Abstract
The invention relates to a stun gun with illumination and siren. The stun gun generates a high-voltage pulse instantaneously through the transformer, stuns the contacted creature into dazed or shock for self-defense. The function of existing stun gun is relatively single, and the structure is not compact enough, it is inconvenient for use. If integrating more function in the existing stun gun, the structure of the stun gun will be complicated and it will be even more inconvenient for use.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201810494192.4 with a filing date of May 22, 2018. The content of the aforementioned application, including any intervening amendments thereto, is incorporated herein by reference.


TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to a stun gun with illumination and siren.


TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

The stun gun is also called electric shock baton, stun baton, baton gun etc. It is an apparatus used for bodyguard, self-defense, anti-riot, and security. The stun gun generates a high-voltage pulse instantaneously through the transformer, stuns the contacted creature into dazed or shock for self-defense. The function of existing stun gun is relatively single, and the structure is not compact enough, it is inconvenient for use. If integrating more function in the existing stun gun, the structure of the stun gun will be complicated and it will be even more inconvenient for use.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of above situation, in order to solve the problems existing in above technologies, this invention presents a stun gun with illumination and siren, it comprises a main body shell and a single-chip integrated circuit board installed in the main body shell, a high-voltage generator, alarm generator, LED warning flashing light and rechargeable battery also installed in the main body shell, and the high-voltage generator, alarm generator, LED warning flashing light and rechargeable battery all respectively connected with a single-chip integrated circuit board; there are four electric shock pins at the head of the main body shell, and LED light source in the middle of the four electric shock pins, and the LED light source is connection with the single-chip integrated circuit board for control and the rechargeable battery for power supply; both sides of the electric shock pins are respectively installed with DC high-voltage discharging sheet, and the high-voltage DC discharging sheet is connection with the single-chip integrated circuit board for control and the rechargeable battery for power supply; the high-voltage generator includes sequentially connected DC reverse voltage transformer, high-voltage silicon rectifier, ceramic capacitor boosted circuit and the discharge resistor, and the DC reverse voltage transformer is connected to the rechargeable battery, the discharge resistor is connected to the electric shock pins and the DC high-voltage discharging sheet; there are shielding films mounted on the single-chip integrated circuit board and the side of high-voltage generator, and a negative electrode is added to the shielding film.


In the stun gun with illumination and siren according to the implementing of this invention, preferably, a main body shell is installed with electric shock and LED lighting switch, and they are connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board and accessed to the opening and closing control circuit of LED light source.


In the stun gun with illumination and siren according to the implementing of this invention, preferably, alarm generator and the LED warning flashing light are connected to and controlled by single-chip integrated circuit board, so does to the loud speaker and the warning flashing light.


In the stun gun with illumination and siren according to the implementing of this invention, preferably, the main body shell is installed with an alarm issuing hole, and the loud speaker and the warning flashing light are installed inside of the alarm issuing hole; an alarm and warning flashing light switch is installed outside of the main body shell, and an alarm and warning flashing switch are connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board and accessed to the opening and closing control circuit of the loud speaker and warning flashing light.


In the stun gun with illumination and siren according to the implementing of this invention, preferably, a main body shell is installed with a DC high-voltage switch, a DC high-voltage switch is connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board and accessed to the opening and closing control circuit of electric shock pins and. DC high-voltage discharging sheet.


In the stun gun with illumination and siren according to the implementing of this invention, preferably, a DC 5V voltage USB charging port is installed at the bottom of the main body shell, and the DC 5V voltage USB charging port is connected to a rechargeable battery for power supply.


In the stun gun with illumination and siren according to the implementing of this invention, preferably, the main shell is installed with a master power switch, and the master power switch is connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board and the rechargeable battery.


In the stun gun with illumination and siren according to the implementing of this invention, preferably, the main body shell is installed with a power indicator and a charging indicating light, a power indicator and a charging indicating light is connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board and accessed to the power monitoring circuit installed on the single-chip integrated circuit board and the power monitoring circuit is connected with the rechargeable battery. Further, the power indicator and charging indicating light are three LED lights.


In the stun gun with illumination and siren according to the implementing of this invention, preferably, the main body shell has a long cylindrical plastic structure with a constricted waist.


In the stun gun with illumination and siren according to the implementing of this invention, preferably, the electric shock pins and the DC high-voltage discharging sheet are uniformly distributed in a ring.


In the stun gun with illumination and siren according to the implementing of this invention, preferably, the LED light source is an XML2 LED light.


After adopting the technologies proposed by this invention, the advantages of the stun gun with illumination and siren according to the implementing of this invention are that it multiplies the functions such as illumination, siren, and electric shock, has a compact structure, is convenient for control and use, and can set program through the single-chip integrated circuit board to control the opening and closing sequence and modes of each function, and become a controllable intelligent stun gun with various application modes.

