Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] (1) Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a structure improvement of electric grinder, and more particularly to the structure improvement of an electric grinder whose components can be quickly assembled and disassembled.
[0003] (2) Description of the Prior Art
[0004] The schematic view of a prior electric grinder 10 (as shown in FIG. 1), the connection between the motion element 11 and the electric grinder 10 is through the locking between an internal thread 101 and an external thread 111. It is quite inconvenient to replace, especially the electric grinder 10 used in the beauty industry, one machine usually is used on one single person and it requires ultraviolet disinfecting box to disinfect before being used again. Therefore it requires constant replacing of the electric grinder 10 and it wastes a lot of time on assembling and disassembling if utilizes the stated thread locking method.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] Because of the stated shortcomings of the prior electric grinder, after years of experience in the industry and a sequence of continuous observations, researches, and developments, I propose the present invention, a structure improvement of electric grinder, as a possible solution, which after a series of experiments has found to effectively improve the existing shortcomings of the prior art and posses practical functions.
[0006] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a structure improvement of electric grinder that can prevent the transmission element deviated from the center and is constituted of components that can be quickly assembled and disassembled.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0014] The invention disclosed herein is directed to the structure improvement of electric grinder. In the following description, numerous details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be appreciated by one skilled in the art that variations of these specific details are possible while still achieving the results of the present invention. In other instance, well-known components are not described in detail in order not to unnecessarily obscure the present invention.
[0015] First, please refer to FIG. 2 to FIG. 4. One preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention mainly includes:
[0016] An outer casing 20, which includes an internal thread section 21 to connect with a screw socket 80 while the inside includes a front protruding ring 22 and a rear protruding ring 23 to be contacted with the front and rear shafts 31, 32 of the control element 30;
[0017] A control element 30, whose front end includes a front shaft 31 while the rear end includes a rear shaft 32, and the top includes an accommodating hole 33 while the inside includes a stopping ring 34, wherein a transmission shaft 50 is inserted into the accommodating hole 33 and the bottom of the control element 30 includes a fixing socket 36 connected with the accommodating inner space 35 to accommodate the front section of the transmission element 60, while the fix socket 36 with a position protrude ring 361 is inserted onto the end of control element 30;
[0018] A position spring 40, formed on the inside of the control element 30;
[0019] A transmission shaft 50, whose front end includes several lengthwise cutout slots 51 and several petal-like clip pieces 52 to hold bit A, while the rear section is inserted into the accommodating hole 33 of the control element 30 and a position spring 40 is inserted onto the shaft and inside the rear section includes an internal thread section 53 to be screw connected with the transmission element 60;
[0020] A transmission element 60, whose front section includes a bolt 61 to be screw connected with the transmission shaft 50, and a protrude ring 62 at the middle section, while the rear section includes a insertion section 63, wherein the insertion section 63 is connected with the transmission wire of the motion element and the insertion section 63 further includes a shaft 64 to prevent the eccentric movement of the transmission element 60;
[0021] A connecting element 70, which includes a stud 71 with an external thread section 72 to be screw connected with a revolving socket 80 and the front end of the stud 71 includes a groove 73 to allow a C-shape ring 74 to set in, while the connecting element 70 includes a hole 75, wherein the hole 75 is used to accommodate a spring 76 and a tenon bead 77 so that the tenon bead 77 protrudes over, and at the rear end of the connecting element 70 includes a indented groove 78 and more than one round beads 783 so after placing the round bead 782 the motion element can be connected by a resilient element 781;
[0022] A revolving socket 80, whose front section includes an external thread section 81 to be screw locked with the outer casing 20 while the rear section includes an internal thread 82 to be connected with the external thread section 72 of the connecting element 70, and also includes a hole 83 at the rear end, wherein the diameter of hole 83 is smaller than the tenon bead 77;
[0023] A motion element 9, whose main component is a hollow soft tube 93 which further includes a transmission wire 92, and the top section of the motion element 9 includes a connecting section 91 to be inserted into the inner trough 79 of the connecting element 70 and be stopped and positioned by the round bead 782 of the indented groove 78.
[0024] Please refer to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6. When disassembling the electric grinder, it only needs to pull out the motion element 9. Since the connection between the electric grinder and the motion element 9 is through the stop action provided by the round bead 782 of the connecting section 70 of the electric grinder, the motion element 9 can be separated from the electric grinder as long as the pulling force is larger than the stopping force provided by the round bead 782. On the other hand, the motion element 9 can be connected with the electric grinder by simply inserting the motion element 9 into the connecting section 70 of the electric grinder.
[0025] While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
