BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
(a) Field of the Invention
The present invention is related to a suitcase handle adapted with a mobile handle, and more particularly, to one that turns around along with the angle to pull the suitcase.
(b) Description of the Prior Art
A handle is provided to a suitcase to facilitate holding the suitcase. A wheeled suitcase has the top of its retractable rod provided with a handle. A briefcase, Notebook case or any other portable trunk is provided with a handle. Whereas a pulling angle is created while towing the suitcase, the holding hand must release for a short moment when the suitcase changes its static status to towing status, meaning, the hand must readjust its holding angle before holding onto the handle once again. Similarly, when the suitcase is returning from its towing status to the static status, the handle must release for a short moment before regaining the control. Since a comfortable and continuous holding the handle is prevented, the user of the suitcase, particularly one always on the road would have a sour hand.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide a suitcase handle adapted with a mobile grip so to permit easy and comfortable holding of the handle while carrying the suitcase to prevent a sour hand. To achieve the purpose, the grip is given flexibility of turning around and returning functions to automatically readjust the holding angle by compromising the angle to pull the suitcase without letting go the handle for a short moment.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a preferred embodiment of the present invention for a suitcase handle adapted with a mobile grip is essentially comprised of a handle 1 and a grip 2.
The holder 1 may be in any style and is generally related to that adapted to a suitcase, briefcase, Notebook case or any portable trunk. One end or both ends of the handle 1 is provided with a graded opening 11 for connection, and a gap or a hole 111 is reserved on the outer wall of the connection opening 11 to be inserted with a locking piece 12.
As illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, the grip 2 is mounted between two openings 11 at both ends of the handle 1. Depending on one opening 11 or two openings 11 are provided to the handle 1, one end or both ends of the grip 2 is provided with a graded protrusion 21 (in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, both ends of the handle 1 are each provided with the opening 11). A slot 22 is disposed on the protrusion 21 to merely receive the insertion of a torque spring 3. The locking piece 12 inserted through the opening 11 clamps onto the protrusion 21 to lock it to the handle 1. One end 31 of the torque spring 3 is embedded into and secured in position in the slot 22 while another end 32 of the torque spring 3 is locked into the handle 1. The grip 2 when amounted to the handle 1 provides the flexibility to turn and return.
A retainer 23 extends from the protrusion 21 of the mobile grip 2. An arc channel 112 in a given length is disposed on the inner wall of the opening 11 of the handle 1 at where in relation to the retainer 23. The retainer 23 is allowed only to turn around within the range defined by the angle of the arc channel 112 as illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6. Therefore, the mobile handle 2 is also permitted only to travel and oscillate with the same range defined by the angle of the arc channel 112.
One end or both ends of the mobile grip 2 is provided with one or two protrusions 21 inserted each with a torque spring 3 for the mobile grip 2 to freely connected to the handle 1 for permitting the grip 2 to turn depending on the angle to pull the suitcase 4 as illustrated in FIG. 8. Accordingly, the handle adapted to the suitcase 4 is free to turn around and oscillate within a range defined by a preset angle.
Now referring to FIG. 7, the present invention is adapted to a wheeled suitcase 4. The handle 1 adapted with the mobile grip 2 is mounted to the suitcase 4 by compromising a retractable rod 5. When the suitcase 4 changes its static status as illustrated in FIG. 7 to a towing status as illustrated in FIG. 8, the holding angle on the grip is automatically adjusted by the angle to pull the suitcase 4 since the mobile grip 2 is capable of turning around and returning to its original position. Accordingly, the owner of the suitcase may continue to hold against the handle without letting it go. The present invention offers an easier operation of the handle and is applicable to any portable trunk provided with a handle.
As illustrated in FIG. 3, when the gap or the hole 111 disposed on the outer wall of the connection opening 11 of the handle is inserted with the locking piece 12 to clamp onto the protrusion 21, a covering plate 112 is embedded into the handle 1 to make the appearance of the handle 1 flushed and attractive.
According to the teaching of the present invention, only one end of the handle is provided with the protrusion 21, the slot 22, the locking plate 12, and the torque spring 3 while leaving the other end of the handle 1 directly pivoted to one end of the grip 2. The single torque spring 3 provides the same turning and returning functions to the mobile grip 2 to achieve the same purpose of the present invention.
