Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a sweeping tool, and more particularly to a sweeping car with one-brush.

2. Description of the Prior Art

In north cities, accumulation of snow on the road is a common scene. For people to go out normally, it is a necessary and heavy job to clear the snow away timely. In general, there are different ways to clear the snow away as follows:

1. To employ more workers to sweep manually. This way not only needs a large number of labor and material resources but also has lower working efficiency. Besides, accumulation of snow depends on the weather. Clearing snow is not a routine job so the number of the workers cannot be controlled exactly.

2. To use a mechanical apparatus, such as a bulldozer, for cleaning. The is speed of cleaning is fast. However, this way may damage the road and hinder the traffic.

3. To proceed chemical cleaning with snow melting agent. To spray snow melting agent on the road accelerates the speed of melting the accumulated snow, and then the snow-broth flows to the sewer. But, the snow melting agent will damage the road. Once the snow-broth cannot be drained to the sewer timely, the snow-broth may form ice cubes easily to influence the traffic greatly.

Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a sweeping car with one-brush to overcome the problems of the prior art.

In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the sweeping car with one-brush comprises a car body, a drive mechanism, a brush, a first transmission mechanism, and a control mechanism. The car body is provided with a wheel arranged on the bottom thereof. The drive mechanism is arranged on the car body and used for supplying power to the sweeping car. The brush is arranged at one end of the car body. The brush comprises a bracket and a plurality of bristles facing the ground and arranged on the bracket. The first transmission mechanism is arranged between the drive mechanism and the brush and used for transmitting the power from the drive mechanism to the brush. The control mechanism comprises a control arm extending out from another end of the car body. The control arm is provided with a control terminal. The control terminal is connected with the drive mechanism.

Preferably, the sweeping car with one-brush further comprises a second transmission mechanism. The second transmission mechanism is arranged between the drive mechanism and the wheel to transmit the power from the drive mechanism to the wheel.

Preferably, the bracket is a circular board and has a central rotary shaft connected with the first transmission mechanism.

Preferably, the car body is provided with a plurality of wheels which are disposed coaxially.

Preferably, the bristles are arranged radially.

Thus, through the drive mechanism and the first transmission mechanism of the present invention, the bristles of the brush are turned so that the bristles can sweep the snow or dirt on the road and the snow are gathered at the roadside. The sweeping power of the present invention is provided by the drive mechanism to lower the labor greatly and to enhance the working efficiency so the cost is low. In addition, the present invention is composed of the aforesaid parts, having the feature of small size, so the present invention won't hinder the traffic or damage the ground.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the brush of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 3 is another perspective view showing the brush of FIG. 1.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the present invention discloses a sweeping car 100 with one-brush and comprises a car body 1, a drive mechanism 2, a brush 3, a first transmission mechanism 4, and a control mechanism 5.

The car body 1 is as a bearing frame for the whole sweeping car 100 and provided with wheels 11 arranged on the bottom thereof. The wheels 11 are disposed coaxially. In this embodiment, the number of the wheels 11 is two.

The drive mechanism 2 is arranged on the car body 1 and used for supplying power to the whole sweeping car 100. Preferably, the drive mechanism 2 is a motor. The seat of the motor is fixed on the car body 1.

The brush 3 is arranged at one end of the car body 1. The brush 3 comprises a bracket 31 and multiple bristles 32 facing the ground and arranged on the bracket 31. is Preferably, the bristles 32 are arranged radially for sweeping a larger area. The bracket 31 is used to fix the bristles 32. The bristles 32 are used to sweep the accumulated snow on the road. The bracket 31 is a circular board and has a central rotary shaft (not shown in the drawings). The rotary shaft is connected with the first transmission mechanism 4 and driven by the transmission mechanism 4 to turn the bush 3.

The first transmission mechanism 4 is arranged between the drive mechanism 2 and the brush 3 and used for transmitting the power from the drive mechanism 2 to the brush 3.

The control mechanism 5 comprises a control arm 51 extending out from the other end of the car body 1. The control arm 51 is provided with a control terminal 52. The control terminal 52 is connected with the drive mechanism 2. Preferably, the control mechanism 5 comprises two control arms 51 for the operator to control with both hands. By controlling the control arms 51, the bracket 31 can be controlled at different angles relative to the ground so that the bristles 32 at different positions of the bracket 31 are able to get in touch with the road to sweep the snow to different positions.

As shown in FIG. 2, when the brush 3 is turned clockwise, the upper edge of the brush 3 is to sweep right and the lower edge of the brush 3 is to sweep left. The bracket 31 can be adjusted for different angles relative to the ground so that all the bristles 32 are able to get in touch with the ground to sweep the snow to different positions.

Thus, through the drive mechanism 2 and the first transmission mechanism 4 of the present invention, the bristles 32 of the brush 3 are turned so that the bristles 32 can sweep the snow or dirt on the road and the snow are gathered at the roadside. The sweeping power of the present invention is provided by the drive mechanism 2 to lower the labor greatly and to enhance the working efficiency so the cost is low. In addition, the present invention is composed of the aforesaid parts, having the feature of small size, so the present invention won't hinder the traffic or damage the ground.

For the operator to operate conveniently and for saving the labor, the sweeping is car 100 with one-brush further comprises a second transmission mechanism (not shown in the drawings). The second transmission mechanism is arranged between the drive mechanism 2 and the wheels 11 to transmit the power from the drive mechanism 2 to the wheels 11, so that the turning power of the wheels is also provided by the drive mechanism 2. Through the control arm 51, the operator can control the direction of the wheels 11.

Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
