Abstract
An improved structure of breathable opaque fabric with thick and thin feeling is a fabric composed of warp yarns and weft yarns, which is formed by the reciprocal arrangement of different composite processing yarns and the weft density strip number variation in sequence, wherein the warp yarns and weft yarns are alternately arranged and combined by warp composite processing yarns and weft composite processing yarns of two or more different fibers, and the warp composite processing yarn and the weft composite processing yarn are arranged and combined by two or more composite processing yarns of different linear density ratios; the composite processing yarns with different linear density ratios are sequentially arranged in different density way to make it breathable, cool, heat-resistant, UV-resistant, shorter process and lower cost.
Description
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to a breathable fabric structure, and more particularly to an improved structure of breathable opaque fabric with thick and thin feeling, which is formed by the reciprocal arrangement of different composite processing yarns and the weft density strip number variation in sequence.


2. Description of Related Art

In recent years, the situation of global warming has gradually intensified. Taiwan has island-type climate; in summer, it is difficult to endure that the climate is humid and hot. It is particularly necessary to make clothes with air permeability and moisture absorption and sweating effect. Therefore, how to make clothes with the effect of keeping dry, refreshing, air permeability moisture absorption and sweating in the cost range has become the problems that need to be solved urgently by the manufacturers.


At present, most of the existing clothes are woven by plain weaving, and the warp and weft are woven vertically and horizontally to form a cross-staggered appearance with the same density, so that the flatness can be presented. In this way, although the structure is tight, the free distance of the warp and weft is extremely small, and often occurs when the user is sultry and unable to breathe, causing the user to sweat when the user wears the clothes on the body, and the cloth adheres to the skin to cause discomfort; therefore, relevant industry researchers have developed a breathable fabric structure, which is woven by using a plurality of warp yarns and corresponding weft yarns, wherein an intermediate yarn is added between two warp yarns and two weft yarns, so that each intermediate yarn is respectively interlaced across at least three yarn lengths, and the intermediate yarns are long and easy to be shrunk, so that both the warp yarns and the weft yarns on both sides are closed inwards to the intermediate yarn. In order to define an air vent in the middle and to produce an air permeable effect, but due to the formation of pores in the middle of the yarn, the woven fabric may be translucent and euphotic. Because the warp yarns and the weft yarns on both sides are closed inwards to the middle yarn, the time and labor are required for finishing and weaving, which will increase the production cost.


There are also related manufacturers that have developed a fabric with a hollow hole structure. The polyester fiber and the elastic fiber are mainly sprayed by an air jet nozzle, and two or more warp yarns are twisted to form a fabric structure with several variations around a plurality of weft yarns by using a weaving method, and the warp yarns are arranged in a cross-displacement cross-over design to form hollow holes of different sizes, so that they are elastic and breathable, but the production process is complicated and relatively three-dimensional, and it is impossible to form a flat fabric.


Further, the related manufacturers have developed the structure of the cool-feeling skin core type fiber and its composite yarn containing different components, which are mainly composed of three different fibers such as elastic fiber, skin core type fiber and rayon. The single composite yarn is then interlaced by a specific yarn weave or a unique warp and weft to achieve the multiple cool feeling function, such as sweat absorption, heat resistance, cool feeling, quick-drying, luster, anti-UV, etc., but the shortcomings of the different materials cannot be exposed at the same time, and the fibers of different compositions falsely twisted into a single composite yarn will greatly reduce the loss in the process and time.


Therefore, how to use chemical fiber raw materials for producing the breathable opaque fabric in the cost range through different design methods, so as to reduce the material cost and shorten the process, which has become an important problem to be solved by the inventor of this case.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, the inventor carefully studies the creative spirit of the invention. Based on the above technical issues, the inventor starts the research and development. Based on professional creative experience for many years and practical experience, the inventor carefully research and develop new ideas, and then proposes this invention, so as to improve the advantages and disadvantages of the present invention of this product.


The main object of the present invention is to provide a composite processing yarn formed by two different common fibers, and by means of interactive arrangement and weft density variation, a thick and thin breathable opaque woven fabric is formed to reduce the cost and improve production efficiency while achieving the effect of shortening the process.


Another object of the present invention is mainly to provide an improvement in manufacturing design to substantially reduce the material cost by adjusting the ratio and process and to produce an improved structure of breathable opaque fabric with thick and thin feeling.


Another object of the present invention is to provide a fabric with a breathable effect by adjusting the manufacturing design structure, and also, the light transmittance is low and the skin is not easily translucent, and the production cost can be greatly reduced to obtain the same effect, thereby effectively improving the product competitiveness in the industry.


