1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a submerged motor and more particularly, to a power-saving, high-speed, high output, low-noise, compact-size submerged motor.
2. Description of the Related Art
A conventional submerged motor for use in an aquarium, as shown in
The present invention has been accomplished under the circumstances in view. It is therefore the main object of the present invention to provide a power-saving, high-speed, high output, low-noise, compact-size submerged motor.
To achieve this and other objects of the present invention, the submerged motor comprises a housing, the housing defining an accommodation chamber; a barrel-like axle holder fixedly mounted inside the accommodation chamber of the housing, the barrel-like axle holder having an axially extending tubular axle; a winding sleeved onto the tubular axle and fixedly positioned inside the barrel-like axle holder; and a vane holder capped on one end of the barrel-like axle holder, the vane holder having a shaft rotatably inserted into the tubular axle of the barrel-like axle holder, a plurality of magnets equiangularly provided at a first side thereof and adapted to act with the winding for causing the vane holder to rotate relative to the barrel-like axle holder, and a vane fixedly provided at a second side thereof and disposed outside the barrel-like axle holder and the housing.
Referring to FIGS. 2˜4, a submerged motor in accordance with the present invention is shown comprising a housing 2. The housing 2 has an accommodation chamber 21, and a water outlet pipe 22 in communication with the accommodation chamber 21 at the top side. A barrel-like axle holder 23 and a vane holder 24 are pivotally mounted in the accommodation chamber 21. The barrel-like axle holder 23 has a tubular axle 25 axially suspending on the inside. A winding 26 is sleeved onto the tubular axle 25 and affixed to the inside of the barrel-like axle holder 23.
The vane holder 24 is shaped like a round cap, having an endless groove 241 disposed at one side, a plurality of magnets 27 equiangularly and fixedly mounted in the endless groove 241, a shaft 28 axially extending from the other side thereof, and a vane 29 fixedly provided at the other side.
The shaft 28 of the vane holder 24 is inserted into the tubular axle 25 of the barrel-like axle holder 23 and locked thereto with a fastening member 30, keeping the vane holder 24 capped on the barrel-like axle holder 23. Thereafter, the barrel-like axle holder 23 is affixed to the inside of the accommodation chamber 21 of the housing 2, and then a water guide 31 and a front cap 32 are fastened to the front open side of the accommodation chamber 21 of the housing 2. By means of induction between the winding 26 and the magnets 27 upon transmission of electricity to the winding 26, the vane holder 24 is rotated, causing the vane 29 to move water in producing air bubbles.
