Claims
- 1. A suturing device for an endoscope comprising:
a curved needle rotatably attached on the distal end of the suturing device; a rotary member provided on the rotation axis of said curved needle for rotating said curved needle; a connecting arm for connecting said curved needle to said rotary member; the center of curvature of said curved needle being aligned with the rotation axis of said curved needle; and engaging means provided at least at the pointed end of the curved needle for receiving the thread.
- 2. A suturing device for an endoscope according to claim 1 wherein said curved needle is detachable from said connecting arm.
- 3. A suturing device for an endoscope comprising:
a needle attached on the distal end of the suturing device for suturing; engaging means provided at least at the pointed end of said needle for accepting thread; catching means at the distal end side of the suturing device for catching at least a portion of said thread engaged with said engaging means after puncture into tissue.
- 4. A suturing device for an endoscope according to claim 3 wherein said catching means has a hook member on the distal end of said catching means.
- 5. A suturing device for an endoscope according to claim 4 wherein said hook member has a space, and said thread is slidably disposed at the space.
- 6. A suturing device for an endoscope according to claim 4 wherein said hook member can lock said thread.
- 7. A suturing device for an endoscope comprising:
a needle attached on the distal end of the suturing device for suturing; and fixing means provided on the distal end side of the suturing device or the endoscope for preventing said suturing device from dislocating from the suturing portion.
- 8. A suturing device for an endoscope comprising:
a needle attached on the distal end of the suturing device for suturing; and a thread holding member for deatchably holding at least a thread in the vicinity of trajectory of said needle.
- 9. A suturing device for an endoscope according to claim 8 wherein said thread holding member can be provided on the side where the distal end portion of said needle is punctured out from the tissue.
- 10. A suturing device for an endoscope according to claim 1 through 9 wherein a cover member for covering at least a part of said needle is provided on the distal end of said endoscope.
- 11. A suturing device for an endoscope comprising:
a needle attached on the distal end of the suturing device; a moving member for moving said needle; wherein at least an operating wire fixed and wound to said moving member for transmitting power; wherein two of said operating wire extend from the proximal end of the endoscope; and an operating unit for advancing or withdrawing said operating wire.
