The present article is a subdural sensor to be inserted under the dura mater of the brain to measure biological information such as blood flow, temperature, and so on in the brain; when using the present article, the sensor substrate part and part of the wiring part, which are shown on the left side in the top view, are inserted under the dura mater of the brain such that the bottom face of the present article, which is shown in the bottom view, is located on the brain surface side, and the connector part, which is shown on the right side in the top view, is connected to an external instrument; the broken lines represent portions of the present article and form no part of the claimed design; The full claimed design is shown in Figure 3.7with Figures 3.1through 3.4showing enlarged views with portions between the broken away dashed-double-dotted lines omitted for purposes of enlargement. The dashed-double-dotted lines form no part of the claimed design.
