Abstract
The present invention relates to a rectangular display frame structure, which enables at least one lengthwise hollowed-out area, set on front panel edges of the frame body, to install an ornamental tube inside. The ornamental tube contains colored and colorless liquid with tiny spangles. A heating light (such as light bulb) is located at the base of the ornamental tube utilizing generated light for projecting onto the ornamental tube, at the same time, heating up the base to form bubbles in liquid. Rising bubbles move spangles upward; meanwhile, the light is reflected from the spangles to give a flame-like visual effect. The central portion of the panel includes a hollowed-out display area for displaying a photo, a picture, or embedding a glass window in it, as wishes. The said display area further enables clock hands and its dials to be mounted to achieve the effect of showing time.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] (a) Field of Invention
[0002] The invention relates to a display frame structure, specifically a frame with the combination of dynamic projection of light with well-matched in color to give particular visual effect for displaying the objective in the frame.
[0003] (b) Description of Prior Art
[0004] Conventional structures of frames or relevant display frameworks mostly install a hollowed-out display area on the central portion of a main frame, on the back of which has a sheet of plywood located. A displayed objective (e.g. a photo, a picture or the like) is inserted in-between the plywood and the main frame being displayed on the hollowed-out display area of the central portion of the main frame. To increase added values on the aforementioned product structure, many relevant sellers focus on shape changes of main frames, various decorative design patterns on plan or three-dimension surfaces, or the combination of colors to achieve the objects of attracting consumers and heightening product values.
[0005] As the social environment is in a rapid change, consumers' purchasing habits also changes. The said changes in shapes, lines of the body, pattern or design, and color are gradually hard to meet with expected results. Without novel design of a product considering today's consuming habits to increase attraction of the product, the said product will eventually be phased out.
[0006] In light of drawbacks about the said display frame structure, the inventor aims at improving the said drawbacks to create the invention herein.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0007] The primary object of the present invention is to provide a new and useful display unit, which is a rectangular display frame with a hollowed-out display area located in the front portion of the frame body to install an ornamental tube inside.
[0008] Another object of the present invention is to enhance its applicable scopes through mounting a clock or a glass window into a proper position of the frame body, excepting applying a photo or a picture to it.
[0009] To enable a further understanding of the objective, structural features and function of the present invention, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiment.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0010]
FIG. 1 is the first preferred embodiment of structural diagram of the invention.
[0011]
FIG. 2 shows the first preferred embodiment of applicable diagram illustrating actual use of the invention;
[0012]
FIG. 3 shows the second preferred embodiment of structural diagram of the invention.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODYMENTS
[0013]
FIG. 1 is the first preferred embodiment of structural diagram of the invention. With reference to FIG. 2, the applicable diagram, it is apparent that the present invention essentially consists of a frame 1, an ornamental tube 2, and a heating light 3. The said frame 1 comprises a front panel 11 and a back frame 12. On the central portion of the said panel 11 occupies a hollowed-out display area 111, of which a plurality of hollowed-out areas 112 are resided in lengthwise along the peripheral areas. The said ornamental tube 2, filled with colored and colorless liquid and spangles, is situated in-between the said panel 11 and the said back frame 12 corresponding to the position of the said area 112 for displaying out. The heating light 3, a light-emitting and heat-generating component (such as a light bulb), is installed at the base of the ornamental tube 2.
[0014] The said frame 12 provides a supporting stand 13, depending on the requirement, for holding the display frame in an upright position. A space, in-between the said panel 11 and the said back frame 12, allows a suitable size of a photo, a picture, or a glass window to be attached and to be shown at the said area 111. The said heating light 3, with electric current running through, utilizes its generated light for projecting onto the ornamental tube 2 to display liquid color or light color generated by colorless liquid within; meanwhile, rising bubbles which are generated by liquid of the ornamental tube 2 push spangles upward to gain reflection effect of spangles, while heating up the ornamental tube 2. The heated fluid permits the bubbles and spangles to circulate continually and give a flame-like visual effect.
[0015]
FIG. 3 is the second preferred embodiment of structural diagram of the invention. It shows that a hole throughout the central part of the said panel 11 enables a drive stem in-between the said panel 11 and the said back frame 12 to be stretched out, so as to drive the clock hands 4 to rotate. A plurality of clock dials 113 is set on the periphery of the clock hands 4 on the said panel 11. The display frame 1, therefore, possesses a combined picture frame with clock feature; whereas the ornamental tube 2 generates the special visual effect brought to eyes around the periphery of the said hands 4. The aforementioned functions increase the quality of product.
[0016] In light of the above-mentioned frame, the present invention virtually provides with an extraordinary visual effect to enhance functionality of displayed quality. Moreover, the aforesaid frame has not yet been disclosed or claimed, and conforms to the patent laws and regulations filing. Hopefully, the said application is soon to be processed, evaluated and approved.
[0017] It is of course to be understood that the embodiment described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