DETAILED MODE OF EXECUTION

The following description will describe the mode of execution with reference to the attached drawings and so to help to have a good understanding of the mode of execution of this invention defined by the claim of right and their equivalents. It includes various specific details helped for understanding, but they can only be seen as examples. Therefore, technical staffs in this field will recognize that various changes and modifications of the mode of execution described herein can be made but should not depart from the spirit of the scope of this invention. Also, in order to clarity the specification, the following description will omit the detailed description for the functions and configurations well-known in this field.


As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the stun gun with illumination and siren comprises a main body shell(1) and a single-chip integrated circuit board(2) installed in the main body shell(1), a high-voltage generator(3), alarm generator, LED warning flashing light(4) and rechargeable battery(9) are also installed in the main body shell(1), and the high-voltage generator(3), alarm generator, LED warning flashing light(4) and rechargeable battery(9) are all respectively connected with a single-chip integrated circuit board(2); there are four electric shock pins(61) at the head of the main body shell(1), and LED light source(5) in the middle of the four electric shock pins(61), and the LED light source(5) is connection with the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) for control and the rechargeable battery(9) for power supply; both sides of the electric shock pins(61) are respectively installed with DC high-voltage discharging sheet(62), and the high-voltage DC discharging sheet(62) is connection with the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) for control and the rechargeable battery(9) for power supply; the high-voltage generator(3) includes sequentially connected DC reverse voltage transformer, high-voltage silicon rectifier, ceramic capacitor boosted circuit and the discharge resistor, and the DC reverse voltage transformer is connected to the rechargeable battery(9), the discharge resistor is connected to the electric shock pins(61) and the DC high-voltage discharging sheet(62); there are shielding films mounted on the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and the side of high-voltage generator(3), and a negative electrode is added to the shielding film.


The main body shell(1) is installed with electric shock and LED lighting switch(51), and they are connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and accessed to the opening and closing control circuit of LED light source(5).


The alarm generator and the LED warning flashing light(4) are connected to and controlled by single-chip integrated circuit board(2), so does to the loud speaker and the warning flashing light(40).


The main body shell(1) is installed with an alarm issuing hole(41), and the loud speaker and the warning flashing light(40) are installed inside of the alarm issuing hole(41); an alarm and warning flashing light switch(42) is installed outside of the main body shell(1), and an alarm and warning flashing switch(42) are connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and accessed to the opening and closing control circuit of the loud speaker and warning flashing light(40).


The main body shell(1) is installed with a DC high-voltage switch(60), a DC high-voltage switch(60) is connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and accessed to the opening and closing control circuit of electric shock pins(61) and DC high-voltage discharging sheet(62).


The DC 5V voltage USB charging port(91) is installed at the bottom of the main body shell(1), and the DC 5V voltage USB charging port(91) is connected to a rechargeable battery for power supply(9). The main shell(1) is installed with a master power switch(92), and the master power switch(92) is connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and the rechargeable battery(9).


The main body shell(1) is installed with a power indicator and a charging indicating light(93), a power indicator and a charging indicating light(93) is connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and accessed to the power monitoring circuit installed on the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and the power monitoring circuit is connected with the rechargeable battery(9).


The main body shell(1) has a long cylindrical plastic structure with a constricted waist.


The electric shock pins(61) and the DC high-voltage discharging sheet(62) are uniformly distributed in a ring.


The LED light source(5) is XML2LED light.


The DC reverse voltage transformer installed in the main body shell(1) is composed of a low-pressure plastic skeleton, a high-pressure multi-groove plastic skeleton and a ferrite high-frequency magnetic material, and then passes through a high-voltage silicon rectifier and a ceramic capacitor boosted circuit to generate a DC high voltage and discharging resistance. The discharging resistor has a function of consuming the current stored in the internal capacitor when it is not operating, and does not touch people. The rechargeable battery(9) is polymer lithium battery.


The main body shell(1) has a separate structure and includes a top cover and a bottom cover. There are shielding films installed on the side of the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and the high-voltage generator(3), and the negative electrode is added on the shielding film, so that the anti-interference can be well performed. An insulating medium is evenly coated on the outer surface, a stiffener is fixedly attached to the back of the substrate of the internal components.


A lead shielding cover is fixedly installed on the side of all the lead-through holes close to the substrate, which can improve the shielding effect between the electronic components and the anti-interference against the potential difference, and can improve the current guiding capability without affecting the installation of other components of the circuit board.