In order to achieve the above objects, the improved structure of breathable opaque fabric with thick and thin feeling in the present invention is a fabric mainly composed of warp and weft yarn, wherein the warp yarn and the weft yarn are composed of the polyester fiber and elastic fiber, which are alternately arranged and combined by the warp composite processing yarn and the weft composite processing yarn are. Wherein, the warp composite processing yarn and the weft composite processing yarn comprise an arranged combination of two or more processing yarns with different linear density proportions, and the two warp composite yarns with different proportions are alternately arranged, and then two weft composite yarns with different linear density proportions are arranged with different numbers to form a dense arrangement, and then the woven fabrics are subject to dyeing and boiling water processing to form a flat fabric with thick and thin difference.


Preferably, the warp composite processing yarn and the weft composite processing yarn are formed by composite processing of polyester fiber and elastic fiber.


Preferably, the warp composite processing yarn comprises the composite processing yarns of the polyester fibers and elastic fibers arranged in a sequence of 150D/40D and 70D/40D, and the weft composite processing yarn comprises the composite processing yarns of the polyester fiber and the elastic fiber arranged in sequence with 150D/40D per 75 strips and 70D/40D per 70 strips.


Therefore, with the present invention, the improved structure of breathable opaque fabric with thick and thin feeling can have a breathable effect and an excellent effect to avoid the light transmission, and also shorten the process and reduce the cost and the special material expenditure, described as follows:


(1) By combining the different fibers with a specific ratio, the composite processing yarns can be especially breathable through the layout design, thereby achieving cost reduction and also having the same effect.


(2) Through the general polyester fiber combined with elastic fiber in a specific ratio of composite processing, it retains the characteristics of different fibers, and uses the proportional weft density variation weave, so that the fabric can have both cool, heat and UV resistance, greatly improving product competitiveness.


(3) The present invention uses the composite processing yarns with different proportions to design through a specific proportion of weft density variation, so that the fabric can be breathable by dyeing and finishing the boiling water to achieve a breathable effect and a flat fabric, hereby reducing the complicated processing process and avoiding the shrinkage.


(4) By means of different composite processing yarns with a specific ratio, the flat fabrics can be produced directly by weaving and dyeing and finishing in the weft density variation and warp density arrangement way, which can greatly reduce the manpower in machine finishing weaving, and shorten the process and reduce the cost.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Although the present invention has been described in terms of specific exemplary embodiments and examples, it will be appreciated that the embodiments disclosed herein are for illustrative purposes only and various modifications and alterations might be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.


The present invention relates an “improved structure of breathable opaque fabric with thick and thin feeling”, please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, which are the plan schematic diagram and the partial enlargement schematic diagram of the improved structure of breathable opaque fabric with thick and thin feeling. The improved structure of breathable opaque fabric with thick and thin feeling is a fabric (1) mainly composed of warp yarns (2) and weft yarns (3). Wherein, the warp yarn (2) is arranged by two composite processing yarns with different density ratios of a first warp composite processing yarn (21) of 150D/40D polyester fiber/elastic fiber and a second warp composite processing yarn (22) of 75D/40D polyester fiber/elastic fiber. Two different processing ratios of are arranged in sequence. The weft yarn (3) is arranged and combined with weft density variation by a first weft composite processing yarn (31) of 150D/40D polyester fiber/elastic fiber in the number of 75 strips and a second weft composite processing yarn (32) of 75D/40D polyester fiber/elastic fiber in the number of 70 strips, so that the first warp composite processing yarn (21) and the second warp composite processing yarn (22) are arranged alternately with each other at the warp direction. The first weft composite processing yarns (31) in the number of 75 strips are sequentially arranged at the weft direction and then added with the second weft composite processing yarn (32) in the number of 70 strips, so that the fabric (1) has the a thick and thin feeling between different composite processing yarns. and then the fabric (1) is shrunk by dyeing and boiled water to form a flat and breathable fabric structure with low light-transmission weft density variation, and by the weft density variation design, it can achieve functional effects but reduce material costs, process time and processing costs, and greatly enhance the industrial competitiveness of this product.


Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.


In summary, the embodiments of the present invention can achieve the expected effect. The disclosed specific structure has not been found in similar products, and has not been disclosed before the application. An improved structure of breathable opaque fabric with thick and thin feeling is a fabric composed of warp yarns and weft yarns, wherein the warp yarns and weft yarns are alternately arranged and combined by warp composite processing yarns and weft composite processing yarns of two or more different fibers; it features that the warp composite processing yarn and the weft composite processing yarn are arranged and combined by two or more composite processing yarns of different linear density ratios; the composite processing yarns with different linear density ratios are sequentially arranged in different density way.
  • 2. The improved structure of breathable opaque fabric with thick and thin feeling defined in claim 1, wherein the warp composite processing yarn and the weft composite processing yarn are compositely processed by polyester fiber and elastic fiber.

The improved structure of breathable opaque fabric with thick and thin feeling defined in claim 1, wherein the warp composite processing yarn comprises polyester fiber and elastic fiber are arranged in a sequence of 150D/40D and 70D/40D composite processing yarn, and the weft composite processing yarn comprises polyester fiber and elastic fiber, which are sequentially arranged with weft density variation in 150D/40D per 75 strips and 70D/40D per 70 strips.
