Claims
- 1. An acid of formula: ##STR31## in which T represents hydrogen; (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl; allyl; (C.sub.3 -C.sub.8)cycloalkyl; (C.sub.3 -C.sub.8)cycloalkylmethyl; or methoxyethyl; and R represents a group which is:
- --CN, --C(NH.sub.2).dbd.N--OH, --C(NR.sub.4 R.sub.5).dbd.NR.sub.6,
- --CONR.sub.1 R.sub.2, --CON(R.sub.7)(CH.sub.2).sub.p NR.sub.1 R.sub.2,
- --CON(R.sub.7)(CH.sub.2).sub.q CN, --CON(R.sub.7)(CH.sub.2).sub.q C(NR.sub.14 R.sub.15).dbd.N--R.sub.16,
- --CH.sub.2 CN, --CH.sub.2 CONR.sub.1 R.sub.2, --CH.sub.2 CON(R.sub.7)(CH.sub.2).sub.p NR.sub.1 R.sub.2,
- --CH.sub.2 CON(R.sub.7)(CH.sub.2)qCN, --CH.sub.2 COOR.sub.7,
- --O(CH.sub.2).sub.n NR.sub.1 R.sub.2, --O(CH.sub.2).sub.n CONR.sub.1 R.sub.2,
- --O--(CH.sub.2).sub.n COOR.sub.7, --O(CH.sub.2).sub.n SO.sub.2 NR.sub.1 R.sub.2,
- --N(R7)COR.sub.3, --N(R.sub.7)CO(CH.sub.2).sub.n NR.sub.1 R.sub.2,
- --N(R.sub.7)CO(CH.sub.2)nNHCOR.sub.3, --N(R.sub.7)SO.sub.2 R.sub.8,
- --N(R.sub.7)CONR.sub.9 R.sub.10, --CH.sub.2 N (R.sub.7)COR.sub.3,
- --CH.sub.2 N(R.sub.7)SO.sub.2 R.sub.8, --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 NR.sub.11 R.sub.12,
- --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 N(R.sub.7)COR.sub.3, --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 N(R.sub.7)SO.sub.2 R.sub.8,
- --SO.sub.2 NR.sub.1 R.sub.2, --SO.sub.2 N(R.sub.7)(CH.sub.2).sub.n NR.sub.1 R.sub.2,
- --CH.sub.2 CON(R.sub.7)(CH.sub.2).sub.q C(NR.sub.14 R.sub.15).dbd.NR.sub.16
- --N(R.sub.7)CO(CH.sub.2).sub.q CN, --N(R.sub.7)CO(CH.sub.2).sub.q C(NR.sub.14 R.sub.15).dbd.NR.sub.16,
- --SO.sub.2 N(R.sub.7)(CH.sub.2).sub.q CN, --SO.sub.2 N(R.sub.7)(CH.sub.2).sub.q C(NR.sub.14 R.sub.15).dbd.NR.sub.16 ;
- or alternatively R, linked with the carbon atom at position 5 of the naphthyl radical, forms a group:
- --CON(R.sub.13)CO--
- p=2 to 6;
- n=1 to 6;
- q=1 to 5;
- R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each independently represent hydrogen, (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl; or R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, represent a pyrrolidine, piperidine, piperazine substituted at position 4 with R.sub.7, morpholine or thiomorpholine group;
- R.sub.3 represents hydrogen; (C.sub.1 -C.sub.8)alkyl; (C.sub.3 -C.sub.8)cycloalkyl; phenyl; piperidyl group;
- R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 each independently represent hydrogen or (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl;
- R.sub.6 represents (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl;
- R.sub.7 represents hydrogen or (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl;
- R.sub.8 represents (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl;
- R.sub.9 and R.sub.10 each independently represent hydrogen or (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl; R.sub.10 can, furthermore, represent a group
- --(CH.sub.2).sub.n NR.sub.1 R.sub.2 ;
- or R.sub.9 and R.sub.10, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, represent pyrrolidine, piperidine, piperazine substituted at position 4 with R.sub.7, morpholine or a thiomorpholine group;
- R.sub.11 and R.sub.12 each independently represent hydrogen or (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl; or R.sub.11 and R.sub.12, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, represent pyrrolidine or piperidine;
- R.sub.13 represents hydrogen, --(CH.sub.2).sub.n NR.sub.1 R.sub.2, or --NHCOR.sub.3 ;
- R.sub.14 and R.sub.15 each independently represent hydrogen or (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl;
- R.sub.16 represents hydrogen; R.sub.16 can, furthermore, represent (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl when R.sub.14 represents hydrogen and R.sub.15 represents (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl;
- or R.sub.14 and R.sub.16 together represent an ethylene group or a trimethylene group and R.sub.15 represents hydrogen or (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)alkyl; and R' represents a precursor of R which is nitro, amino, hydroxyl, sulfo or chlorosulphonyl groups, as well as functional derivatives of the acid function.
- 2. A compound according to claim 1, in which the functional derivative of the acid is the acid chloride, the C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl ester or the mixed anhydride with isobutyl or ethyl chloroformate.
- 3. A compound according to claim 1 of formula II, in which R represents an aminocarbonyl; aminocarbonylmethyl; acetamido; N-[3-(N',N'-dimethylamino)propyl]aminosulphonyl; N-methyl-N-[3-(N',N'-dimethylamino)propyl]aminosulphonyl; carbamoylmethyloxy; N-[3-(N',N'-dimethylamino)propyl]aminocarbonyl; N-[2-(N',N'-dimethylamino)ethyl]aminocarbonyl; N-methyl-N-[3-(N',N'-dimethylamino)propyl]-aminocarbonyl; N-methyl-N-[2-(N',N'-dimethylamino)ethyl]-aminocarbonyl; or N-methyl-N-[2-(N.sup.1 -methyl-N.sup.2 -methylamidino)ethyl]carbamoyl.
- 4. A compound according to claim 3 of formula II in which T represents a methyl group or a cyclopropylmethyl group.
- 5. A compound according to claim 1 of formula II in which R represents an N-[3-(N',N'-dimethylamino)propyl]aminocarbonyl, an N-[2-(N',N'-dimethylamino)ethyl]-aminocarbonyl or an N-methyl-N-[3-(N',N'-dimethylamino)propyl]aminocarbonyl group.
- 6. A compound according to claim 5 of formula II in which T is a methyl group.
