STRUCTURAL ARRANGEMENT FOR PACKAGE

Abstract
The present utility model relates to a new structural arrangement for various packages and to various package opening systems which can be used with any compatible package, and pertains to the technical field of packages in general, providing very advantageous, practical, reliable and functional results, with the greater objective of allowing packages to be recycled, preserving the environment and nature, which is a general practice worldwide by large companies which look after their image. The package comprises a body (10) shaped as a bottle, provided with an inner flexible tube (11) with a bent upper end, forming an inverted U, the upper portion (12) of which is kept in the vertical position outside the bottleneck, a stopper (14) being also provided at the liquid outlet (13); the body (10) and the tube (11) are closed by a lid (15) provided with a vertical projection (16) that forms an inner channel for housing the upper portion (12). Other arrangements are provided in structural variants.
Description
FIELD OF APPLICATION

The present Utility Model is directed to a new constructive arrangement introduced in a variety of packages and also several systems for opening packages, which may be applied to any package wherein it can be used, and said packages may be made of plastic, paper, glass, cardboard, aluminum, polycarbonate, fiber, frange, etc., and formed in several shapes and sizes, and more particularly directed to packages suck like boxes and cans for containing liquids, pastes, creams and food in general, mainly beer, soft drinks, cleansing products, serum and medicines, juice, oil, milk, as well as grains, beans, regular meals or military meals, rice, macaroni, or any other liquids, creamy products, fruit juice, mineral water, merthiolate, gel or liquid alcohol, deodorant, liquid soap, detergent, shampoo, beauty cream, and the like. The shapes of all the packages may be varied, such as square, rectangular and round shape, as well as distinct sizes, etc. They belong to the technical field of packages in general, so that advantageous practical, safe and functional results may be attained with said packages, the highest object of which is to reuse the packages without causing any harm to the environment/nature, a practice common in the whole world used by large companies that preserve their image.


STATE OF THE ART

Currently, there are several models of packages in the form of boxes and cans for containing milk cream, beer and soft drinks used for containing innumerable types of products, mainly food products commercialized in a liquid state. However, it should be noticed that the act of opening such packages presents serious problems since most of the time the user needs to use a cutting object to open same or she/he might break the fingernail when trying to raise the traditional system of the beer and soft drink can, or keeps in her/his hand the opening ring that was released from the can.


Such facts are so serious that the packages are the fourth cause of accidents, according to Inmetro. The Brazilian Institute for the Defense of the Consumer, Idec, has inspected 20 types of packages, amongst food, cleansing articles, CDs packages, etc., and the result was that 70% of the tested packages were considered to be difficult to open. Amongst them, tomato pulp boxes and other boxes as well including those for containing milk can have their covers removed only with the help of scissors, and preserved food bottle lids are practically impossible to be removed.


Thus, the present invention, through its several opening systems and constructive variants, solves such inconveniences and risks, by applying manually a low pressure to the product to be expelled by a tube/pipe/conduit that runs to the bottom of the container, an outer portion of which is used to expel its contents, thus preventing the consumer from having to raise the box (or can) whose average weight is 1 kg to access the many products contained therein without having to tilt the box/can sideward. Moreover, the present invention will also make it easy for children, aged people and others with motor deficiency in the arms(s) or handle(s) to access the products without the need to raise the box as already mentioned, or use any cutting material.


The physical weariness and exposition to lesions caused by repetitive effort, known as “REL”, of users who work in bars, restaurants or in the event of stewardesses who are obliged to raise the package to assist and serve hundreds of people all day long.


On the other hand, beer, soft drink and preserved food cans of the present application shall be opened by a guillotine system that is levered by an outer rod with a ring located on the side of the can. This rod may be of fiber or polycarbonate painted with strong vibrant colors. When the present universal soft drink or beer can that already exists in the market is opened, the upper portion is automatically biased inwards, so that said outer portion contacts the liquid within, thus conveying impurities of the fingers of the user herself/himself and all the bacteria and dejects of rats and cockroaches because the cover is exposed, proving and thus demonstrating that the present system is novel and surpasses the usual way currently used everywhere, considering the fact that the lid is expelled when “guillotined” instead of being inserted into the can when actuated. It is needless to say that many users, mainly children, drink the liquid already with the lid on an inner contact of the can. In addition to this, the other novel system is a pipe already incorporated into the soft drink and beer can provided with a system that seals and prevents the contact with the outer portion thereof, so that the user does not have any manual contact with the pipe since the seal itself has a mini “plug” that is actuated and raised when the seal is removed, thus not requiring to touch the pipe or raise the can or box, since the liquid will be expelled or sucked through the pipe/conduit by a single hand pressure.


