DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely in connection with the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present disclosure. Obviously, the described embodiments are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Based on the described embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skills in the art without creative efforts fall within the claimed scope of the present disclosure.

Referring to FIGS. 1-7, the present invention provides a structure for quickly assembling a handle of a draw-bar case. The draw-bar case includes a case body 10 and a plurality of handle assemblies 20 disposed on the case body 10. The handle assembly 20 includes a handle 21 and two symmetrically disposed handle retaining brackets 22. The handle 21 is installed between the two handle retaining brackets 22. Two opposite end surfaces of the handle retaining bracket 22 are provided with a first inclined surface 220 and a second inclined surface 221. Wall surfaces of the first inclined surface 220 and the second inclined surface 221 are each provided with a position-limiting slot 222. A surface of the case body 10 is provided with a clamping groove 11 that is disposed corresponding to the handle retaining bracket 22. The clamping groove 11 is disposed as matching with the handle retaining bracket 22. The two opposite side walls of the clamping groove 11 are each provided with an inverted buckle 110 that is snap-fitted onto the position-limiting slot 222.

Its working principle is that when the handle assemblies 20 are assembled, the handle retaining bracket 22 is aligned with and pressed into the clamping groove 11. The first inclined surface 220 and the second inclined surface 221 will respectively abut against the inverted buckles 110 on both sides of the clamping groove 11, until the inverted buckles 110 on two sides of the clamping groove 11 are respectively snap-fitted onto the position-limiting slots 222 at two sides of the handle retaining bracket 22 to achieve the positioning of the handle retaining bracket 22. After the two handle retaining brackets 22 are respectively assembled onto the respective clamping grooves 11, the assembling of the handle assemblies 20 is completed, which can simplify the assembling process of the handle, improve assembling efficiency, and save manpower.

Based on the aforementioned embodiments, the two opposite sides of the handle retaining bracket 22 are each provided with a guiding groove 223, the two opposite side walls of the clamping groove 11 are each provided with a guiding plate 111 that is disposed corresponding to the guiding groove 223, and the guiding plate 111 is movably disposed on the guiding groove 223. When the handle retaining bracket 22 is assembled onto the clamping groove 11, the guiding grooves 223 on both sides are aligned with and pressed into the guiding plates 111 on both sides, so that the guiding grooves 223 will move along the guiding plates 111 for guiding and position-limiting functions, which improves assembling fluency and acts as a fool-proof function to avoid reverse installation.

Based on the aforementioned embodiments, the handle retaining bracket 22 includes a top plate 224 and a guiding sleeve 225 connected to the bottom of the top plate 224. The top plate 224 is penetrated to form a through hole 224a. The two opposite side walls of the guiding sleeve 225 are each provided with a wedge-shaped movable groove 225a. Both ends of the bottom of the hand 21 are each provided with connecting tab 210. The connecting tab 210 is penetrated to form a pin hole 210a. The pin hole 210a and the two opposite wedge-shaped movable grooves 225a are connected through a shaft pin therebetween. When the handle 21 is installed onto the handle retaining bracket 22, firstly the connecting tab 210 is assembled into the guiding sleeve 225 through the through hole 224a, and then the pin hole 210a is connected between the two opposite wedge-shaped movable grooves 225a by using the shaft pin. When the handle 21 is lifted, the shaft pin can move on the wedge-shaped movable grooves 225a, which facilitates the movable deformation of the handle 21 and improves the comfort of lifting.

Based on the aforementioned embodiments, the guiding sleeve 225 is sleeved with a position-limiting sleeve 23 located between the bottom of the top plate 224 and the surface of the case body 10, which can play a role of position limiting of the handle retaining bracket 22.

Based on the aforementioned embodiments, the surface of the case body 10 is concavely provided with a strip-shaped avoidance groove 12 located between the two clamping grooves 11. The strip-shaped avoidance groove 12 can avoid from the fingers and facilitate the fingers to hold the handle 21 through the strip-shaped avoidance groove 12, avoiding the fingers from abutting against the case body 10.

Based on the aforementioned embodiments, the case body 10 is provided with two handle assemblies 20 thereon. The two handle assemblies 20 are respectively disposed on a top and a side of the case body 10, so that the case body 10 can be lifted horizontally and vertically.

The aforementioned embodiments are only descriptions of preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention. Various variations and modifications made onto the technical solutions of the present invention by those of ordinary skills in the art without departing from the design spirit of the present invention, should all fall within the claimed scope determined by the claims of the present invention.
