Claims
- 1. A composition comprising:
the neutralized form of an anionic surfactant acid; sodium carbonate; and sodium hydrogencarbonate, wherein the weight ratio of sodium carbonate to sodium hydrogencarbonate is from 5:1 to 2:1.
- 2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of sodium carbonate to sodium hydrogencarbonate is from 3.5:1 to 2.2:1.
- 3. The composition of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of sodium carbonate to sodium hydrogencarbonate is from 3.25:1 to 2.25:1.
- 4. The composition of claim 1, wherein sodium hydrogencarbonate is 0.5 to 20% by weight of the composition.
- 5. The composition of claim 1, wherein sodium hydrogencarbonate is 3 to 10% by weight of the composition.
- 6. The composition of claim 1, wherein the bulk density of the composition is 350 to 650 g/l.
- 7. The composition of claim 1, wherein the bulk density of the composition is 400 to 500 g/l.
- 8. The composition of claim 1, further comprising the neutralized form of fatty acids, wherein the ratio of anionic surfactant to fatty acid is 10/1 to 20/1.
- 9. The composition of claim 1, further comprising the neutralized form of phosphonic acids.
- 10. A detergent, comprising the composition of claim 1.
- 11. A method for producing surfactant granulates, comprising:
neutralizing anionic surfactant acids with sodium carbonate which reacts at least proportionally to give sodium hydrogencarbonate, wherein the weight ratio of sodium carbonate to sodium hydrogencarbonate is from 5:1 to 2:1; and granulating the neutralized anionic surfactant acids.
- 12. The method of claim 11, further comprising maintaining the temperature below 100° C.
- 13. The method of claim 11, further comprising maintaining the temperature below 50° C.
- 14. The method of claim 11, wherein the water content of the process end products is less than 10% by weight.
- 15. The method of claim 11, further comprising providing one or more substances from the group consisting of sodium hydroxide, sodium sesquicarbonate, potassium hydroxide and potassium carbonate.
- 16. The method of claim 11, further comprising providing a solid bed.
- 17. The method of claim 16, wherein the anionic surfactant acids, when added to the solid bed, have a temperature of from 15 to 70° C.
- 18. The method of claim 16, wherein the anionic surfactant acids, when added to the solid bed, have a temperature of from 40 to 50° C.
- 19. The method of claim 11, wherein granulation is carried out in a fluidized bed.
- 20. The method of claim 11, wherein the components are mixed, and an after-ripening of the product then takes place in a fluidized bed.
- 21. The method of claim 11, wherein the process end products of the neutralization are granulated with the addition of liquid active substances.