There are other points of great relevance to be distinguished:


A) the boxes will have a “V” inclination whose purpose is to direct the content thereof to the central portion of the box that also has a slight “horizontal” inclination towards the pipe/conduit to direct the remaining liquid to the pipe that will expel same, thus providing the consumer with 100% of the product, without leaving residues that may attract and proliferate cockroaches, rats, ants and other bacteria, in addition to the strong odor exhaled therefrom.


B) the lids, seals, knobs and pipes of cans, boxes and bottles will have differentiated strong colors, and may carry the colors of the country interested or in the event of large events, thus being a “differentiated” and “attractive” product on the shelves of supermarkets, replacing the frozen metal cans.


C) the cans will leave the factory already provided with an plastic overcoat painted with live and distinct colors for the following purpose: after consuming the canned product, the consumer does not have to reuse the can, thus literally discarding and throwing same in the environment. With the plastic lid, after the content is consumed, the overcoat will seal the can which then will be returned to the refrigerator or pantry and may be reused several times for conserving any other food products, cleansing products, garlic, spices, etc.


D) the boxes and cans also contain a cover on the center thereof whose objective is nothing but to reuse same with the introduction of any other products, such as juice, soft drink, milk, etc. When the consumer goes to MacDonald's, he/she buys a soft drink or juice that comes in a plastic cup having a puncture in the middle for inserting the pipe and placed on a cardboard tray. If the user gets distracted, the liquid may spill on her/him in the car. On the other hand, the present box and can are sealed and the liquid will not reach the consumer even if it spills.


DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

After a number of studies and research aiming at solving the problems, risks and inconveniences cited above, a constructive arrangement introduced in a package, that will leave the factory already provided with some options to access the product without the being prone to suffer accidents due to cutting objects or the need to raise the box, can or bottle.


Thus, as can be seen, the object of the present innovation is the functionality and practicability when packages such as boxes, cans, bottles and distinct containers are opened. Its constructive arrangement makes it possible to easily identify the opening system not only in view of the distinct colors, but also knobs with outer rings and a levering system provided with a guillotine, and also with an inner pipe/conduit connected to the bottom of the container with an outer outlet having several angles that accurately identifies the place of the opening that will result in the immediate disruption of the tearing region and access to the product. The purpose of the recess for the rings on the sides thereof is to allow anyone even with a sight deficiency to access the product in a fast safe hygienic way in all the other opening systems and novel containers presented in this application and/or any other packages of distinct models and materials. It is composed of a basic model and its constructive variants.

According to FIGS. 1.1 to 1.13, the package comprises a body (10) in the shape of a bottle, internally provided with a flexible pipe (11) the upper end of which is folded and forms an inverted “U”, in order to keep the upper portion (12) outside the throat and vertically positioned, having a plug (14) at the liquid outlet (13). Said body (10) and pipe (11) are closed by a lid (15), which is provided with a vertical protuberance (16) that forms an inner channel for accommodating the upper portion (12).


According to FIGS. 2.1 to 2.12, in a first constructive variant, the package comprises a body (200) in the shape of a bottle, provided in the region of the throat with an orifice (21) and in the outer portion with an outlet recess (22) for accommodating the upper portion (23) of the flexible pipe (24) which is located in the inner part of the body (20) and sealed by a seal (25) attached to the channel (22) by means of glue or by keeping a detachable region. Said pipe (24) is also provided in the liquid outlet (26) with a plug (27) and the body (20) is closed by a regular lid (28).


According to FIGS. 3.1 to 3.12, in a second constructive variant, the package comprises a body (30), in the shape of a beverage can, having on the upper portion thereof a lid (31) provided in its center with an orifice having a lid (32) and a “L”-shaped seal (33) at the end thereof that forms, tangent to the upper portion of the lid, a detachable region for the liquid outlet (34) and extending to the upper end of the body (30), forming a grasping region (35) that is accommodated in the recess (36) provided in the upper end of the body (30).