When using the stun gun with illumination and siren of this application, firstly press the power switch for 1.5-2 seconds, then press the XML2 lighting switch, or the strong light, weak light, warning flashing light switch, or the electric shock switch, or the alarm, warning flashing light switch. When the battery power reaches a very low level, the circuit will shut down and not work for electric shock, illumination and siren, which can effectively protect the life of the lithium battery. When charging directly put USB charging port into the USB interface, then can see the three LED power indicating light blinking.


Using the single-chip integrated circuit controlling device can effectively manage the circuit, and compress of cumbersome wiring circuits and mechanical switches.


The stun gun with illumination and siren multiplies the functions such as illumination, siren, and electric shock and has a compact structure, is convenient for control and use, and can set program through the single-chip integrated circuit board to control the opening and closing sequence and modes of each function, and become a controllable intelligent stun gun with various application modes.

The above embodiments are only used for helping to understand the method and the core idea of this invention; meanwhile, for the ordinary technical staffs in this field, it will have changes in specific embodiments and application. Through above description of mode of execution, the technical staffs in this field can clearly understand that this invention can be implemented. Of course, the above-listed conditions are only examples, and this invention is not limited thereto. It should be understood by those technical staffs in this field that other variations or simplifications of the technical solution according to this invention can be suitably applied to this invention and should be included in the scope of this invention.

Claims
  • 1. A stun gun with illumination and siren, comprising: a main body shell(1) and a single-chip integrated circuit board(2) installed in the main body shell(1), a high-voltage generator(3), alarm generator, LED warning flashing light(4) and rechargeable battery(9) are also installed in the main body shell(1), and the high-voltage generator(3), alarm generator, LED warning flashing light(4) and rechargeable battery(9) are all respectively connected with a single-chip integrated circuit board(2); there are four electric shock pins(61) at the head of the main body shell(1), and LED light source(5) in the middle of the four electric shock pins(61), and the LED light source(5) is connection with the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) for control and the rechargeable battery(9) for power supply; both sides of the electric shock pins(61) are respectively installed with DC high-voltage discharging sheet(62), and the high-voltage DC discharging sheet(62) is connection with the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) for control and the rechargeable battery(9) for power supply; the high-voltage generator(3) includes sequentially connected DC reverse voltage transformer, high-voltage silicon rectifier, ceramic capacitor boosted circuit and the discharge resistor, and the DC reverse voltage transformer is connected to the rechargeable battery(9), the discharge resistor is connected to the electric shock pins(61) and the DC high-voltage discharging sheet(62); there are shielding films mounted on the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and the side of high-voltage generator(3), and a negative electrode is added to the shielding film.
  • 2. The stun gun with illumination and siren according to claim 1, wherein a main body shell(1) is installed with electric shock and LED lighting switch(51), and they are connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and accessed to the opening and closing control circuit of LED light source(5).
  • 3. The stun gun with illumination and siren according to claim 1, wherein the alarm generator and the LED warning flashing light(4) are connected to and controlled by single-chip integrated circuit board(2), so does to the loud speaker and the warning flashing light(40).
  • 4. The stun gun with illumination and siren according to claim 3, wherein the main body shell(1) is installed with an alarm issuing hole(41), and the loud speaker and the warning flashing light(40) are installed inside of the alarm issuing hole(41); an alarm and warning flashing light switch(42) is installed outside of the main body shell(1), and an alarm and warning flashing switch(42) are connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and accessed to the opening and closing control circuit of the loud speaker and warning flashing light(40).
  • 5. The stun gun with illumination and siren according to claim 1, wherein the main body shell(1) is installed with a DC high-voltage switch(60), a DC high-voltage switch(60) is connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and accessed to the opening and closing control circuit of electric shock pins(61) and DC high-voltage discharging sheet(62).
  • 6. The stun gun with illumination and siren according to claim 1, wherein the DC 5V voltage USB charging port(91) is installed at the bottom of the main body shell(1), and the DC 5V voltage USB charging port(91) is connected to a rechargeable battery for power supply(9).
  • 7. The stun gun with illumination and siren according to claim 1, wherein the main shell(1) is installed with a master power switch(92), and the master power switch(92) is connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and the rechargeable battery(9).

The stun gun with illumination and siren according to claim 7, wherein the main body shell(1) is installed with a power indicator and a charging indicating light(93), a power indicator and a charging indicating light(93) is connected to the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and accessed to the power monitoring circuit installed on the single-chip integrated circuit board(2) and the power monitoring circuit is connected with the rechargeable battery(9).
  • 9. The stun gun with illumination and siren according to claim 1, wherein the main body shell(1) has a long cylindrical plastic structure with a constricted waist.
  • 10. The stun gun with illumination and siren according to claim 1, wherein the electric shock pins(61) and the DC high-voltage discharging sheet(62) are uniformly distributed in a ring.
