FIG. 1 is a slightly reduced side perspective view of a surgical head support adapter in a contracted position showing our new design with a portion of a surgical operating table with a head support and rectangular clamp shown in broken lines;



FIG. 2 is another side perspective view of a surgical head support adapter with a rectangular clamp shown in broken lines;



FIG. 3 is the side perspective view shown in FIG. 2 of the surgical head support adapter with the lower support arm in an extended position and the rectangular clamp shown in broken lines;



FIG. 4 is the side perspective view shown in FIG. 2 of the surgical head support adapter with the lower support arm in an extended and rotated position and the rectangular clamp shown in broken lines;

The broken line arrows in FIGS. 3, 4, 12, and 13 are for the purpose of showing the direction of movement in alternate positions, and also form no part of the claimed design.