According to FIGS. 4.1 to 4.13, in a third constructive variant, the package comprises a body (40), in the shape of a beverage can, that is provided in the upper portion with a lid (41) provided in the center with an orifice having a lid (42). The body (40) is provided with an orifice (43) at its edge and a vertical recess (44) and a circular recess (45) for the exit and accommodation of the upper portion (46′) of the flexible pipe (46) which is located in the inner part of the body (40) and sealed by a seal (47), attached to the recesses (44) and (45) by means of glue or by keeping a detachable region, the outlet of which is blocked by the protuberance (48) provided in the seal (47). Said body (40) is provided with a curved bottom (49) to better drain the liquid.


According to FIGS. 5.1 to 5.14, in a fourth constructive variant, the package comprises a body (50), in the shape of a beverage can, that is provided in the upper portion with a cover (51) provided in the center with an orifice having a lid (52) and an orifice (53) close to the edge, a notch (54) at its edge, for the exit and accommodation of the flexible pipe (55), respectively, whose portion (55′) is folded downwards and accommodated in a lower recess (56) that is joined to the circular recess (56′) that receives the seal (57), that is attached by means of glue or by keeping a detachable region that, in turn, is also provided with a protuberance (58). Said body (50) is provided with a curved bottom (59) to better drain the liquid.


According to FIGS. 6.1 to 6.18, in a fifth constructive variant, the package comprises a body (60), in the shape of a beverage box having a square cross-section that is provided in the upper portion with a cover (61) provided in the center with an orifice having a lid (62) and a notch (63) at its edge, for accommodating the flexible pipe (64), whose upper portion (64′) is folded downwards when not in use and accommodated in a vertical recess (65) that it is joined to the circular recess (65′) that receives the sealing wax (66) that is attached by means of glue or by keeping a detachable region that, in turn, is also provided with a protuberance (67). Said body (60) is provided with a puncture for the exit of the flexible pipe (64) right below the notch (63) and has the bottom (69) biased towards the exit side of the pipe (64), or in the shape of an inverted “V”, to better drain the liquid. Optionally, the puncture (68) could be in the lid (61), such as shown in FIG. 6.2. Optionally, the flexible pipe (64) can have the largest diameter, as shown in FIG. 6.9, or have a square cross-section, as shown in FIG. 6.10.


According to FIGS. 7.1 to 7.16, in a sixth constructive variant, the package comprises a body (70), in the shape of a preserved food can, that is provided in the upper portion with a cover (71) having a detachable edge (72), through the “V”-shaped knob (73), whose horizontal portion is attached to the lid and a vertical portion that runs towards a grasping ring (74) and is accommodated on a lower recess (75) that is joined to the circular recess (75′). Said knob (73) is provided on its lower face with guillotines (76) in the shape of two “teeth” having sharp tips (snake or vampire type) so that said teeth, when the lever is actuated, penetrate in the lid and release gas and/or pressure, thus facilitating the rupture of the lid when the lever is actuated, or the guillotine could have one tooth (76′) or in the shape of a rectilinear body (76″). Said guillotines (76, 76′ and 76″) may be applied in levers of preserved food, beer, soft drink cans and the like.


According to FIGS. 8.1 to 8.12, in a seventh constructive variant, the package comprises a body (80), in the shape of a preserved food can, that is provided in the upper portion with a cover (81) having an opening (82) having a detachable edge (82′), through the “L”-shaped knob (83) that actuates the guillotine (86) that penetrates in the lid of the can and releases gas and/or pressure, thus facilitating the rupture of the cover when the lever is actuated; the horizontal portion of said knob (83) being attached to the lid and a vertical portion that ends in a grasping ring (84) and is accommodated on a vertical recess (85) that is joined to the circular recess (85′).


According to FIGS. 9.1 to 9.14, in an eighth constructive variant, the package comprises a body (90), in the shape of a preserved food can, that is provided in the upper portion with a cover (91) that may be detached or provided with an opening (92) having a detachable edge, through the “L”-shaped knob (93), whose horizontal portion is attached to the lid or opening and a vertical portion that ends in a grasping ring (94) and is accommodated in a vertical recess (95) that is joined to the circular recess (95′). Also, an overcoat (96) is also provided on the package, said overcoat being attached through a pivoting point (97) to an arc (98) provided with a round reinforcement (99) or a pointed reinforcement (99′), accommodated in the recesses (100 and 100′), respectively, to prevent same from being displaced and keep same in the proper position, and be reinserted.


Thus, the present constructive arrangement introduced in a package fully satisfies the objects considered, thus performing its function in a practical, efficient and safe way, providing a series of inherent advantages to its applicability, being embodied with unique new characteristics endowed with basic requirements of novelty.

