking function for the string.
Lastly to explain in particular is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the protruding blocks 34 and 43 is using cone-shaped protruding blocks forming circular arrangement as an example.
