Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relaters to a shoe, and specifically relates to an amphibious swim fin which cannot only be used in diving but is also usable for walking on the shore.

BACKGROUND

A swim fin is an important device used by people in diving and enables a swimmer to exert a propelling force in a more effective way in the water by kicking legs. A common swim fin is composed of two parts: a foot sleeve (for fixing the swim fin on a dives foot) and a front paddling sole (providing the diver with a propelling force in the water). The foot sleeve and the front paddling sole of a traditional swim fin are formed as an inseparable integrity, and the foot sleeve and a bottom face of the front paddling sole lie in the same horizontal plane and are injection moulded in one step using a rubber. Since the foot sleeve and the bottom face of the front paddling sole lie in the same horizontal plane, the swim fin of such a structure can only be used in a certain way, i.e. it is only suitable for use in the water, and cannot be reasonably used during leisure time (for example, walking on the shore and the like). The swim fin is especially difficult to carry along and is therefore inconvenient, because the total length of the swim fin is too long. In addition, the feeling of wearing the swim fin is terrible since the swim fin is injection moulded in one step using a rubber, and the swim fin is easy to fall off when it is tied loosely while the swim fin is uncomfortable to wear when it is tied tightly.

The patent of invention of Chinese patent application number “200620066168.3” discloses a folding diving swim fin used in diving, comprising a foot sleeve, a webbed blade extending from the foot sleeve and being connected to the foot sleeve, characterized by further comprising a swim fin body for a sole of a wearer to get in, sliding grooves being fixed at symmetrical positions on two sides of the swim fin body, and an end of each sliding groove being provided with a snap-fitting opening; a cavity matching a head part of the swim fin body being provided at a rear end of the foot sleeve, for the head of the swim fin body to be inserted and fixed; pulleys being respectively provided at rear ends of two sides of the foot sleeve, and the pulley being slid into position in the sliding groove in the swim fin body via the snap-fitting opening; and a fastening belt, which is movably fixed on a foot body, being provided with an engagement device for fixing the feet sleeve when the foot sleeve is folded. Although such a swim fin can realize the purpose of amphibious use, the folded structure has the shortcomings of a complex structure and being inconvenient to use.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the disadvantages in the prior art, an objective of the present invention is to provide a swim fin which has a simple structure and is convenient to use, which cannot only be used in diving but is also usable for walking on the shore. Moreover the swim fin also has the features of being soft, durable, shock resistant, skid resistant and comfortable to wear.

In order to achieve the above objective, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:

A swim fin comprising an outsole, a middle sole and a shoe upper which are fixedly connected sequentially from bottom to top;

the shape and size of said outsole match the shape and size of a human foot, and said outsole is a rubber outsole made of a rubber;

said middle sole comprises a support part snatching the shape and size of the outsole, and a webbed paddling part extending outward along a peripheral of a sole part of the support part; said middle sole is integrally formed from polyurethane by polyurethane injection moulding;

said shoe upper is formed by sewing diving suit fabric; and an accommodation cavity for accommodating a whole human foot is formed between the support part of said middle sole and the shoe upper.

Preferably, said middle sole is integrally formed by an upper-containing injection moulding process using polyurethane, and said middle sole is respectively integrally connected to the shoe upper and the outsole during the upper-containing injection moulding process.

Preferably, said middle sole further comprises an arched extending part which is provided with an opening and is arched upward along a top face of the support part; a first accommodation cavity for accommodating a toe is formed between an inner wall of said arched extending part and the support part located directly below the arched extending pail; an opening edge of said arched extending part and an edge of the support part enclose a first connection part; said shoe upper comprises a second connection part for wrapping a sole and a heel and a third connection part for wrapping an ankle; said second connection part matches the first connection part of the middle sole; said second connection part is fixedly connected to the first connection part so as to form a second accommodation cavity for accommodating the sole and the heel; and after said second accommodation cavity and said first accommodation cavity are enclosed, an accommodation cavity for accommodating the whole human foot is formed.

Preferably, protrusions are provided on a bottom face of said outsole. Such a design can improve skid resistance of the outsole.

Preferably, grooves are provided at an edge of the bottom face of said outsole. Such a design can further improve skid resistance of the outsole.

Preferably, an elastic band is further provided on an outer surface of said shoe upper. Such a design can adjust the tightness of shoe upper according to actual personal conditions so that the swim fin is more comfortable to wear.

Preferably, a zipper is provided on a side of the third connection part of said shoe upper. Such a design can facilitate putting on and taking off of the swim fin, making it more convenient to use.

Preferably, a lifting ring is provided on a back face of the third connection part of said shoe upper. Such a design is convenient to early.

Preferably, said diving suit fabric, commonly known as diving fabric, is specifically neoprene. The shoe upper is made according to a shoemaking process: diving suit fabric is first cut into pieces, the pieces are sewed into an shoe upper by a stitching machine, and after the shoe upper is made, a shoe last is required to be fitted in the shoes upper for shaping so as to produce the shape of a shoe. The shape of the shoe last is very similar to the shape of a human foot, and a bottom plate is as uneven as the bottom of a human foot. PU polyurethane is integrally formed through an upper-containing injection moulding process so that a bottom plate of the middle sole made of PU is also as uneven as the bottom plate of the shoe last, and such a shoe is fitter to the foot when it is put on, further improving the comfort.

Compared to the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present invention lie in that:

1. In the present invention, an outsole matching the shape and size of a human foot is provided, a webbed paddling part is provided on a middle sole, and the middle sole is integrally formed by an injection moulding process using polyurethane. A swim fin of such a structure cannot only be used in diving but is also usable for walking on the shore, which realizes the function of amphibious use and also has the advantages of having a simple structure and being convenient to use. In addition, since the outsole is a rubber outsole made of a rubber, the outsole has the advantages of a good abrasion resistance, skid resistance, elasticity, being insusceptible to cracking, having a better softness and extension, stable contraction, a good hardness and flexibility, and waterproofness. The middle sole uses polyurethane, and has a low density, soft feeling, good flexibility, comfort, a light weight, a good oxidation resistance, an excellent abrasion resistance and flex resistance, a high hardness, an excellent damping performance and skid resistance, a good temperature, resistance, a good chemical resistance, a good degradability which is beneficial to environmental protection, and is not easily wrinkled. The shoe upper is formed by sewing diving suit fabric. Therefore, the swim fin also has the advantages of being soft, durable, shock resistant, skid resistant and comfortable to wear.

2. Compared with the prior art, the middle sole of the present invention is respectively integrally connected to the shoe upper and the outsole during the upper-containing injection moulding process without using chemical materials such as adhesives, which therefore does not produce any chemical pollution, emit no pollution to the nature, and has no risk of ungluing. Such a design not only complies with international environmental demands but also fully embodies the awareness of environment protection in the use of materials.

3. In the present invention, since an arched extending part is provided on the middle sole and a first accommodation cavity for accommodating a toe is formed between an inner wall of the arched extending part and a support part located directly below the arched extending part, during walking, an acting force of the toe is mainly concentrated on the middle sole rather than the connection part between the middle sole and the shoe upper, which can reduce the damage to the connection part and effectively avoid cracking of the connection part, thereby prolonging the service life of the swim fin.
