FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view being identical thereto;



FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;



FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;



FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;



FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof;



FIG. 7 is a second embodiment of FIG. 3, the only difference being the configuration of the boss, it being understood that all other surfaces are the same;



FIG. 8 is a third embodiment of FIG. 3, the only difference being the configuration of the boss, it being understood that all other surfaces are the same;



FIG. 9 is a fourth embodiment of FIG. 3, the only difference being the configuration of the boss, it being understood that all other surfaces are the same;