Claims
  • 1. A constructive arrangement introduced in a package, comprising a body in the shape of a bottle, internally provided with a flexible pipe, the upper end of which is folded and forms an inverted “U”, in order to keep the upper portion outside the throat and vertically positioned, with a plug at the liquid outlet; wherein said body and pipe are closed by a lid, which is provided with a vertical protuberance that forms an inner channel for accommodating the upper portion.
  • 2. The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body, in the shape of a bottle, that is provided in the region of the throat with an orifice and in the outer portion with an outlet recess for accommodating the upper portion of the flexible pipe which is located in the inner part of the body and seal by a seal, attached to the channel by means of glue or by keeping a detachable region, said flexible pipe also being provided in the liquid outlet with a plug, and the body is closed by a regular lid.

The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body in the shape of a beverage can that is provided on the upper portion with a lid provided in the center with an orifice having a lid and a “L”-shaped seal at the end thereof that forms, tangent to the upper portion of the lid, a detachable region for the liquid outlet and extending to the upper end of the body, forming a grasping region that is accommodated in a recess provided in the upper end of the body.

The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body in the shape of a beverage can, that is provided in the upper portion with a lid having in its center an orifice having a lid, wherein the body is provided with an orifice at its edge and a vertical recess and a circular recess for the exit and accommodation of the upper portion of the flexible pipe which is located in the inner part of the body and is sealed by a seal, attached to the recesses and by means of glue or by keeping a detachable region, the outlet of which is blocked by a protuberance provided in the seal, wherein said body is provided with a curved bottom to better drain the liquid.
  • 5. The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body in the shape of a beverage can, that is provided in the upper portion with a cover provided in the center with an orifice having a lid and an orifice close to the edge, a notch at its edge, for the exit and accommodation of the flexible pipe, respectively, whose portion is folded downwards and accommodated in a lower recess that is joined to the a circular recess that receives the seal, that is attached by means of glue or by keeping a detachable region that is also provided with a protuberance, wherein said body is provided with a curved bottom to better drain the liquid.
  • 6. The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body, in the shape of a beverage box having a square cross-section, that is provided in the upper portion with a cover provided in the center with an orifice having a lid and a notch at its edge, for accommodating the flexible pipe, whose upper portion is folded downwards when not in use and accommodated in a vertical recess that is joined to a circular recess that receives the sealing wax that is attached by means of glue or by keeping a detachable region that is also provided with a protuberance, wherein said body is provided with a puncture for the exit of the flexible pipe right below the notch and has the bottom biased towards the exit side of the pipe, or in the shape of an inverted “V”, to better drain the liquid; and wherein optionally the puncture could be in the lid, and the flexible pipe can have a higher diameter or a square cross-section.
  • 7. The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body, in the shape of a preserved food can, that is provided in the upper portion with a cover having a detachable edge, through a “V”-shaped knob, whose horizontal portion is attached to the lid and a vertical portion that runs to a grasping ring and is accommodated on a lower recess that is joined to a circular recess, wherein said knob is provided on its lower face with guillotines in the shape of two “teeth” having sharp tips so that said teeth, when the lever is actuated, penetrate in the lid and release gas or pressure, thus facilitating the rupture of the lid when the lever is actuated, or the guillotine could have one tooth or be in the shape of a rectilinear body.
  • 8. The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body, in the shape of a preserved food can, that is provided in the upper portion with a cover provided with an opening having a detachable edge, through an “L”-shaped know that actuates a guillotine that penetrates in the lid of the can and releases gas or pressure, thus facilitating the rupture of the cover when the lever is actuated; wherein the horizontal portion of said knob is attached to the lid and a vertical portion that ends in a grasping ring and is accommodated on a vertical recess that is joined to a circular recess.
  • 9. The constructive arrangement introduced in a package according to claim 1, wherein the arrangement comprises a body in the shape of a preserved food can, that is provided in the upper portion with a cover that may be detached or provided with an opening having a detachable edge, through an “L”-shaped knob, whose horizontal portion is attached to the lid or opening and a vertical portion that ends in a grasping ring and is accommodated in a vertical recess that is joined to a circular recess, wherein an overcoat is also provided on the package, said overcoat being attached through a pivoting point to an arc provided with a round reinforcement or a pointed reinforcement, accommodated in recesses to prevent same from being displaced and keep same in the proper position, and be reinserted.
