Claims
- 1. A surface light-emitting device including a luminescent layer and an electrode, the luminescent layer emitting light as a result of applying a voltage to the electrode,wherein the electrode is substantially formed in a shape corresponding to a pattern of interference fringes of a hologram.
- 2. The surface light-emitting device according to claim 1, wherein the electrode is composed of a pair of electrode layers interposing the luminescent layer therebetween,and wherein one of the electrode layers is formed as a transparent electrode layer substantially having the shape corresponding to the pattern of interference fringes of the hologram, and wherein the light from the luminescent layer is emitted through said transparent electrode.
- 3. The surface light-emitting device according to claim 2, wherein a supporting member is provided to a position outside of the other one of the electrode layers,and wherein the light from the luminescent layer is emitted through said one electrode layer.
- 4. The surface light-emitting device according to claim 2, wherein a supporting member having transparency is provided to a position outside of said one electrode layer,and wherein the light from the luminescent layer is emitted through said one electrode layer and the supporting member.
- 5. The surface light-emitting device according to claim 1, wherein the electrode is composed of a pair of electrode layers interposing the luminescent layer therebetween,and wherein one of the electrode layers is formed in a shape substantially corresponding to a pattern of interference fringes of a hologram while forming the other one of the electrode layers as a transparent electrode layer, and wherein light from the luminescent layer is emitted through the other electrode layer.
- 6. The surface light-emitting device according to claim 5, wherein a supporting member having transparency is provided to a position outside of the other electrode layer,and wherein the light from the luminescent layer is emitted through the other electrode layer and the supporting member.
