The object of this invention is a pane supporting device panes treatment intended to form communication screens for communication equipment such as, for example cell phones or computer screens.
One of the stages of the treatment process of such panes made from plastics consists of plunging the aforementioned panes in a solution of water and detergents at a range of 500 to 60° C. temperature. Currently, the operation of plunging the pane into such treating solution is performed manually and must be deftly done while keeping the pane vertical and still. Then, the pane will be cut into pieces which sizes are suited for the screens of the communication equipments.
This invention offers a pane supporting device which makes possible to perform an automatic execution of lowering the pane into the treating solution while stabilizing the pane into a vertical position, with no tilt throughout its descent and soaking.
According to the present invention, the pane supporting device is primarily characterized by the fact that it consists of a horizontal axis intended to uphold the pane during its soaking in a treating solution, which carries on one hand, means to support the pane in hanging position and, on the other hand, supporting means to prevent the aforementioned pane to sway and to bend.
In the preferred method of implementation of this invention, the pane supporting axis includes on one hand, a central support which consists of the supporting means ready to strictly tighten one of the edges of the pane at the level of its middle axis to uphold its hanging, and on the other hand, two side supports located on the both sides of the aforementioned central support and having pinching means to the aforementioned upper edge of the pane which purpose is to prevent the swaying and the bending of the pane while allowing the screen to expand without warping or buckling.
The central support will primarily include a plane surface and a supporting roller capable of strictly tighten the middle part of the upper edge of the pane against the aforementioned plane surface, which roller, placed in a casing which has an elastic means to apply recall force to the roller perpendicular to the plane surface so that to allow the pinching of the aforementioned upper edge between the roller and the plane surface.
The support will include the means, in case the pane undergoes tensile stress, from the bottom to allow the increase of the tightening force of the support roller so that it prevents the slipping of the aforementioned pane. According to this invention, in the preferred method of implementation of the device, the casing in which the pinching roller and the elastic means will be adapted to allow a vertical mobility to the aforementioned roller enabling it in case the pane undergoes tensile force towards the bottom, to follow it while increasing the tightening pressure due to that elastic recall means.
A side support will include a plane vertical part against which the upper edge of the aforementioned pane will be stuck to by means of a spring looking peculiarly more like a metal rod which also allows the aforementioned pane to expand without risk of warping or buckling.
The advantages and characteristics of this invention will be brought out more clearly from the following description which is referred to the attached drawing, which represents several non-restrictive methods of its implementation.
If you refer to picture 1 and picture 2, you can see that according to this invention, the pane supporting device includes a supporting axis 1, bearing on one hand central support 2 intended to keep pane 3 in hanging position, which is formed by plastics, intended to be the screen of a communication equipment, such as, for example, a cell phone or a computer screen, and on the other hand, two side supports 4 preventing the pane 3 to sway in the direction indicated by F and to tilt.
The central support 2, as you can also see on picture 3, consists of a flat metallic part 20 which longitudinal sides 21 are folded in U shape and cut at one of their ends so that each forms a wing 22 folded back towards the interior to define a space 22′ with bottom 23 of part 20 in which is placed perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the latter, a roller 24 parallel with the supporting axis 1.
The roller 24 comes to tighten, under the influence of the elasticity of the wing 22, to apply recall force in the normal direction at the bottom 23, to one of the edges 30 of pane 3 in its middle part, to uphold it in hanging position during its treatment by soaking in a solution containing water and detergents, not presented.
Space 22′ is adapted so that it allows vertical displacement of the roller 24, for example, when pane 3 is exposed to constraint pulling it to the bottom, after placing it in hanging position in the central support 2, dragging roller 24 with it downwards in the direction of the longitudinal axis 25 of the central part 2.
In addition, you can see on picture 3 that the wings 22 are folded back towards the interior while being slightly bend so that to form an elastic slope 26 and gradually reduce space 22′ which is located between the latter and the bottom 23 towards their lower free end, which effect is to increase the tightening pressure of the roller 24 when it is dragged downwards by pane 3 and to prevent it to slip from support 1.
The side support 4 consists of a plate forming vertical bottom 40 against which upper edge 30 comes in support to hanging pane 3, and spring rod 41 intended to tighten the upper edge 30 to uphold pane 3 sideways on both sides of the middle axis of the upper edge 30, which support has a purpose of preventing the pane 3 from swaying in the direction of F and its bending. Moreover, rod 41 allows pane 3 as a part to its structure and its tightening force to expand without risk of warping.
The spring rod 41 is folded in U shape and its branches 42 are joined at bottom 40 of the side support 4 due to fastening clutches 43 located on the longitudinal sides 44 of bottom 40 while the U shape base tighten the upper edge of pane 3.
According to this invention, the pane supporting device allows performing an automatic execution of operations such as descending the panes and their soaking treatment with the straight upholding of the panes while allowing their expansion without risk of warping and buckling.
