Claims
- 1. A substituted piperdine derivative having the formula (1): whereinR1 is an unsubstituted phenyl group, a phenyl group substituted with 1 to 3 radicals, a naphthyl group, or a naphthyl group substituted with 1 to 3 radicals, wherein said radicals are selected from the group consisting of a halogen atom, an unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl group, a halogenated C1-6 alkyl group, a C1-6 alkoxyl group, an amino group, a benzyloxy group, a cyano group, a benzoyl group, a C1-6 alkanoyl group, a carbamoyl group, carboxyl group, a C1-6 alkanoyloxy group, a nitro group and a sulfonamide group; R2 is a linear alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, a branched alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, a cyclic alkyl group having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, a cyclic-linear alkyl group having 4 to 8 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 6 carbon atoms, or a C1-6 alkyl group substituted with a phenyl group; R3 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; and R4 is an unsubstituted phenyl group, a phenyl group substituted with 1 to 3 substituents, an unsubstituted naphthyl group, a naphthyl group substituted with 1 to 3 substituents, an unsubstituted phenyl-C1-6-alkyl group, a phenyl-C1-6-alkyl group substituted with 1 to 3 substituents, an unsubstituted phenyl-C2-6-alkenyl group, or a phenyl-C2-6-alkenyl group substituted with 1 to 3 substituents, wherein said substituents are selected from the group consisting of a C1-6 alkoxyl group, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, an amino group, a C1-6 alkylamino group and a C1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group; or a salt thereof.
- 2. The substituted piperidine of claim 1, whereinR1 is an unsubstituted phenyl group, or a phenyl group substituted with 1 to 3 radicals, wherein said radicals are selected from the group consisting of a halogen atom, an unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl group, a halogenated C1-6 alkyl group, a C1-6 alkoxyl group, and an amino group; R2 is a linear alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, a branched alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, a cyclic alkyl group having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, a cyclic-linear alkyl group having 4 to 8 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 6 carbon atoms, or a phenyl-C1-6-alkyl group; R3 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms; and R4 is a phenyl group, an unsubstituted phenyl-C1-6-alkyl group, a phenyl-C1-6-alkyl group substituted with 1 to 3 substituents, an unsubstituted phenyl-C2-6-alkenyl group, or a phenyl-C2-6-alkenyl group substituted with 1 to 3 substituents, wherein said substituents are selected from the group consisting of a C1-6 alkoxyl group, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a hydroxyl group, a nitro group, an amino group, a C1-6 alkylamino group, and a C1-6 alkoxycarbonyl group.
- 3. The substituted piperidine derivative of claim 1, wherein R1 is an unsubstituted phenyl group.
- 4. The substituted piperdine of claim 1, wherein R1 is said substituted phenyl group.
- 5. A pharmaceutical composition, comprising an effective amount of the substituted piperidine of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
- 6. A method of treating a urinary disturbance, comprising administering an effective amount of the substituted piperidine of claim 1 to a patient in need thereof.
