Claims
- 1. A N,N'-substituted carbamoyl-2-aryl propanol sulfamate racemate, represented by the following formula I: ##STR32## wherein, Ar is represented by the following formulas; ##STR33## Y is selected from the group consisting of halogens such as F, Cl, Br and I, trifluoromethyl and alkyl groups containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms when Y alone binds to benzene ring and from the group consisting of trifluoromethyl and alkyl groups containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms when Y binds to X which is O or S; and
- R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4, identical or different, each are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, linear or branched alkyl groups containing 1 to 16 carbon atoms, cyclic alklyl groups containing 3 to 16 carbon atoms and aryl groups containing 6 to 8 carbon atoms, and NR.sub.1 R.sub.2 and NR.sub.3 R.sub.4, identical or different, each may form a 3 to 7-membered aliphatic compound together with another nitrogen atom or oxygen atom.
- 2. A (R)-N,N'-substituted carbamoyl-2-aryl propanol sulfamate, represented by the following formula II: ##STR34## wherein, Ar is represented by the following formulas; ##STR35## Y is selected from the group consisting of halogens such as F, Cl, Br and I, trifluoromethyl and alkyl groups containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms when Y alone binds to benzene ring and from the group consisting of trifluoromethyl and alkyl groups containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms when Y binds to X which is O or S; and
- R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 identical or different, each are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, linear or branched alkyl groups containing 1 to 16 carbon atoms, cyclic alkyl groups containing 3 to 16 carbon atoms and aryl groups containing 6 to 8 carbon atoms, and NR.sub.1 R.sub.2 and NR.sub.3 R.sub.4, identical or different, each may form a 3 to 7-membered aliphatic compound together with another nitrogen atom or oxygen atom.
- 3. A (S)-N,N'-substituted carbamoyl-2-aryl propanol sulfamate, represented by the following formula III: ##STR36## wherein, Ar is represented by the following formulas; ##STR37## Y is selected from the group consisting of halogens such as F, Cl, Br and I, trifluoromethyl and alkyl groups containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms when Y alone binds to benzene ring and from the group consisting of trifluoromethyl and alkyl groups containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms when Y binds to X which is O or S; and
- R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4, identical or different, each are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, linear or branched alkyl groups containing 1 to 16 carbon atoms, cyclic alkyl groups containing 3 to 16 carbon atoms and aryl groups containing 6 to 8 carbon atoms, and NR.sub.1 R.sub.2 and NR.sub.3 R.sub.4, identical or different, each may form a 3 to 7-membered aliphatic compound together with another nitrogen atom or oxygen atom.
